Description of Work: A kitchen remodeling occurs maybe once or twice while living in a home. At least four subcontractors are involved and the process, without a primary overseer and designer, can run astray. For the first three weeks, we had five sit downs and reviews with these professionals. The process than switched into orders/measurements/room measurement confirmations. In about one month, the actual construction will begin. We are confident the process will remain current and an end product of worthiness will evolve.

Description of Work: We currently had a new kitchen installed. Patete and their subcontractors are very conscientious and so far everything is going very well in spite of a few unexpected "surprises" discovered during the demolition.

Description of Work: They remodeled my kitchen and bath. Their work is excellent and they back it up as well. I have broken a few things over the past few years and they came out to fix it for no cost, no questions asked.

Description of Work: Removed the old tub and surround and replaced what boards needed replaced behind the old surround and installed the new tub and surround. Excellent job!

Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel with preliminary computer design drawings; extensive meetings to choose materials for cabinets, countertops, wall tile, floor tile, lighting, and fixtures; and two trips for selection of appliances. Every meeting, contact with employees, phone calls to the business, and financial dealings were extremely professional. Once work began on the kitchen, which by-the-way was on schedule, the installers were never late or cancelled; and worked daily. The work was completed on schedule. With the exception of a few minor details (small mark on a cabinet, some rough finish on the tile flooring, adjustments to the cabinet doors, etc.,) the work was nearly perfect and I highly recommend Patete Kitchen and Bath.

Description of Work: Patete removed a one piece shower/tub and replaced it with a walk-in shower. They did a fabulous job! They did the entire job in 5-1/2 days, came every day on schedule, cleaned up every day, took 30 minute break for lunch and never complained. They were professional, neat, personable and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Patete.

Description of Work: My husband and I visited their showroom on a Saturdayand after looking at displays was told "Kevin" was not in and would call to schedule an appointment. After no call for 10 days, I called there facility and asked how long to get a call and was told usually 2-3 days! I then said we were now on day 10 and no call. She said what is your name and I told here I felt the company and Kevin were rude and unprofessional and hung up! Not the way to do business!

Description of Work: Patete remodeled my kitchen about a year ago and I absolutely love it. After a while I thought maybe a decorative panel at an end unit would be nice, certainly not a big job, but Patete treated it as if it were, Susan came for the measurments, the installers put it in to the Millimeter, if they put so much work into a minor detail, you can trust them with the big jobs.thank you PateteDorothee Foltz

Description of Work: My husband and I wanted to redo two bathrooms in our home so I went on line to try and find someone reputable. This was before I was a member on Angie's list. I came across this company in Pittsburgh that sounded pretty good and it was Luxury Bath. I read all the reviews I could find before I gave them a call for an estimate. One review kept hanging in my head that was not good but I decided to see for myself and made an appointment for their sales rep to come out and give us a bid. The sales rep was friendly enough and did his job, but during his conversation he was trashing another customer that he gave a bid to as well. The sales rep complained that this customer felt that he was too high priced and he wouldn't even bother to come to their show room and check out what they had to offer before he turned down the bid. Well, our feelings were the same after the bid. We felt the bid was high but decided to at least make the trip from beaver falls into Pittsburgh to see what they had. Just like the original review that I read online that stuck in my head, was now true to form. As soon as we asked to have some adjustments to what we would consider, they dropped us like a hot potato! I was willing to do certain things and let other things ride to at least give our bathrooms a more updated look without going crazy. As long as they thought you were going to drop a bundle of money, they were falling all over you. Then, when there was a change in plans that meant less money, they couldn't have been more disinterested and rude. The sales rep never returned any calls with new figures. I made multiple calls to his cell phone and always left messages that I am sure he got, but never bothered to return. I wouldn't recommend these people unless you are ready to drop a bundle of money without any questions asked. And by the way, their show room is a joke. This place was so small and didn't offer many choices. Everything was limited. When we first entered the showroom I turned to my husband and discreetly said, "Is this all there is?" And be ready upon entering their showroom to be greeted by this obnoxious woman that looked me and my husband over from head to toe. I guess driving up in our Cadillac wasn't a good enough indication that we were serious but not willing to be taken to the cleaners!
