It was very good. Courteous, very easy to deal with it and were very nice.

It turned out really well. When it was finished it looked fabulous. Price was right what they said it would be, did on time, did not complain about the house or the wall not being straight. They were great. This granite was a higher grade but around the same price as other houses we have done. They cut the granite in the warehouse and you walk in and are like where are the customer service people but they are all working. It is just the way they do it so when you first walk in you are like what to do.

They did an excellent job. The people were so kind and efficient. The quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Everything turned out well with the service. I was unable to pick up the hot plate from them so they dropped it off at my house for me. I really appreciated that they were willing and able to deliver it as I was unable to make it out to them.

It turned out beautifully. They took a lot of care with the installation and measuring. They installed 3 counter tops total of different sizes. I have one very large counter and they used one piece of granite for it. I was very impressed with them and the fact that they had no issues or problems with the one large piece of granite. The price was not cheap but I felt it was well worth it for the quality of the work.

Excellent experience. Professional all phases of the job. Made useful suggestions that enhanced the final product. Easy to deal with and responsive to questions. On time for both appointments. Counter top fits beautifully. Cutouts for sink, faucet, and cook top perfectly sized and placed.

Very nice technician. Stains were not attempted--disappointed this was not done.

As always, Premiere Granite came through with great countertops. Professionally designed, cut and installed.

Provider showed up on time (early, actually). He scraped all Of my counter tops with a razor blade, cleaned the granite with acetone, and then sealed it. It looks amazing. I would definitely use them in the future. I have a chip in my granite near my sink- I plan to use premier to repair it when my New sink comes in. They were professional, cheerful, neat, and polite

Mike responded in a timely manner, worked with me to set a schedule for work that accommodated my schedule, arrived on time (even a bit early!), did a great job and provided me with helpful information. Very professional and responsive. Uniquely courteous and interested in pleasing me and forwarding his business. A very pleasant experience over all. I would definitely recommend and use again.

They did a great job, very meticulous in measuring the counter space and island. Removed the old granite and installed the new granite which is beautiful.

They did travel 2 hours to get to where we were building our house. They were very good with helping to pick things out and they did excellent work. The seems matched up perfectly and they just were top notch. Their price was in market range too and they were very skilled. They were also accommodating and spent all the time that we needed with them.

I hired them to do a replacement countertop that another company had done wrong. They came through and did an awesome awesome job. I thought they were extremely fair in pricing. They were up front with me and told me they were busy, but they did the work within the time frame that they told me they would do the work. I wished I could give them an A+ and I was very pleased.

They are fantastic. They guy who came out to do the measuring, it took him just as long as it took him to put in the granite countertops. He was being so precise. He worked at it and he also came back to put the granite in. He had to work around old cabinets too. There were a lot of shims that needed to make everything level. He was so pleasant and perfect. Sometime after that, a hairline crack developed, so I called them and they send Bob out immediately. He told me that this sometimes happens, he was able to fill that in, a little at a time, and he really took his time. They were great to work with and I would give them an A++. The granite countertops made all the difference in my kitchen. They stuck to their quote as well and it was the price was what I expected.

I gutted and redid my kitchen. They redid all of my countertops. They came out and measured, manufactured and cut the granite. It took them about 2-3 weeks. I had special edge that I requested to be done. I liked all the employees that came into my home. They were professional and the price of their service was fair.

That installation turned out very very well. They came to my home first to measure. They guy who they sent out was just extraordinarily good to work with. He spent several hours and as a result they fit perfectly.

Our initial meeting with Premier Granite was not a good one. We scheduled an appointment with them, only to have no one show; which left us wasting a day with no progress made towards our granite countertops for our kitchen project. I was not a happy camper. I left a review here stating just that. Premier Granite's owner contacted me, apologizing for said issue and/or problem. He advised that the person I was supposed to meet did in fact make a mistake and that he (the owner), was not aware of the appointment. But, he wanted to assure me that I would not be disappointed if I did in fact give Premier Granite another chance. So we did. I cannot praise this company enough! They were fantastic in so many ways. From my initial conversation with the owner, who was very upset that I was treated so poorly in the beginning. He truly made me feel like he cared about my project and sincerely wanted my business and to make me a happy consumer. To the staff - all were wonderful. So nice, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the project was done professionally and perfectly. I love my granite and I have Premier Granite to thank for doing such a wonderful job! Although we had a small hiccup in the beginning, the entire process (once deciding to work with Premier Granite) was flawless. Thanks guys! :)
