Noble Window & Gutter Cleaning

They were great from timely initial estimate through showing up when promised, to final completed job. After the “soft wash” the green siding now looks like the almond-colored original. Brick wall and concrete steps and walk look great. Reasonable cost, much less than our last washer and they did much more. Sorry, I didn’t think to get before and after pictures for this review.

They did a very good job and cleaned up well. We were hit with the bad flooding storm in Bethel Park 2 days later and I was fortunate to not have any water problems. I'm sure I would have had water in my basement if they hadn't cleaned my gutters. By their rehanging my one gutter, I didn't have any water overflowing like it had been doing previously. I will be hiring them again when it is time to clean my gutters in the fall.

Fantastic job! The 12 year old siding looked brand new ( and showed that now we REALLY need to repaint the front door.). The deck looks amazing. I have scrubbed it for hours with several different products from Lowe’s & Home Depot and used a power washer, with little results. In less than 3 hours, Noble had my house sparkling. I will gladly use them again in the future.

They did a great job. When I was given the quote it included 2 windows that might be a challenge to get to because of a roof awning and landscaping blocking access. I was not home when they came to clean the windows and noticed upon my return that the 2 in question were not cleaned. I spoke with Mr. Noble to review the work done and he, without hesitation, adjusted my bill to reflect the actual number of windows they cleaned.

I have used them several time. I have a complaint about them. They had used a leaf blower the first time to clean out gutters, when I called for the next time, I asked them not to use leaf blower because they blew some of the debris on one my the cars in the driveway. Then I scheduled a time for them to come out and asked that they not come before 2 p.m. they showed up at came at 8 a.m. they claimed that they didn't get the information from the dispatcher. I called the dispatcher and never got a call back. The second time, they used a broom, and gathered the debris but I don't recall. I just wasn't happy they didn't follow instructions regarding time, but I do not recall. I feel then can improve by listening to the customers request to return a phone call.

Not good. I live in Cecil (20 mins from their location) and they said it was too far for them to travel.

Received an over the phone quote from George, which was very reasonable. We scheduled the date and it was confirmed a couple days before. Jeremy, Corey, and Dave arrived on time, reviewed the work that we had requested and confirmed the price that was quoted. Everything went well and we will be using their services again.

A crew of 4 came and completed the gutter cleaning and window cleaning on our ranch style home. The crew was very professional and quick. The communication was very good, as we needed to reschedule our cleaning due to rain. The work was completed in a timely manner. The crew respected our property and did a great job for us.

Lynn and Patty were very helpful when the initial contact was made. They took their time and answered all of my questions thoroughly. A convenient day and time was found for all work to be completed. The workers arrived promptly and completed the work in a very professional manner. The windows and gutters have never looked so good! The windows shine like new!

This is the 2nd year I've used these people. No price increase for year 2 either. They did a great job cleaning; were on time, professional, did not wear shoes on my light carpets; I will use them all the time because of all the reason above. Your windows will sparkle and you will come home and just marvel at how beautiful your home looks after they were there-- I DID!!

They are very efficient. They email and call before any work is done. If I'm not home they leave the bill under the door.

Great. My sunroom windows (which get hot) are hard to really get streak free but they took the time and did a great job of removing all dirt and as importantly to me, all streak free. The workers were very courteous and were aware of the special instructions I had given the representative when I called (not to walk on sunroof, not to lay ladders against my gutter guards and they noticed a side window that other window cleaning companies sometimes miss. Consciences business.

The trees along my property are higher than the roof and the gutters frequently become overwhelmed with leaves, helicopters, etc. Since hiring Noble Window & Gutter cleaning the problem of clogged and stuffed gutters / downspouts has been eliminated. I like the convenience of their electronic method of sending reminders, advanced scheduling, and invoicing.

I called and spoke to George on Monday 6/30/14 and he was able to give me an on the spot estimate based on satellite image (googlemaps I assume). He said that he would be there by 7/3/2014 but actually they came a day earlier. They did a great job and also provided my wife with a quote for cleaning windows which is also reasonable and comparable with someone we previously used.

Chris and 2 others did a great job of cleaning these windows. They were very courteous and cleanly, interested in doing a good job and making sure I was pleased.

These guys are the best. I've used several window cleaning businesses over the past 20+ years. Most of them would use dirty water and didn't do a good job. Noble Window is very professional, plus I've used them to power wash our deck, patio and the wood siding on the back of our house. Occasionally I will email them that I need a few windows done on the inside of our home - they are always very accomodating and do a wonderful job. So glad I found them!
