Description of Work: Engineering Foundations helped us with foundation problems in the front of the garage which is attached to our house. The driveway slopes down toward the garage and over the years the rain runoff was affecting the foundation. We made an appointment and Jeff came to our home. He took alot of time to explain his evaluation and what was involved in the repair. There was no pressure in his presentation. We felt comfortable to work with his company. The crew installed steel piers to stabilize the structure. And they constructed a drain system to divert the water. The cement was replace with an appropriately angled pad. This project involved heavy digging machinery. My landscaping and flowers were not disturbed. The crew was very professional and polite. We would hire them again.

Description of Work: they placed 2 support beams under my main beam.work was excellent. this was done after acareful and thorough inspection of my home by acertified structural engineer.

Description of Work: Installed track system in perimeter of basement with sump pump. Broke concrete in foundation and concreted over when finished.

Description of Work: I had an encapsulation done on my basement walls. I was having lime and moist walls. Every time I bumped a wall, I'd be covered in lime. The water had nowhere to go. Now it does. It looks better than I ever could have imagined. Even better than a paint job. I almost want to bump into the wall on purpose. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: Was supposed to check inside French drain system. Said my sump pump was not working, but I called the installer and he came over and checked it and it was working fine. Seemed the guy really did not understand the system I called about, also spilled 3 gallons of water on my carpeted floor which was not very good for me.
