Have used Summit several times in the last 10 years. They did good work, offered a fair price and communicated well. My last experience was nothing like the prior experiences. Since July, when they came out to inspect the damage to my siding, I have yet to receive an estimate from them, and when I call, or leave a message, there is never any follow through. Thoroughly disappointed. I have moved on to another contractor and will not use Summit again.

Summit Roofers were fantastic in helping us resolve our attic ventilation issue that was causing a mold problem. Michelle was so friendly and helpful on the phone. They quickly were able to come out and identify our issue and gave us competitive pricing to fix it. They clearly were more knowledgeable about ventilation compared to other companies we had out. The guys who performed the work were on time and super nice. Definitely recommend. We hopefully won't need to hire a roofer for some time but if we do, we know who to call

Sean (at Summit) went above and beyond in repair work. Replaced and repaired the trim on the garage doors. Asked if we like the color before installing. Same for the facia trim. Fixed a failing dormer trim that want not installed properly by another firm. High recommend Summit.

They responded to request for quote promptly and scheduled work promptly, showed up on time. Thorough inspection, cleaning and repairs cracks/leaks in semisloped membrane roof with numerous skylights/suntubes completed for fair price. I will definitely use again for maintenance and if necessary in future replacement of roof.

The work crew was very professional and proficient. The work site was left clean at the end of each work day. All aspects of the work were done with high quality.

Summit was very responsive and did a fantastic job! Dan came out quickly and provided an estimate as promised. He was very honest and no pressure. He said our roof didn't need to be done this year--that it still had a couple years life left. However, our gazebo roof, which was in bad shape needed replacing. They scheduled the job quickly. The crew came and did an excellent job! The gazebo roof looks great and surrounding area was left as clean as it was found. We will be doing our main roof in the next year or so and for sure we will use Summit again! Highly recommend.

We had quite a few sections of siding, fascia, and a short section of gutter that came off during a rough winter storm. I contacted a few local companies and none of them would do the work unless it was a total replacement. Summit came out and assessed the issue and a few days later were back out to do the repair work. This wasn't amateur hour, they did a teardown/reinstall of sections on the sides of the house where the siding came off and it has held through worse storms since. Same with the gutter, chimney flashing, and fascia - all better than when the house was built. Excellent work, highly recommended!

I was referred to Summit Roofing by 2 separate friends who used them and were happy with the quality of their work and pricing. It took longer to schedule my job than I had hoped but it was because they had to wait additional time for the metal material to be delivered. Due to a lot of rain my job was delayed. To make up the time, Summit scheduled a crew to be at my home on a Saturday at 7:30am. They arrived promptly and completed what was originally scheduled for be a 2+ day job in one day! The workmanship is solid quality. The owner came by the day after the job was complete and walked around the house with me. He took care of minor marks on the house and replaced a piece of siding that has been damaged (no questions). Sean also persevered with me when something didn't seem right with the porch (metal) roof. He re-adjusted the height of my gutter to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. I am! If you need a new roof, call Summit Roofing. You won't be disappointed.

Siding was falling off. Called and they came out quick. They fixed the issue right away.

From start to finish the process was easy and the end result was wonderful. I wasn’t sure what kind of siding I wanted or the color etc, and Summit was patient and so helpful every step of the way! I would definitely use them again.

Great work! Super easy to get in touch with, get a quote, schedule the work and pay online. I have such limited time to play phone tag, the simple and straightforward process was a lifesaver. We've had them do multiple repairs and would call them again for anything we need done.

It tells you how professional they are, how much they are concerned with quality, their level of responsiveness and detail.. Summit shows great on all these things. 95% of contractors would walk away... looking for the bigger job. Summit addressed all the problems. Professional approach... professional solution. They did an excellent service, nice and very good job

I had tree damage to my home. I contacted the company to make an appointment for an estimate. The original appointment was missed due to the scheduling clerk entering it incorrectly. They came out the next day and provided me with a verbal estimate. The gentleman was very professional and talked me through the process, etc. When I received the written estimate, the scope of work was not correct in order to submit to the insurance company. It took multiple phone calls to finally reach the gentleman. He promptly provided me with a second estimate to submit to the insurance company however the price was then different. I called again, FIVE times, and still have not received a phone call back. Overall, I will never do business with this company nor would I refer them.

Summit roofing came in a couple hundred less than 2 others I and decided to go with them. If you want a roof put on your house using top quality materials at a good price, I would recommend them. The roof looks great. The crew showed up and finished the job in one day. The next morning, the dumpster was removed. The negatives: I'm not real happy with the look of the soffet around the chimney. Just doesn't look good. Their was a sheet of plywood around the chimney that you could see was in bad shape that should have been replaced. (no plywood was replaced). Finally, the communication wasn't good. Very hard to get a hold of Summit.

Not Long ago I had a new roof installed (11/24/14) and Siding applied (2/5/15) to my house by Summit Roofing and Siding. I selected them based on the recommendations in Angie’s List. At the time it seemed like a quality job. However in June, 2017, the ceiling in my daughter’s closet collapsed and there was mold on what didn’t collapse in the ceiling. I called another company to inspect the roof for leaks. Their report said that the roof had numerous nail pops and the chimney cap was not installed properly and the siding around the chimney must be letting water in. Then my problem really started. After one of the brothers (Dan) came out (6/15/17) and went into the attic, and onto the roof to look for the leak, he told me “…yes there is a problem…”. He told me he would talk to his brother (Sean) and call me within the next 2 days. He didn’t! In the next 2 weeks, after I called numerous times without any response from them, I sent an email (8/11/17) to Dan outlining what I wanted done to correct the problem. Sean called me the same day and said he was away, and would call me Sunday to set a date to come over to discuss the problem and inspect the roof. I was waiting for his call when he showed up at my door (8/17/17) to inspect the roof, saying he sent an email. I was on my way to a doctors appointment, so I told him my wife was home but he could call me on Friday (8/18/17) with the results. My wife told me later that he was up on the roof a long time banging on the roof. Then he left without talking to my wife. He hasn’t called me since he was here on 8/17/17 and I would like to know if he found the problem? Also, I would like to know what he did and what he is going to do to properly repair the chimney (capping & siding) and the roof, in addition to repairing the ceiling in my daughter’s closet Even though they advertize a 10 year workmanship warranty on installation, I can only give them an ‘F’ rating.

We had gotten three different estimates for replacing our roof. The first two were almost the identical quote, and the quote from Summit was $2,700 less for the same work. We hired Summit for the job based on the lower quote and after reading their online reviews. The crew was efficient and they finished the job in one day. The dumpster was gone the next morning. Very happy with the experience and definitely recommend this company to others!

They went out to the house to provide an estimate (This was done on time.) For the actual attic fan replacement, they arrived on time, replaced the attic fan and it is now working.
