The project went very well. There were no problems or unexpected glitches. Everything went right as planned, from the selection process to the installation. We made our island bigger and needed the wood pieces (can't think of what they are called!) to hold the extra weight. Premier got the pieces from a cabinet maker and took some extra stain we had, brought it to the cabinet maker and had it stained to match and ready for installation the next day. I can't say enough about these guys, they are great and I would hire them again in a second!

I looked for granite at several different places within the Pittsburgh area. I was looking for something different from the selection that Home Depot and Lowes offered. I read some reviews on Premier Granite and to be honest, when I first called and found out that I had to make an appointment to be shown the granite I almost didn't make an appointment with them. I had envisioned the ability to go through a large warehouse where I could look at the granite in rows. When I arrived for the appointment I was surprised to see that the granite was in the same building where they were doing the fabrication. I took my cabinet door to the appointment and when I got there, the person (I believe his name was Trevor) talked to me about what I was interested in and I showed him my cabinet door. He immediately asked me to stand aside while he pulled out a slab of granite that he thought would go perfectly with my cabinets. When I saw it I just couldn't believe how well it matched my cabinets and how very different it was. Even though I loved it, I had him pull out a few more slabs, but I went back to the original. It was perfect. From there, they made an appointment to come and template the kitchen and the rest is history. It wook a few weeks for the installation after the templating, but everything was done within the timing that they explained. The templating person arrived on time and the installation was done on time and they cleaned up when they were done. I was very happy with everything. As an FYI, I just this week contacted Primere Granite for another piece of granite for a portable island that I have. I didn't hesitate to do business with them again.

It went really good. There was a little bit of a glitch and I think they did let the person go who actually installed my counter. He installed it great but what happened is that there was a whole mix up with the sink and it was like Thanksgiving. So I didn’t have a sink on Thanksgiving. So there was a problem. They were going to give me a temporary sink but he brought the wrong sink. So he drove all the way back and brought out this other sink that was so big. We couldn’t even use it as a temporary sink. In that way, it was kind of awkward but the actual countertop installation and then we brought the counter off of them. The specification of how we wanted it finished and everything is just perfect I couldn’t ask for.

Excellent! Although I do not have a price for the repair work, I am extremely pleased with this company. They responded quickly and were very creative with a solution. We faced a difficult problem because our new dishwasher would not fit when the appliance company attempted to install it. The support for the granite countertop was necessary due to a seam above the dishwasher. Augie coordinated a time for Artie to look at it very quickly. Artie came up with a solution and had it repaired within a week (faster than the dishwasher was delivered!). Very courteous and responsive. We are very pleased and have already scheduled them for another job!

I really love them. Premier, I think was a small granite company. They have a lot of granite there but you couldn't view it, they had to pull it out. The person there just knew granite. I walked in with two different colored cabinets and he pulled out granite and it was perfect. He just really knew his stuff compared to all the other granite places we were at. This guy just really understood the whole process and thee were really good. They came and measured. They were there when they said were they were going to be. They installed when they said they were going to install. Everything was very smooth.

Premier did an awesome job. The seams are flawless. I have noticed the work of other companies in other homesand can see that Premier's workmanship is of much higher quality.

I actually had the unfortunate experience of having another company do the counters for me first. I was shocked at how horrible the work and the customer service was. Company 'X" did a terrible job on my granite. It was very poor workmanship and looked terrible. Although they did attempt to rectify the problem, even that was terrible. I called Carmen at premier to see if he could fix the counters( they were uneven, poorly finished and had uneven overhangs and very visible caulking) Carmen came over that very day and looked at the problem. Carmen was so helpful, but sadly the counters were beyond fixing! So, he offered to replace them. I was happy to have the work redone and went down to the premier warehouse soon after. Carmen was there and helped me pick out an amazing slab that I am so happy with! He showed me a few slabs that were somewhat like what I originally had installed by company 'X" and each was much nicer that what I had. In the end, I went with a totally different stone that he offered me for a steal and I am so glad that I did! Everyone on staff was super helpful and the service was very personal. Today, premier came to install the counters and they look totally amazing. The stone is beyond gorgeous and it took them all of 1hr to complete the job. The perfection of the cuts and finish is far beyond the previous job. I now love my counters and they are even more fabulous than I had envisioned when I began the kitchen remodel. Danielle

. When I first contacted Premier, I was impressed with how friendly and personal Mark was when he answered the phone. Trevor spent quite a bit of time with me looking at my kitchen colors and helping me pick a slab to match and to fit. I have a 124 inch buffet and I wanted to find a slab long enough so that there wouldn't be a seam. Trevor had his measuring tape out in a flash and walked me around the warehouse. He got me the sink I wanted with very little time remaining before my template date. Jimmy worked on my pricing and scheduled the template and install. He even answered my text messages well after hours. Arty did my template and he and Bobby did the install. I couldn't have asked for two guy that paid more attention to detail than these two. Every person I worked with was friendly, professional and ready to serve! I was thoroughly impressed with Premier!

The entire job went very well. They were always on time, helpful, and performed excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality granite/stone countertops.

Initially called and visited the warehouse. Augie was responsive however, we didn't see anything there that we liked. He suggested that we check out the selection at Mont Granite. The following week, we did that. Found exactly what we wanted so called Premier on the way home from Mont and asked that he call back because we selected a granite and had to go through him to price it from Mont. The next day he did not get back to me so I called and left another message. He did not get back to me. The next day I called and he was not in so I asked if anyone else there could help. The receptionist said that someone was with a customer but they would get back to me. They did not. Left a message the next day and had to leave a message again, telling Augie to please let me know if he doesn't have time to do the job. It is a week later and he has still hasn't returned the call. Called Mont today (after seeking another fabricator) who told me that someone has tagged the granite, it is no longer available and because it is exotic they don't expect to get in anymore soon. Now you know why the Fs. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
