The experience with them was great. They were very professional and reasonably priced. They did good work and got to it without wasting my time or their time. I would recommend them to anybody. Their price was fine. I will use them again in the future.

He came on time and day as scheduled. He was very pleasant. Actually I found out after he had gone that the problem wasn't fixed. So I called and they sent someone else out for free who drained the pipe. Then I thought it was fixed but found out that the problem was the dishwasher not the pipe which they don't fix. I have to go back to the dishwasher people. About five min after the dishes are done and drained, water comes out from where the paddles meet. WENGERS WAS EXCELLENT - IT WAS THE OTHER PEOPLE I HAD TO CALL BACK.

They were fast. They did a great job. The price was good. They went out of their way to help us.

My old one quit working, so I called them to check it out. They came and looked at it and found that the it could not be fixed due to its age and availabilty of parts. They gave me an estimate in a new one and returned later that week to install it for me.

My son met them at the house and said: they were friendly, professional, prompt and courteous. They completed the job in a profesional, timely manner.

They're pretty good. They are the only people that specialize in my type of furnace locally. They have been pretty good to me. They are knowledgeable and I will continue using them in the future.

The last we used them was for a leak in the ceiling and we weren't sure if it was coming from our air conditioner, but they were able to identify the leak. It was a plumbing issue. I found them through the phonebook. They are very good. All their employees do a good job and they clean up really well. The guy that we had down to identify the leak had to make a hole in the wall to find the place that was leaking, and he repaired that. He dry walled and painted it for us. Everything looks really good. They were excellent.

I have not used this company for Heat/AC, but I will tell you that they did a great job on the plumbing.

Our water heater decided it wanted to boil water rather than heat water. A rep from CV Wenger spent time with me on the phone explaining it could be a thermostat or the entire heater was going out. They talked me through various heater replacement options just in case. The plumber arrived, very professional, was stunningly honest - told us that in spite of our heater being old there were no signs of corrosion or leaking and we could probably get another couple of years out of it. The thermostat was replaced and I guarantee, when the heater does go, we will buy the big bad heat-exchange model from CV! They have us as customers for life!

They are wonderful. I have used them for many years. They are very nice people. They are kind, honest and nice folks. Their prices are very reasonable. They came out right away and were absolutely prompt.

CV Wenger's workers were absolutely top-notch, professional and pleasant. The work was done promptly, as scheduled and without any surprises. I hated to give them a B for price, but today everything seems to cost too much. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the outcome and had them replace a leaking faucet today.

This company is trustworthy and honest and I would recommend them to anyone. Start to finish details are above and everything was done in on schedule as stated in contract. Emergency service calls were responded to in a timely manner as well.

They came on time, were prompt, polite, but got right to business and fixed another contractor's mistake. They fixed the problem within half an hour. There was something not wired under the furnace I think, but regardless I am just happy it's fixed.

Called and a service person came out within two hours. work was performed quickly and professionally

I called for an estimate - received it within a couple of days. Detailed included all piping, permits, equipment and labor. I gave them a deposit and the job was completed within a couple of weeks time. I would recommend them to anyone as they have plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, etc. on staff and can handle any aspect of the job.

Project went well in 2005; prices seem to be climbing rapidly now.

We were in the process of selling our home. We had a furnace pipe explode and destroy the pipe leading into the home. The owner of the company came in the evening to assess the damage and what they might need to fix the pipe. He didn't charge us for the emergency call, and made an scheduled one of their service workers to replace the pipe and valve that actually caused the pipe to explode. They had a great attitude and were there to help when we needed them.

We were moving into a new home, we had plans to purchase a furnace and install it in our basement. We found out that we had combustible materials too close to where our wood stove would be installed. The fire codes had changed since the home was built in 1973 and the current set up would not allow us to have insurance on our home unless we had a specialized piece of 8'x8' piece of galvanized steel layer together with other fire proof fibers to put on our basement ceiling. We had checked out every wood stove, furnace, and home improvement place in our town. Even our insurance company had no suggestions as to where we could get something like that fabricated. We had exhausted all our resources. We happened to ask CV Wenger if they had heard of type of fabrication we needed. They said that they would take the specifications listed on the insurance document and fabricate something for us. They came over the next day, measured the area, went back to their shop, created the fireproof ceiling protection, returned the same day and installed it. When our insurance company came over, it passed the fire codes and we were able to get insurance for our new home.

This was an after hours call. Plumber arrived on schedule, was very polite and pleasant to work with. He explained the problem, gave some advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. The bill we received, considering this was an after hours call, was very reasonable.

We had a leak in the hall closet on the first floor of our home. Plumber showed up right on time, and I showed him where the ceiling drywall was damaged. I explained that it was only leaking when we ran the kid's bathroom sink. He proceeded to cut two holes in the closet wall that was against the sink, finding nothing. He then cut out the damaged drywall section in the ceiling of the closet, and determined that it was the master drain that was leaking. He replaced the two sections that he cut in the closet, repaired the leak, and left after 2.5 hours of work. It could have been taken care of in a much more timely manner if he'd started where the leak was actually showing.
