Description of Work: They cleaned my wood burning insert. They arrived on time, covered my floors before starting to work. They moved my stove cleaned the inside and the liner. They also cleaned the liner from the outside, top of chimney down. They showed me the amount of build-up that they removed and gave me suggestions on how to prevent such a large amount.

Description of Work: Water was getting into our fireplace when it rained. I thought we needed a new chimney cap but Estates was able to find the true cause. They could have easily charged for a new cap but did not and instead focused on finding the problem. They also looked at our gas fireplace, which was having pilot issues, during the service call. What professionalism...hard to find service providers like this. Would definitely use and and highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I called for a consultation with the intent to have work performed. I have a wood pellet fireplace that, throughout the winter, kept allowing a consistent draft through the vents. I called to see what could be done. The person I spoke with was not helpful at all. He just kept saying "It's a downdraft" and the solution was a very snarky "well, run the fireplace!" Which doesn't really help when I work everyday and come home to a cold house and very high electric bill to compensate. He never offered to come out to take a look, so I just hung up the phone.
