Description of Work: Premier provided and fabricated granite counter tops for our kitchen and powder room. The Premier salesperson had a great eye for granite and identified an excellent color. Their price point was highly competitive and was $2500 less than a quote from another fabricator for identical granite. Premier also "threw in the kitchen sink" and gave us a deal on the edge. The only glitch was that we selected specific slab locations for specific templates and for some strange reason different location(s) were chosen for at least one piece and it led to a color mismatch between 2 pieces to be joined. One of the owners was at our house and agreed that there had been a mistake. To their credit, Premier did everything possible to correct the issue and within a couple of hours we went to their facility and chose a matching location on the remaining slab. The adjustment worked perfectly and we are absolutely delighted with our granite. I would highly recommend Premier.

Description of Work: Cleaning and sealing of granite countertops. |The work was well done but the provider went to the wrong area of the city on the first scheduled date. The provider wanted to come later in the day and go to another appointment first but I could not stay home that long. I had to reschedule for another day which was a hardship for me.

Description of Work: They did a fine job for us on our Bethal Park house, which we have now sold. The only issue was some communication problems with the representitive we dealt with. He went out of town twice and we didn't know that we could speak to someone else in their office, when we did not hear back from him, since he told us to call his cell.

Description of Work: Premier replaced the existing black granite counter tops in our kitchen with a lighter granite that we chose. We found Premier on Angie's list and our experience only confirmed the excellent reviews we read. Premier showed us the inventory they had but directed us to other wholesalers when we did not see what we wanted. Once we chose the granite slabs, Premier provided us with a timeline which they followed. The team was responsive to our questions. Carmine created the template and recommended we come to the shop to assist in choosing how the template would be laid out on the granite. Along with Scott, Carmine provided guidance but stepped aside to allow us to make the choice of placement. Both helped us to see how the countertops would flow and how they would work with the 'grain' of the granite to gain the most attractive appearance. They did not disappoint. The installers were on time, friendly and extremely meticulous in their work. When they removed the existing counter tops, they were conscientious in the process and respectful of our cabinets and appliances. Additionally, we were removing wall paper and painting the walls, Carmine offered to return AFTER the painters finished to install the back splash which was truly above and beyond. The finished counter tops are exquisite. We could not be more pleased with Premier's professionalism and knowledge. Many thanks.

Description of Work: Used the $500 coupon towards new kitchen counters. They came to measure quickly, I picked out the granite on Thursday and they were installing it the next Tuesday! Looks great and at a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: Kitchen counter top in blue pearl granite with sink and one hole for faucet. This organization is very professional. They kept us informed and performed the work as discussed. The outcome is beautiful granite at a reasonable cost. We did get multiple quotes. Many were much more in costs and had poor ratings for finished work. I will definitely use this organization again.

They were right on time for the template measurement and right on time for the installation.
