Radle Electric LLC

I have a home built in early 50's and wanted someone to come update the outlets basically (see that they were grounded), and say whether the wiring in the house was still good. Had 3 different folk in for estimates. First one was astronomical, albeit probably reasonable, given the 2 weeks they needed, if I were to rewire the entire house, add light fixtures I don't have or need, etc. Radle was my 3rd choice and the business I ultimately went with, even though his estimate was competitive with the 2nd guy's. But, I found Joe to be quite personable (along with Aimee who answered my initial call and set up the appointment), and seemed no-nonsense (i.e. gave his honest opinion about what he thought needed to be done and was interested in providing the service I was wanted w/o all the "extra" stuff), and likewise pointed out a couple things the other 2 folk missed (or overstated). I had the estimate that same week and the job was scheduled and completed in a little over a month ( 8/22). I believe it was Jake and Daja came to do the work. They were courteous, performed their work in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves. So, for my first experience with them, I have nothing but good to say, would definitely consider calling upon them again and wouldn't be afraid to recommend them!

took to long for them to get back with us on an estimate after they came out. When we did finally get their quote, their price was double what we ended up paying another company to do the job for us. The other company is very reputable and has been in business for at least the 35 years I have lived in the area. It may have been even longer than that. We have had them come out a couple times in past years and were always pleased with them, so naturally They were the first ones we wanted to contact for an estimate. We were shocked at how much Radle wanted to charge for the job. The company we hired are going to do the exact same things as Radle would have done. Radle wanted over $4,000. We are having it done for $2570.

I recently had some work done at my house. Mr. Radle came out to do the estimate and work. He is an awesome guy! Very kind and super knowledgeable. They did a great job and highly recommend them for any work.

Jake and Max were great. Courteous, professional. The made sure we were happy with the work they completed. They cleaned up any mess that they made. Answered all of my questions. They were great to work with. I would certainly hire Radle Electric for my next Electric job.

Jake is amazing! We love him and he does an excellent job! We've used Radle Electric 2 times so far and plan to use them again in the future for all of our electrical needs. Their cost is reasonable, their work is impeccable and they clean up after they're done to leave your home looking even better than they found it...

The service was excellent in every way: prompt, courteous, and professional. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in under 2 hours. Joe was friendly and extremely careful given the existing Covid-19 situation. Fine experience all around.

Joe, the owner and 2 additional men arrived on time and worked efficiently through the 2 days it took to do all of the work. They vacuumed any dust & debris as they went then wiped down surfaces they had touched. They were all friendly and professional. They had the required certification to handle the outside power shut off when replacing the panel, rather than needing to call and schedule the electric company to do it.

Unlike the first electrician I had booked and who never showed, Radle's crew was TERRIFIC! Joe did the initial estimate - friendly, punctual and professional. He came along with Mike and Jake when they arrived to do the work, and Joe went over everything--made sure everyone was on the same page. Long day for Mike and Jake, but they worked well together, and the finished products were exactly what I wanted.

Jake from Radle Electric showed up on time as scheduled. Kitchen ceiling fan with light was wobbly on high speed. Jake took fan down, tightened several parts associated with the down rod, tightened all parts and re-installed fan in less than an hour! Very professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He also furnished answers to other electrical questions I had. I would definitely use Radle Electric for any future electrical issues.

Great Job! No one else would even consider retiring the outside light. But Radle Electric did it and got everything working. Very happy!

Ended up just needing the breaker replaced. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even walked me through changing the breaker, so I can do it myself in the future.

Radle did an excellent job of pin pointing the problem. They had to find electric boxes under flooring in the attic to fix a loose connection. They checked all the electric boxes to make sure the other connections were good. They cleaned up everything. Very nice workers who knew what to do and wasted no time getting it done. Radle Electric is now my go to electric repair company!

Great job to their whole team! My wife and I would recommend Radle Electric for any electrical work. They said when they would be there and they were, they were able to finish early and they cleaned up after themselves. One other thing that's normally a pet peeve is follow-up and Radle was excellent at returning calls, explaining the work and overall customer service. It wasn't just 1 person who was doing a great job I talked to 3 or 4 of their team(office and field workers) all were responsive, which is so hard to find today. I highly recommend their work too. Everything was completed as I expected in an extremely timely manner.

Joe showed up at the time scheduled (after completing several other jobs that day). He had the proper test equipment and the knowledge to figure out which wires were supposed to go where. He fixed everything. And the lights are back on. As for the second problem, he determined which of the white wires in the 3 gang electric box should have been attached to that Smart Switch. Problem solved. It was an unanticipated expense, but I had spent two days trying to figure it out myself. It was probably no more expensive than if I had called Joe to install the switches in the first place. But that would have saved me 2 days trying to do it myself.

Great!! I had replaced the bulb previously, but due to the location and exposure to weather, I couldn't get the sconce open this time. I felt silly asking for a light bulb to be replaced, but I didn't want to mess things up, which would cost me more. I contacted Laura and she asked the right questions and lined things up very quickly and professionally. Sure enough, Jake shows up Wednesday before Thanksgiving...right on time. He had things apart and fixed quickly. He took the time to show me what I need to do next time. Super young man and we had a few chuckles during his visit. Very professional work and I would definitely use Radle Electric again.

I was getting a pool heater installed by another company. But, the pool guys didn't have the electrical expertise to deal with my proprietary set up. I called Radle Electric and he went out of his way to help me on a short time line. Great work and service! Thank you!!!

I had Radle Electric work for me begore and things went well so I called them again to replace a broken motor in an attic fan. The gentleman showed up promptly and were well prepared to do the work. It took them about an hour and a half to do the work. Upon completion of replacing the fan, he cleaned up the work area and was finished. I thought $340 was a fair price for the parts and time required for this job and my bedroom is now much cooler in the summer time temps. Yeah!
