The job was done in a timely fashion by professionals. They were neat and polite. When we were not watching (in awe) their work, they called us into the room to show us how it looked. Due to the scope of this design, it was done in phases. Throughout it was quite obvious that they took great pride in their work. Carmine went above and beyond on this project. He did so many things to make this special. He will guide you as he did us. He will make suggestions that will save you money, time, etc. We just finished this bathroom project that used four slabs of granite. It is even more beautiful then we could have ever imagined. We are so pleased that we are seriously discussing having Carmine replace our granite counter tops and back splashes in out kitchen.

Every appointment was on time. People for templates and installation were professional and efficient. How they fixed the chip on existing granite countertop was absolutely above expectation.

I'm so glad that we found Premier. Mike and Kemper were excellent at helping us to decide what natural stone was best for our project. We looked at quite a few granite/stone fabricators and found Premier to offer the best selection and the most knowledgeable staff. The sell and fabricate the slabs, thus eliminating the middle man. We love our counters!

Premier Granite did a remarkable job. Their customer service and quality of work was exceptionable. We had a complex layout and researched/reviewed with numerous granite contractors and Premier not only came back with the best plan, but delivered in every aspect from a quality, scheduling and workmanship standpoint. The even came back to replace a section of backsplash which they were not pleased with, but looked perfectly fine as initially installed. I would not use anyone other than Premier if installing granite in the future.

Very Well. The quality of the product was fabulous and the workmanship was the best i have seen. We have been planning this new house for 5 years and did a lot of research about companies. They seemed to be the best. We definitely made the right choice going with Premier Granite!

Perfect! From the huge selection of granite, marble and soapstone. To the time that was taken by Mike and his staff to ensure we picked the right stone for us. To the attention to detail by Scott with measurements and installation by Artie and his crew, everything was perfect. We were blown away by the level of professionalism from the beginning to the end of the project. I can't recommend Premier Granite and Stone enough.

Even though my need was very small I was shown numerous possible pieces and found exactly what I was looking for. The finished piece is gorgeous. I ordered the piece in early December and Premier actually had it ready for me before Christmas even though I didn't specify a special need. Very pleased.

It went well until they told me at the 11th hour that my quartz countertop would require a seam! The area was only 10 linear feet at standard depth with no backsplash. I took great care on making the product selection and they took my order and sent someone to measure. After the measure when they were ready to cut the stone, they notified me saying that the product I selected came in a max length of 10 feet. This would not allow for appropriate overhang and bevel without a seam. They knew what my needs were, and they should have told me this fact when I made the selection; I would have chosen something else. Luckily the technician was smart enough to call me bscore he cut. I had to make a different selection which turned out to be a lower price, but it was a 2nd choice not my preferred. This also delayed my project another month. The install went well and the product looks fine.

We are very pleased with our new granite kitchen countertop. Everyone at Premier was very helpful and did a great job--Kemper who helped us select a gorgeous slab and saw us through the whole process, Bob who did a great layout which we were able to review before the cutting, Artie and Scottie who did a perfect installation, and all the others who were involved in some way. We definitely recommend Premier.

I had someone at my house within 30 minutes fixing my sink after a holiday weekend. The technician even paid special attention to our dog which made the experience over the top. I would most certainly recommend these kind people to everyone. Great work!

Excellent work, on time, personnel were very easy to work with. Very accommodating for special requests!

The sales person met with us on a Saturday morning, which was very convenient. He explained the process of selecting a slab, and it did not matter where we got the granite slab from. After the slab was selected, it was only a matter of a day before we received our quote for the job. There were no hidden costs; every cost was spelled out in the quote. This is very important to me - I find too many times there are additional charges that you had no idea were required, and the job becomes more expensive than budgeted for. Once I made the down payment (1/2 of total required), it was not even 2 weeks until install. I believe it was around 12 days. Premier was very good at letting us know what we could expect. On the day of installation, they covered our carpets so they would not track dirt in. The installation team was very professional. Once the install was done, they explained how to take care of the granite, and what types of actions to avoid. If we had/have any issues, they said to call anytime. I would definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking to have a granite or other type of stone installed!

I met with this company as they are local for me. Original quote was very high, but they cut it way down after I asked them to do so (I recommend haggling with them, the price drop for me was maybe 30 percent. I dealt with Augie.) Once we came to a price agreement, the salesman Kemper (who was very nice) allowed my wife and I to pick out two slabs. The one we liked best was already sold, but we were assured that they could get two others from another yard that were from the same original piece, so would have very similar markings. There would be no upcharge for this we were told. I proceeded to fill out the paperwork, and they took my deposit (half of the agreed upon price.) We scheduled a template time and left. A few weeks later I received a generic email with a new quote. No explanation, just a new quote that was $800 higher than the agreed upon price. I assumed this was an error and ignored it. A few days later I called to inquire about a faucet option, and was asked if I received the updated quote. The explanation was that there was obviously a higher cost because they had to ship it in from another location. I had already signed the paperwork, and had given a deposit. They never once said there was going to be a price increase, nor did they call me to let me know. This defines bad business; going back on the original contract, and taking a deposit based upon that price. I cannot speak to their quality of install because I had to cancel the order with them after a lot of wasted time. Buyer beware when signing an agreement with them. I would recommend getting quotes from other places to compare prices as well, as they were one of the highest of the 5 quotes I received. Ultimately I ended up going with BC Stone. They were less expensive than my original quote, helpful and friendly, and I never felt taken advantage of like I did from this re-distributor.

Upon arrival at Premier we were met by Kemper Dickerson, one of Premier's representatives. Mr. Dickerson did an OUTSTANDING job for us from start to finish in this process starting with the selection of a piece of granite from the many that were available. Kemper took his time to explain the pluses and minuses of various pieces we reviewed, giving us his complete attention throughout the process. As we were looking for our selection, we could see nearby work to being precision cut for other job orders - a fascinating process. After making our decision on a piece of granite for our work requirements, Kemper worked closely with us and with our contractor to schedule the preparation of our finished product in a most timely manner. We couldn't have been happier! Since this work was done as part of our contract, we really don't have an exact figure for the cost of our purchase. Since they were on a recommended list from our contractor ,we knew they already had a good track record of service and delivery at a fair cost. We do know, however, that this firm did an outstanding job for us and we have already recommended them to several friends considering or already involved in renovation projects.

We selected Premier Granite and Stone as our fabricator for the granite countertops for our new kitchen based on recommendations from several people we know who used them, and we could not be more pleased. From our first contact with Kemper (the gentleman we worked with) at Premier Granite to the final product, we cannot say enough positive things about our entire experience. Kemper was exceptional to work with and his customer service talents were extraordinary. The first granite we selected from a granite supplier was inferior in quality and Premier contacted us about the problem as soon as they got the piece delivered to them. Then Kemper sent us to a different granite supplier in Cranberry to choose a different granite slab. Even though our selection was a higher quality, Premier honored their original price for the fabrication and even gave us a credit because of the inconvenience we were caused. They scheduled our day for the template and were punctual and extremely knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. Then we went to their facility for the layout, which was a phenomenal experience! I loved being able to see what my kitchen granite would look like on a computer screen because I was able to choose the best layout of my granite for my island and my entire kitchen. They showed me 2 completely different looks and I chose the one I liked better. Each person we worked with at Premier was so wonderful. Today was the installation and the crew that showed up were on time and extremely pleasant and professional. They were accommodating and the quality of the work is exceptional. We are extremely pleased with the final result. Premier Granite & Stone is a company who lives up to their word! Everything they told us they would do, they did!

Perfect!!! Kemper was very professional and accommodating when we purchased the countertop. Today Artie and his crew installed the top. They were equally professional, pleasant, and attentive to detail. Wonderful experience...will recommend Premier Granite in the future.

As other reviewers have pointed out, this company totally drops the ball when it comes to following through. Mike came to the house and sold me on the company, but after months of trying to get a response and arrange installation of granite I'd picked out from their recommended supplier, my initial excitement was finally extinguished and I gave up. The phone was rarely answered, and no one would return phone calls. On the rare occasion Auggie (?) would answer, he knew nothing about the quote and would advise me someone else would call me back, but no one ever did. I understood Carmine, the owner, was out of commission at that time, but, wow, to work so hard to turn away guaranteed business really amazed me. Read those good Angie's List reviews carefully and you'll see that most of them are for the $30 trivet, not countertop installation!

I was very impressed with their level of service. I called yesterday for a quote and today Scott called saying that he was finished at his previous job early and could come and fix my granite. He was here in a half hour and everything that he said he could do, and then some! I still do not have all my quotes in and he has already finished the job! I can say that based on 2 quotes I did receive he was extremely reasonable - one company wanted to charge a $100 trip charge and told me the job would take 4 hours - Scott did everything in less than an hour. Would highly recommend them - don't waste your time calling anyone else. P.S. Their cleaning products for granite are also excellent!

We weren't overly thrilled with them. We had been over to their warehouse. The way they work it, they have a warehouse where you walk through and look at these slabs of granite. If you find one you like, they'll send you an estimate. They guy came out and measured. We told them what we wanted and choose the slab we wanted, but we never got a quote. We waited and waited and called and they never sent us anything. I guess they didn't want our business. The facility was nice and the help we got there was fine. The process seemed to be a good one, until it came time to get the bid. They had our business. We had decided to go with them. They never sent the estimate. We called and then they still didn't get it. We just ended up going somewhere else. They didn't come through in the end with the most important thing, the quote, and they just kind of wasted everybody's time.

I visited Premier Granite and Stone on 4/28/15. I wanted them to give me a quote on granite countertops for my kitchen remodel. I choose to visit Premier Granite because of the awesome reviews on Angie's List. I spoke to one of their salesman about my remodel. I picked out 2 different slabs and he took my name, number and a copy of my kitchen design plan. He also instructed me to visit one of their suppliers that was located 10-15 min away. He said he would get back to me with a quote the next week since he was going to be out of town. One week from the day, I went to look at granite at another supplier. I instructed them to fax the hold notifications to Premier for quotes. The suppliers can only hold a slab of granite for 2 weeks before it goes back to the general public. It's imperative I should receive a response, so I can make a timely decision without sacrificing my granite choice. I emailed the salesman the day after I visited the suppliers about the held granite and needing price on the ones I picked. I did not receive any kind of a response. They have my phone number and email address. It's very frustrating when your under a time constraint and waiting on someone else to give you a response. After the lack of it, I searched for another fabricator on Angie's List, and got the right person to handle my granite installation.

I was referred to them. I would say they are fair. Some of the things are minor but with granite you have to expect that. The crew was very good.
