Beautiful, excellent. Salesman was very professional and has the most integrity of anyone I've met in years. He even helped me rationalize the quality of materials, since this was tenant's quarters. Workers were very professional, considerate of me and the tenant, and clean. They used their own drop clothes throughout, cleaned the entire area, and removed all debris and dirt. Because of some personal schedule adjustments, which I didn't mind at all, the project took 2 days ... with another day for sealants to cure. This is the best project by far of anything that has been done, in every manner possible. And I have had painting, plasterers, windows, flooring, etc. done. If my experience is repeated regularly, this company will do well as they will never get less than a 4 - 5 star rating. I recommend this company, and based upon it, will ask them to do another, or have the parent company (Patete) come in for other remodeling.

We will not go back due to the cost they provided. We just went with another contractor.

They were the highest quote I received out of 8 different companies. The thing that really stood out was how they work their quote process. They make you come into the showroom and pick every little thing out before they will give you even a ballpark price. I made 4 trips from my home all the way to their location, which was about 25 miles away. They were really hesitant to let me take samples home, unlike the other places. I feel like they re-marked things. I saw the same things at Lowe's and Home Depot. I feel like they were trying to hide that it was the same stuff. I then had to have a man come out to take the measurements and he had to return the samples I was finally allowed to have for a weekend. After all the trips and the measurements I finally got the quote and it was ridiculous for the size of the bathroom. Their advertising that "they are not that expensive" is not true. Their quote varied by $10,000 to some of the others. They were very professional and punctual. But they have a style where they are trying to pretend their materials are different. Dupont Corian is Dupont Corian.

I love the finished product which solved a leaking problem which we had with a bathroom redo 5 years ago which that contractor could not resolve. My only issue was that the salesman, Ken promised me 1 day service which was critical since we have only one bathroom. When the installer, Rob showed up, he immediately told me it would take two days. I got really upset because had I known ahead of time, I would have made other arrangements, both in terms of needing the shower and personal committments that second day . I think he felt sorry for me, he worked until 9:30 at night to get the job done so that we could shower in the morning. He came back the next morning, did the finishing touches and was out of my house by 10 am. The finished job made it all worth while.

The price they quoted us was $32000 and we thought that they were way overpriced. We went to the showroom and picked out the items we wanted like the cabinets and the countertops. They worked with us really well, but their final price was very high, so ended using someone else.

It went very well. The person they sent was excellent. It was slower than I thought. It took about 8 weeks. I was very pleased with the results.

Patete positions itself as the renovation company that handles everything and eliminates all risk, surprises, and headaches for the homeowner. Part of their sales pitch was that they employ workers in all trades and use no subcontractors. The bottom line is that they are very experienced and know how to do quality kitchens down to every last detail, but the cost to you the homeowner is notably higher than you can find elsewhere. I was also somewhat annoyed by their condescending tone toward my participation in the design process. Their attitude was, "we're the professionals, and you're the clueless homeowner with no idea as to what it takes to do a good kitchen." When reviewing the estimate with them, I was surprised to see that they did use subcontractors and could not give me a single price as advertised. In the end, I'm glad I went through their very detailed estimation process since it taught me a lot about my project. But I'm simply not in their target market of someone who will stand aside and let the experts handle everything and charge me an arm and a leg to do it.

They are not going to get the work done for us. I thought that they did very well. They actually took us on a tour to the store. So I felt like they really went out of their way to help us and they enjoyed working with us. It was fantastic. The only thing I felt pushed is that they had a set idea in mind about what they liked for our kitchen. So they really kind of pushed us towards their ideas. They were even open to hear our ideas but I felt like we were in an assembly line. Their punctuality was pretty good. If need be, then I would use their services again.

Very good. A small leak developed afterwards under the shower door frame and technician came out in a timely manner to repair. Another very small seepage is occurring in the same location, but since the job has a lifetime guarantee, we are waiting until to see if it develops into a problem before calling them out again. There appears to be a small (4") strip of caulking that has discolored, but we have not reported that either as we wait to see if it gets worse.

Scott arrived on time. He lined the house as to not track dirt into the home. He explained to me exactly what he would do and how much space would be taken. He worked continuously for 8 hours. He confirmed with me regarding where the fixtures were to be placed and gave me his input also. Cleaned up when he left that day. The next day he returned and finished the job as promised. He was professional in all aspects. I love my new bath tub. I am so glad I chose them and I will use them in the future again.

Easy to work with - Susan had great ideas. Only downside was the price. They are very expensive, and did not offer assistance with trying to provide cheaper items. For example, I picked out a sink, and it showed up in the estimate as a $2,000 sink. I would have liked for her to alert me to the high priced items and suggest alternatives. She did help to find cheaper items once asked, but it would have been nice to have her alert me before hand. Other than that, I have only great things to say about Patete. They were professional, responsive and quick. There work was excellent.

They came out and looked at the situation and gave me an estimate. We are in the process of deciding to go ahead or not. They were very punctual, they got here right on time. They gave me information about how they go about doing things. He showed me samples and he seemed to be very knowledgeable and pleasant. My initial impression of them is good. He said it would be 6-8 weeks from the time that we hire them until they are able to begin the job, they have to order parts, etc.

We didn't use them. We decided to sell the house instead. They were fine.

Excellent. Very professional and nice. Stayed on the expected time table. We love our kitchen.

They did a good job. This is a reputable company.

They did a good job and I didn't have to do anything. My experience with them was good as well, but it was a bit pricey. I would use their services in the future too.

It turned out very well. I did have some trouble with one of their contractors they sent to fix some minor issues when the work was done. The first day he came out he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder about having to come out and look at someone else's work , but the second time he was okay and he brought the replacements with no problem. When they were putting in the shower, they should have had protection in the stall, which I had to point out when they were in there in their street shoes. The remodeler, Bruce, however, did a great job. I was pleased with them and the job turned out nicely.

They were professional and punctual. They came over and gave me a good estimate. They also gave me some architectural plans and gave lot of ideas. They were responsive and answered all my questions.

It was a free; I didn’t have to pay for the visit. The estimate they gave was too high. I just didn’t care for their sales person. They came in did the measurements and gave me the estimate. They gave me a 2nd appointment to come to their store but I just didn’t care to go that far. The sales person was professional but he made a few comments about how he wished that my husband was there to talk to, that made me feel like I didn’t know how to deal with it. I don’t think he meant anything but it rubbed me the wrong way. They are expensive because of the life time guarantee that they offer for 20 years. For instance, if we broke the door they will come and replace it for free but I didn’t really care for it as we are not going to be here for ever.

We bought a new home and wanted to renovate the outdated kitchen. Patete was among the companies we chose for estimates. Our initial trip to the showroom was very positive. The showroom is beautiful. We spoke with Georgia who was welcoming and very informative. The first meeting in our home with the designer was disappointing. We felt the designer was patronizing which sent mixed messages. He asked in general, "what do you want to do in the kitchen?" That's a fairly open ended question, so I started describing everything that I wanted, I was cut off and told that couldn't be done. He also said he would ask me lots of questions so he could understand our lifestyle, how we use the kitchen, etc. (down to what kind of groceries we buy, too). So I said, "go ahead, ask your questions." When answering the first question we got off on a tangent and then no more questions were asked. He had no idea what kind of groceries we bought. After that meeting, I was sure the rest of the experience would be a disaster as well, but surprisingly it wasn't. When we came back to the showroom for the reveal of the design, we were pleasantly surprised. Despite the designer's initial dismissal of my idea to have an island. (Your kitchen is too small! What? It's almost 13' x 14'!) The design included a nice island, a pantry and a 'landing' place for our mail, keys, etc. These were all things that I wanted. Maybe the designer had a bad day that first day or maybe he wanted us to be surprised that the things we wanted *could* actually be done... I don't know, but the rest of the experience (selecting the cabinets, counters, floor, tile, etc.) was all positive. Both Mark and Georgia were extremely patient as we tried to select everything - answering lots and lots of questions - putting up with us changing our minds, changing them back, etc. Had we chosen Patete I believe that we would have been very satisfied.

Luxury Bath was an oasis in a desert of questionable companies and contractors. From Ken Millett, our salesman, to Nick, our installer, these guys were professional and top notch throughout the entire process. My wife and I just stand in our bathroom amazed at how great of a job this company and this installer did. We have never used Luxury Bath before but would never consider any other company for future work.

What I liked best: there were things we wanted and they said "no can't do." They were very clear about that. It was exactly what the quote was with no surprises. And we have had a few glitches -- shower head fixtures that did not work. Both times they came out with the lifetime guarantee and fixed it -- no hassle. I think that is the best part. It is for a specific thing. We did not use the when redoing a differ bathroom 'cause we wanted a different look (tile). This is certainly cheaper and the guarantee is great. For what they do they are good, but it is a limited repertoire.

They were going to remodel the bathroom. The estimate was too high. They were professional. The salesman was very very nice. He picked me up and took me to the show room because I didn't have transportation.

Based on Angie's List, we called for an estimate from Patete. We were disappointed with the patronizing attitude of the representative. He seemed to have a pre-set price range, and also felt free to criticize our choices with comments such as "nobody does that anymore." He also made disparaging comments about other contractors (also A+ members of Angie's List, I might add!) We terminated the meeting.

Not done. Update: I saw their response and do not agree. I am not sure of the date that I called. There was no service date because they never came to my house.
