They were good. We were happy with them. I thought the price was fair. They were on time and did a good job. They were pleasant and professional.

The technician was very prompt and performed his services quickly. He cleaned and inspected our fireplace chimney. He made a few adjustments and overall the chimney is in very good condition. He also made a visual inspection of the exterior of the fireplace and told us that he would have their mason give us a call to schedule an appointment for an estimate for stucco work. Within a few days, the mason called to schedule. I was very appreciative of this prompt service. In addition, we asked the tech about options for our fireplace such as gas inserts, etc? and he provided us with a lot of information and recommendations. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

Came on time and cleaned chimney; identified issues with wood burning insert that were unknown and resolved separately.

The whole experience was great. The receptionist was very helpful and I was able to get an appointment within one week. The pricing was fair and upfront. The day before the appointment, I got a reminder call about the appointment. The guys showed up on time and were so nice. They took a look around and made some suggestions about tree maintenance that would help the life of my roof, not their area, but so appreciated! Before I knew it, I had a brand new chimney cap installed! I asked them about how often a fireplace chimney should be cleaned and their answer was very helpful, and completely understandable! When it comes time for a cleaning, I will definitely call this company again!

They were excellent. They were efficient and professional. They forgot to add in the electrical for the quote and they gave me a break in the price. The price included lining the existing chimney.

The two gentlemen showed up promptly and got right to work after asking a few questions. They kept the house very neat and clean. They answered all of our questions (there were many!) and then spent time explaining the best ways to use the fireplace, both in terms of ambiance and safety. After having struggled with our B-Vent fireplace insert for the last two years keeping it working when we need it, I decided to get a different opinion and a fresh set of eyes on the problem. I contacted Estates Chimney sweep on a cold Monday night via Angie's List with a brief description of my problem. Tony called me back in 10 minutes and asked all kinds of questions to get an understanding of the problem. He offered to come over the next night, but we settled on Thursday afternoon. He and PJ showed up Thursday when promised and we're very friendly and engaging. They carefully laid down a blanket in front of the fireplace and got to work, inspecting both inside and out. They talked me through their whole thought process, pointing out several areas of concern even though they did not appear to be the problem. They focused on the gas pressure, but determined that it was not the issue. After further inspection, Tony found some air shutters that were not open and ventilating properly. With a very complex tool (screwdriver) he worked them open and fired up the fireplace. After 20 minutes of blessed heat, there appeared to be no issues! They cleaned up, shook hands and we're on their way without no charge. I could not be happier with their service, style, and approach. I would absolutely use them in the future for any of my fireplace needs and would recommend them to anyone. The next day, we still have a working fireplace with zero issues, and I haven't been able to say that in two years!

Andy was very professional and friendly. A pleasure to have in our home.|We will definitely call them again if we have another problem. The only negative was the first available appointment was a month from my initial phone call.

Received a "reminder" call on day prior to service. The crew arrived 15 minutes ahead of appointment. They were both professional and courteous. One thing that stood out was they had a pleasant personality. You don't always get this when the provider is on the younger side. The chimney was cleaned and no issues were found. After the hearth was vacuumed on the inside, clean-up was done. Overall, I was very happy with the job and would recommend this provider for chimney sweep services.

Technicians did go on roof and swept down and they did reach up from inside the stove however they did not pull the insert out which in 20 years every other chimney cleaning I've had done always did. Technicians stated they do not pull out the insert to clean top of stove which is standard component for cleaning the chimney with an insert like mine. they said it is older and they don't have the time to do that. it would have taken an extra 15 to 20 minutes. now they have left the insert with creosote debris laying on top of the insert inside the chimney and I have to call someone else to fix it. they did say which I appreciated that I need to get a longer liner as mine is apparently only half way up the chimney however they said they do not provide that service for an insert they do not sell.

The 2 young men that arrived were very courteous and professional. They inspected both the fireplace chimney and the burner chimney. I had no caps on either as they blew away during the hurricane, and they needed to be replaced. I will be calling them in the future for all additional services needed.

A representative from the company responded to my call promptly. He listened to my request , inspected the area, both inside and out, provided a detailed proposal and start of work date at that time. Courteous, clean, highly skilled men arrived on the prearranged date and worked quickly but with much care. Both of the men who were here answered all my questions and kept me informed on their progress and schedule during the 3 day project. They left the job clean, both inside and out, and provided instructions for future maintenance and adjustment that might be necessary to my heater. Following their instructions, I contacted my heating company for boiler adjustment. They inspected the work, made a slight boiler adjustment and commented on the excellent job!

Tech was very professional and personable. Answered all questions in a very capable manner. Came to appointment on time. Advised that we should get the chimney cleaned bi-annually since we burn over 4 cords of wood per winter. Will take his advice and have him back at the end of January.
