He came when he said he would to give us an estimate, and came when he said he would to pour the concrete and do the work. His work is perfect and the concrete looks wonderful. The price was extremely reasonable. He cleaned everything up when he was done and we are very, very pleased with him and his business. He was quite meticulous finishing up the concrete and everything looks beautiful.

He was punctual and professional. The estimate was twice as expensive as the other one I got.

Trey returned our inquiry phone call immediately, giving my husband an estimate based on our measurements. He was able to come out to survey the job right away, and he confirmed his estimated cost, giving us information on stamped concrete which we requested. After deciding to go with the stamped concrete, Trey advised us (at our request) on colors and pattern. Trey was prompt, professional, friendly, and a true pleasure to work with. Once the job started, he did not leave until it was completed. His estimate of 3 days total for our job was right on. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and highly recommend him.

We called Trey with Koncrete Koncepts, and he responded in a timely manner, came out at a mutually agreed upon time and provided an estimate within a few days of coming out. His estimate regarding when he would be able to begin the job was off but that was not a big deal. When he did begin our job, he was here daily until the work was complete. He did a little brick work with the steps and his work looks fantastic. We are very happy to have hired Koncrete Koncepts and am pleased with their work. We will call them again in the future for any concrete work.

What can I say but Bravo! Trey and company replaced and enlarged the concrete stair well that leads into my basement. They had to break out all of the old concrete and block walls, dig (mostly by hand) several dump truck loads of dirt, reset the walls, and pour the steps and pads. They stayed on the job until it was completed. It was very difficult work in a confined space with cold and sometimes wet weather. These guys did it all in a very professional manner and in good spirits. The job could not have been done better. The results are beautiful. They also went beyond what I expected. As an example they installed a temporary railing that will serve us until we can get the permanent one installed. I highly recommend Koncrete Koncepts and I would use them again.

Trey and his crew worked in a very challenging environment. The front sidewalk was appox. 70 ft in length, the rear approx. 35 ft. The patio was sliding over the hill in the rear of the residence.As mentioned earlier, the old pavers were large, heavy and ugly. The crew removed all of these and replaced all with stamped concrete, which turned out beautifully. They also constructed an outdoor fireplace finished in stacked stone. The crew also built decorative block walls around the patio using existing block from old walls being taken down and recut them to look brand new. The crew worked harder than I think I've ever seen a crew work. Trey kept us in the loop all the way and was very responsive. All in all, we are very pleased with the work, the professionalism and the price. I would definitely use Koncrete Koncepts again and would not hesitate to recommend them to othersl.

Trey was great. He was prompt in responding to my call and came out at a time convenient for me. I did not have a long wait and he finished the job on time. He also worked with me around any special requests and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed to make decisions and he made sure I was satisfied with the completed project. I would highly recommend the company.

When I first contacted Trey Miller, the owner, I left a voice mail and he returned it right away. He came out within a day or two to give me an estimate which was significantly lower than the other two estimates I had received. Since he seemed knowledgable and responsive, had good reviews here and was by far the lowest price, we went with Koncrete Koncepts. He came right when he said he would for both the estimate and completing the work. My completed steps and walkway look wonderful and this company was great to deal with. I have had many neighbors compliment my new steps and two asked for the contact information so they could get estimates from Koncrete Koncepts. I would definitely use them again.

Trey came to the appointment as scheduled and was on time. He listened to what we wanted and then discussed exactly how he would approach the job. For instance his plan would be to complete the work on the steps to the front door before starting the driveway work so we would always have access to the house without any difficulty. He explained exactly how he would shape the driveway so the rain would run off to the street and not puddle or run to the house Trey emailed us a list of references with addresses so we could drive by and see his work. There was a customer for whom he had done exposed aggregate that he called so we could go and get a close look at the work. It was in their back yard and the customer was very nice to let us in their yard and they also talked about how satisfied they were with the work. The work started and completed on time and the crew was very neat. I added a few items to the job for instance patching a basement wall with cement, adding a path from the driveway to the back of the house and filling in an area with top soil. None of these additions caused the job to go off schedule, they were all completed satisfactorily and for a fair price. There was a part of the steps that neither Trey not we were not satisfied with and he consulted someone in the industry as to how to fix it. Trey tried a few different methods until we were all satisfied. He even stopped on a Friday evening on his way somewhere to see how the method had worked since it needed some time to cure. I really appreciated that Trey did not expect final payment until the last part of the job was satisfactory even though part of the waiting was due to the weather which extended the wait about a month. Trey was very professional and easy to discuss the business and payment side with.

We were very happy with the whole job from start to finish. Trey Miller (the owner of the company) and his crew arrived the day they promised. The first day it rained off and on all day to an eventual downpour, but the crew finished removing the existing driveway, wall and walkway, even though they were soaked. The next day, the forms for the driveway and walkway were started. After the weekend, they finished the forms and poured the first half of the driveway. The next day was a rain delay, because they couldn't pour concrete in the rain. Trey kept us informed of what exactly was happening. The next day, the rest of the concrete was poured and the retaining wall was started. The final day, the wall was finished and Trey went the extra mile and brought in some topsoil to finish the job. The job went from Thursday to the following Thursday with one rain day delay. Trey was at the job site every day and was available and patient in answering all of our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Koncrete Koncepts to friends and family, as well as other Angie's list members.

I had called several of the top rated providers in the area and either never got a call back, got a ridiculously high estimate, or met with someone who never followed up with an estimate. Feeling frustration, I called Trey Miller back as I had gotten an estimate from him for the work last spring. I called him on a Sunday and he stopped out that afternoon. He said he would honor the quote from the previous year. I asked him to price the replacement of our sidewalk and stairs as well. The final quote was far more reasonable than the others I had received. He was straight forward and honest in our discussions and was open to talking about different options. Trey kept in constant contact with me as weather and other factors temporarily delayed the start. Once work was ready to begin, his team arrived on time and got to work. Everything went as expected and my wife and I were very pleased with the final results. The team clearly was very concerned with quality and doing the job right. They did a good job cleaning up and there were no surprise expenses. I'd highly recommend calling Koncrete Koncepts before the other contractors out there that don't return calls or don't follow through with their promises.
