The overall experience with Summit Roofing Management and Contracting was great. When I emailed Summit I wanted a price on removing the ac unit and a price on the roof and gutters. Sean the owner got back to me right away to setup a time for an estimate. Sean came over on time and in the pouring rain and gave me an estimate for both jobs with in a day or so he didn't try to sell anything else just what I asked for. We then setup a time for the AC unit job to be done he had a small scheduling issue and we rescheduled to another day and the work was done very well and I would use them again.

Called Summit roofing to schedule an estimate. They came onsite a few days later and diagnosed the issue as improper flashing causing the leak and would only change my the service fee for coming out to fix it. No other costs. Roofer came out the next week on my day off and resolved the issue in a few hours. Haven't noticed any water in my attic since.

They promise that you will never know they where there once they are finished and they kept their promise. My yard looked much better than before after they did their clean up!

I'm really happy with the service Summit Roof Mananagement, Sean McDonald (owner) provided. He answered the phone when I called, after a major rain storm. Set up a time to come out and look at the roof, and find where the problem was occuring. He gave me a price to fix the leak on the vent collars, including replacing all the collars and sealing up some flashing that was also leaking, didn't try to sell me on replacing the roof. Sean did the work on time, at the price quoted. He gave me a follow up call, since I wasn't home at the time of the repair, to give me some tips on things to look for on the roof in the future.

The massive storm that hit our area on Saturday, 3/13/2010 caused a leak in my first story kitchen ceiling. I suspected it might be the flashing in between the roof and the wall. I called a few contractors that listed emergency services, but only Sean McDonald answered the phone right away. He was professional, polite and willing to help. At first I thought we can probably wait until Monday for him to come out and diagnose the problem. I was wrong as more water came pouring in and I became worried. I called Sean back and he came over right away. During the heart of the storm he climbed his ladder onto the first floor roof and identified the source of the water coming in. He filled it with some kind of material to temporarily prevent additional water from coming in. It worked to my great delight. I couldn't be more grateful. I don't want to think about the mess we would have had on our hands had we not contacted him. And when I asked him how much I owe him he said, "don't worry about it, since I am coming back Monday to permanently fix the problem as well as some siding that came loose. He sent me a quote the next day and it was more than reasonable under the circumstances. He could have easily inflated the price knowing I was desperate. But he didn't. Throughout out the whole experience he acted professionally, competently, and courteously. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a competent and professional roofer who cares about his customers. Thank you Sean.
