My experience with their sales person/scheduler was sketchy and offensive. A young man rang my doorbell to try to sell me on siding and windows. It just so happened that we are in the market for new siding, so I was willing to hear him out despite the patronizing small talk. He explained that someone could come out the next evening to give me a an estimate between 6:30 and 7:00, and I agreed. Instead of simply scheduling it himself, he had to call the "scheduler," to whom I had to repeat the same information I just gave the sales rep. Then they proceeded to ask me whether my husband will be home for the estimate, and I said no. They said they wouldn't meet with me without him there because "he might ask questions that would change the estimate." They persisted in asking when my husband would be home on other days. I repeatedly explained that he is not available in the evenings due to work, and they basically implied that they wouldn't give me an estimate in his absence. I sincerely doubt they would tell a man that his wife has to be home to give them an estimate. Aside from the fact that I am the primary decision-maker for our household, it is deeply insulting, outdated, and obnoxious to refuse to do business with a woman homeowner. I told them I had to go (what they promised would be a 5-minute chat turned into 15 minutes of back and forth over this), and they said someone would call me the next evening at the time we scheduled to see if they could come by. I was going to share these thoughts when they reached out, but lo and behold no one ever called. Not surprising since it would apparently violate their policy to dare to discuss home remodeling and numbers with a woman.

I have to say that everything went very smoothly and extremely quickly. I had no problems with anyone on the road from when i was first told about it to the completion of the project. It went extremely well!

Power crews did an excellent job removing and replacing my roofing using top quality materials. My roof is large and complex but the job was finished in one day because Power put two crews on it. The gutters went up a day or two later with no issues. The only problem experienced was that some plants in flower gardens near the house were damaged when old roofing materials were dropped on them and some were trampled by the crew, despite assurances that these beds would be covered and protected, -they were not. Pending response by Power, this review may be updated later.

Installation left a layer of coarse dust throughout the house. Also very noisy.

Awesome. They were here when they said they would be. Great job and a great product. They are definitely worth the money. Very conscientious and did a great job of cleanup. I give them my highest recommendation.

Everything that i was told was going to happen has been followed up on. It was a smooth and easy process and i had phone calls throughout the process keeping me updated with the dates and process. Very happy!

It was very easy going through the whole process. Everyone I spoke to both over the phone and in person were extremely professional. The windows solve a lot of problems I’ve had in previous homes. I was most impressed with how quickly everything went and how prompt they always were.

I requested an estimate From PHR through Angie's online service. I received a reply stating they do not do this type of work. This despite the listing in the site clearly stating they do roofing replacement work. I did a search for providers that specifically listed flat roof replacement and they were included in the search results. They also seem to have good marks which is why I selected them. So either Angie is not doing her work right or PHR is providing incorrect info about what it is they do.

Completed in 2 days. Overall all job completion was excellent and they stand by their work and offer excellent financing and warranty. This is my third time working with PowerHRG. They also replaced my doors and windows. Everyone is very professional and very friendly. Very happy and extremely satisfied with their work and work ethics. The quality of their products are excellent and they stand by their products. Would definitely work with them again and highly recommend this company.

The staff is very accommodating and professional. The communications with the Customer Service and the customer is very good. The quality of the products are very high.

The guys showed up and got to work right away. They made sure everything was done the way it was supposed to. They actually found a problem with a ripple in the roof and took care of it. We are very happy! They wanted to get the job done and wanted to get it done right.

Excellent experience. The sales representative spent six hours at our house, BUT Kristin was super friendly, informative and NOT pushy...and our dogs liked her, so we weren't wary. We already knew we needed our roof repaired when we had her come in because we had a roofer come in previously and tell us. So, when she explained in detail what was wrong (black mold, missing plywood, and deteriorating flashing), we knew we weren't getting duped. Originally, we had Power come in to check out our windows for replacement, but it turned out the roof was more important. We get confident in our choice given the necessity of the work, the financing, and the 50-year warranty for parts AND labor. Everyone who worked with Power was on time, friendly and attentive. The crew was polite and considerate...and they worked FAST. Two days, and they're wrapping up. Literally my only complaint is that the guy dropping off the dumpster just plopped it at the end of our driveway without asking where he should put it, making parking in our yard difficult (and that dumpster company was a third-party vendor). Other than that, the process from start to finish was seamless.

The congeniality of the representatives was very impressive. They had 5 windows installed in 2 and a half hours.

Sometimes you encounter people and they are not really being up front and put a lot of pressure on you but I did not feel that at all with Power. I felt very comfortable with everyone I encountered at power, very happy!
