Description of Work: I had a roof leak that had caused a large section of plywood to rot. This damage was replaced, and a large area of shingles was replaced so that the roof looked uniform. Summit found another construction-related roof defect, and fixed that without any additional charge. This was greatly appreciated.

Description of Work: The roofer still discounted the amount of the job in the estimate, so, I am still getting 'a deal'. I have no complaints, I am just asking for the refund, as was agreed with the roofer. Thank you, Mercedes

Description of Work: e-mailed company from Angie's List website requesting response for a small job which was advertized (2 hrs for $199) on Angie's List. After no response for several days, called the company and left a message , again stating that I was interested in having this work (inspect roof & replace 2 or 3 shingles) done. After another week without any response, I contacted another roofing company (Janville) who promptly gave me a very reasonable estimate and shortly thereafter completed the work. I never in fact got any response from Summit to my e-mail & telephone message.
