These people are so thorough, knowledgeable, and do fantastic work. We did our windows and gutters and we are really happy that we did. The house is clean and everything that was said was going to happen, happened!

It was what we wanted, they gave us options, and the installer Milos was always showing me what he was doing. He was friendly, helpful and wanted it to be right! We are very happy we chose to use power and would defiantly use them again!

very well as far as instillation . But meeting with job inspector was a high pressure sales pitch to install windows for 2nd floor apartment. This was not discussed at 1st interview. We were told that a window on the 2nd floor was leaking between the sealed window and it would cause a water leak into the walls if not replaced. So he concluded that we need 9 new windows. And if we did that we would get a better price for both jobs combined. This was on a Wednesday (23 Jan) and he was going to call us on Saturday the 26, for our decision. Today is Jan 30 he has not called. We are assuming our interest and payment will be as first quoted . We are not happy for the sales push, we were not expecting that. we were also not pleased that he never called back. We asked him if we could keep the paper he was doing his figuring on for the different payments and he said no so I started to take a picture of it with my phone and he put his hand over the paper so I could not take the picture. WHY DID HE DO THAT? We were very satisfied with the work that was performed and the guys were great.

We learned about Power HRG through a representative at BJ's Wholesale Club and a representative who came to our door after doing work in our neighborhood. I will warn you - the in-home sales pitch was very long and had a lot of info that didn't have to do with the windows. (Honestly, I don't really care if Power HRG is a good company for millennial employees. Cut to the chase about the windows!) Eventually, we felt that the product and the price were good for us compared to other places. I will admit - I was a little worried about a big purchase until we met our pre-install inspector. He has been with the company for 13 years, and he knew his stuff! He answered all of our questions, and I felt so much better with our decision. The install crew was even more impressive. The foreman has also been with the company for 13 years, and you could tell that the crew members have done many jobs together. They got right to work, and within 3 hours, completed install and clean up. There was very little debris left behind from the installation, which I definitely appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and professional, as well.

We have had Power out to our house for 4 projects including our roof, gutters/trim, attic insulation and windows. Every experience has been great. We've gone the cheap route before on other improvements and all it's gotten is frustrated. Power isn't the cheapest company, but you get what you pay for and Power definitely delivers! Thank you Power!!

Power did my siding all the way back in 2008. I was very happy with the product and service back then as well as this time around when they replaced some windows for me. Everyone is always super nice and very professional. I will definetely use them in the future.

I was referred by my friend who had his roof done by Power. They have been very helpful, informative, and through. I feel like they took the time to explain everything and did a lot to help me out.

This is my 2nd time using Power. First had a bay window replaced with casements a couple years back. One of those window seals failed. I called expecting to have to come out of pocket for it, but was happy to hear that that is covered....forever...under the warranty. I decided to have the old beat up front door replaced. It needed to be done and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the people from power and the company overall. It looks beautiful and my installer Tim was very attentive to every aspect of the install. I can already tell there is a huge efficiency difference between my old door and the new door. They also did the surrounds on my basement windows so that I never have to paint them again. I am very pleased with the people, the company, the outcome and the warranties that they ACTUALLY DO stand behind. I will use them in the future for more work.

All went well, was very happy with the constant connection to the company and workers to know what was happening well. Needed a reschedule due to weather and holiday and we were contacted right away. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly and professional. Looking forward to a long business relationship and more repairs to our home.

Matt came out and visited with us and he was very honest and I was very comfortable to deal with. He showed us a great product and the install went exactly as planned!
