The person who came out to do the job was wonderful. He was professional and his pricing was really good for everything he did. He got the work done at no time at all. He explained everything before doing the job. I liked the way he treated me as a person.

Work was done promptly and efficiently. I'm very pleased with the work completed. I'd use the service again.

I called Radle Electric (at midnight, left message) because the circuit breakers for my heat pump were getting too hot to touch and creating a burning odor. I turned off the heat pump. Electrician called back first thing in the am, arrived that day, explained the work needed and did it immediately, including going out to buy a breaker not in stock. I was very impressed with the timeliness and the professionalism. I appreciated his concern over the 'buzzing' noise and his checking all of the wires to the breakers, finding a loose one, and fixing it. All of this for what I thought ws a very reasonable price. I am definitely using Radle Electric for my future electrical needs.

Mr Radle conducted a prompt, thorough and concise site survey. He is very professional AND a VET, however I chose to go with someone else. His pricing is competitive and actually a bit lower than others who gave me quotes for the same project.

Mr. Radle came out promply to give us an estimate of $1,770 to move the line temporarily and then install it permanently. After discussing the job the following week with Mr. Radle, it was determined that I would need to install the temporary pole. Mr Radle also said he would be revising his estimate (I assumed downward, silly me). Did not see the new estimate until July 27, when I needed to give him a deposit, long after the insurance claim was submitted. Since I was unfamiliar with what involved and the new estimate seemed high, I asked how long it would take. Mr Radle said it would take about 6 hours. I was at the house when the job was done and was shocked at what a simple procedure it was. Mr Radle was here approximately 2 hours with the power company doing the serious work of cutting the power line and reattaching it. The charge for his labor was $792.00 with an additional $100.00 inspection fee and $380.00 for materials which would be used for th permanent connection. I believe the cost was excessive and deceptive since I questioned the time factor. I have not permanently installed the power line but it definately will not involve Mr. Radle.

Very good experience. Eventhough it was a very busy time of the year Joe Radle was able to find time to replace my light. He was at my home on time and was very efficient and helpful and I would use his services again.

Excellent. Installed and rewired 2 ceiling fans with no problems. Removed an old one also. Able to meet custom function at the wall switch. Professional service overall.

They responded to call promptly, and gave an estimate promptly. They were very professional and knowledgable. Work was performed quickly and exactly as promised, done neatly and clean. Their quote was approximately 1/3 of what the other company quoted us.

My experience with this company was excellent! Joe took his time to ensure a quality job, and showed up early!. He was able to schedule the job within a reasonable amount of time. We certainly enjoy our ceiling fans!

The electrician that came out was very good at explaining what he did and why, that there could be a problem at different places and that he would need more time to be checked out or to be replaced. However, the problem was not solved. He said that I should replace all the switches for those lights and probably the light fixtures themselves and see if that works. I had a relative do that for me but it did not solve the problem. So the next step is probably to replace the breaker but I would do that myself because I was not happy with the estimate that I received from Radle to do the things that my brother in law did. Also, the light switches that needed to be replaced cost 67 cents and he was charging me $5 a piece on those, which I was not very happy about. It would cost him less than what I pay for one. My neighbor has a friend who is an electrician and I may call them because I talked to him and their price for a service call is about half what I paid Radle. It was a four-day turnaround time for him to come out from when I called him first. He was here very early; he called and asked me if it would be okay if he came because he was close by, so he did. He was here one hour before the appointment time and I had no problems with that as I was here. I don’t know if I would use him again because I was taken aback by the price he was charging for the switches and I was supplying the light fixtures so that was not an issue but to mark something up for 600% was too high.

Joe Radle did an outstanding job. He was on time and performed all work to detail. He was very nice and kept the work area clean. His costs were very reasonable quoted 3.5 hrs to 4 hrs of labor to perform the tasks. He was done in 2.5 hours that included his travel time and went over the finished product. Maybe he should of offered to reduce his cost of hours on task because it took less time than estimated. However, that was my error due to my change in project scope that would of ran more time on task than estimated. Overall, he did an outstanding job. He has highest recommendation and will use again. Plus, I like that he is a veteran owned business.

Radle Electric, Joe and his son, did an excellent job in replacing an out of date panel with a new 200 amp panel and 100 amp sub panel. They did a very good job in determining what needed to be done. They came on time for the estimate and were on time the days the work was done. They are very professional, polite and do an excellent job.

They cleaned the fuse box and replaces the main breaker. They checked all the electric in the house to make sure the problem was fixed. They made it a point to work late today to do this. Problem fixed in less than 24 hours from my 1st and only phone call to them.

Called them and arranged to have them come to evaluate the job in the AM on 8/1. Never showed and never called. We did not call them to ask why as we also had another electrician come in the afternoon who was great.

Radle Electric needs to re-evaluate thier pricing structure if they want to stay competative with thier competition.

Arrived promptly on schedule. Worked each item, put everything back as needed and kept the area clean. This is the 3rd time I have use the company. Great overall experience.

I have been a client of Radle Electric since I first moved to this area eight years ago. I can always rely on Joe to arrive on time, quickly determine what work needs to be done, and gets right down to work. Radle Electric has never tried to 'sell up' their services. I have often referred my friends and clients to Radle knowing that without question, they will be pleased with the work done. Joe's summer assistant was with him today, Jake couldn't find a better mentor than Joe Radle.

I found Radle Electric using Angie's list. We utilized Joe for one job, and then another, and another. His work and professionalism were impeccable each and every time. Appointments were scheduled promptly, estimates were provided and always accurate, and the work was always top notched. On the last occasion a local lightening strike wreaked some havoc with one breaker and some of out outlets. After attempting to troubleshoot and repair myself, I gave up and called Joe at roughly 5pm hoping to get him out the next day. Joe came right over that evening, did some trouble shooting, found the impacted outlet, repaired, and had us up and running in no time. Having owned two houses in various locales and using lots of contractors (many of whom I've been very happy with), Radle Electric is arguably the best I've worked with.

They were very friendly and responsive. They done a excellent job. I would use them again in the future as needed.
