Noble Window & Gutter Cleaning

My take on this was it was a bait and switch and when the owner who was one of the window washers found he could not up the price to the level he wanted he folded. I also think they thought this was a small job to do on a Saturday and it was not worth their time. The other worker working on the outside had completed 4 windows and had no problem cleaning. I think the owner saw the type of neighborhood our house is in and upped the price. So Mt. Lebannon, Upper Saint Clair and Virginia Manor residents beware of these guys. They left a customer holding the bag. By the way. I mixed a solution of vinegar and water and rewashed the windows in the basement and they are clean. My experience was not a good one and I am surprised they are on Angie's list as rated high.

I suppose they did what the receipt indicates which is clean the gutters and snake the downspouts. They were only at the house for about 10 minutes. Since we were getting water in the basement it would have been nice to get some feedback as to whether the gutters and down spouts were in bad shape or not. Paying $126.00 for 10 minutes worth of work seems outrageous especially since I'm not sure there was much work to be done. We got an estimate online for $119.00, but an estimate is an estimate. It could be more, it could be less. It's just hard to imagine it didn't end up being a little less considering the little time and amount of work involved. When I lived in the city we had someone come 1x/year to clean the gutters and that was a two story house, where one side practically hung over the side of a cliff with a detached garage. We went with a reputable company and never paid more than $80. I was however glad this company was so responsive and very professional over the phone. I'll give them that and if they ended up getting a bunch of junk out of the gutters so we won't get any more water in the basement then great! It would have just been nice to get that feedback.

Noble did 2 jobs for us in the month of May. They were prompt in returning my initial call and prompt in performing the service required. Fist they checked my rain gutters and unclogged a downspout at a cost of $120. We then hired them to wash our windows on the outside at a cost of $55. We were satisfied with the experience and service and will hire them again.

Great service. Showed up when promised and completed work without any issue. I will use them again!

I have established a routine service plan with Noble Window Cleaning for gutter maintenance. Prior to service I receive an e-mail alerting me to the service date. I appreciate the ease in which this service is provided and the detailed follow-up reports.

Beautiful results. I was not at home but the result was wonderful, removing >6 years of grime. I plan to call and get on their routine cleaning schedule for the fall - and have the inside and outside windows done. Thanks.

I really don't have the words to explain how terrific this company is, but I will try. I arranged for someone from Noble Window to come out to my house to wash 16 exterior windows and install 16 screens. The job was to be performed on a Saturday so that I could be home for the work. First of all, there was no "service fee" or "premium" for a Saturday visit. They simply charged their normal rates. How refreshing! Second, the technician was on time. Third, the technician worked hard to install some misshaped and aging screens. The clips on some of the screens had fallen out, so the technician re-inserted them for me. Finally, the technician made sure that all of the screens were firmly in place before leaving. The charge for all of this was $69.00. Yes, that's right, $69.00 for over an hour of work which included climbing ladders 30 feet into the air! This is the second time that we have used Noble Window and our first experience was just as impressive. This is a great company and I will use them for all of my wondow cleaning needs. Keep up the great work!

We had a contractor install a gutter cover several years ago. The contractor did not install end caps at the corners of the house - this left gaps between the gutter and cover. It wasnt a problem until birds found the gaps and built nests inside the gutter which blocked the flow of water thru the gutters. I wanted to find a contractor to clean out the gutters and if possible create and install end caps. Noble did a good job cleaning out the gutters and clearing away the debris. As for the repair work, they referred me to another company. I had another contractor create and install the end caps.

Work went very well. Noble's provides a date of service and calls a few days before to remind the customer they are coming. They have professional, courteous employees who do the work very efficiently and do a great job.

I wasn't home when the work was done but the windows were sparkling clean when I arrived. I would most def use them again had we not moved.

We've used Noble Window & Gutter cleaning twice and they do a wonderful job. Very responsive to calls and scheduling appointments. We needed some gutter work done and they scheduled another appt., they were back and completed the work in no time.

They showed up on time, were polite and did exactly what I requested. They cleaned the gutters and downspouts on the house. They also took all of the refuse with them I would tell my friends about their service.

The crew came and got right to work. They cleaned and squeegied the windows, then cleaned all the leaves and debris out of the gutters. They also cleaned out one of the back downspouts, which does not go directly into the storm water drains, because it was clogged. That's the first time in ages I actually saw water come down and shoot out the end. They cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. They were a ittle pricey ... I've seen Angie Specials for less ... but I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

Overall this was a very positive experience.

This company responded to my request for quote quickly and supplied it in writing. They answered all my questions. I had no problem scheduling the gutter cleaning. They did a good job. This was the first time I hired anyone to clean the gutters as we have a gutter cover and never needed the service before. We had some birds that found an opening at the end of the gutter and had built nests inside causing the gutters to get blocked up. Noble cleaned the gutters and removed all debris. They had no problem removing and replacing the gutter cover to do the work. I would definitely hire them again. I had other companies quote slightly lower rates but getting the quotes from these companies and actually talking to a person to get answers to my questions was difficult which is why I chose Noble.

Within in 10 minutes of my initial call I received a quote and schedule date for the service. The work was completed as agreed upon. I appreciate the convenience of phone and e-mail communication.

It went very well. First we were given a written estimate of the work to be performed. We scheduled the visit--they arrived EARLY!!!!! What a blessing, I didn't have to wait around all day. They washed the deck and fence--the results are very good--and squeegeed the windows that were splattered in the process.

They just clean the outside. My wife was not satisfied with their service. There were a lot of cobwebs on the windows and it was still there. My wife said how could they clean the windows without disturbing the cobweb. They were responsive and came out when they said they would.

It went very well. They even cleaned skylight at no extra charge.
