Joe was timely in scheduling the work and arrived when promised. Work was completed on time and in a professional manner. Joe arranged for all building/electrical permits and inspections and all were completed without issue. His office stayed in communication with me throughout the project. The final charges were very close to the initial estimate.

They are courteous and professional. I spent about $200.

Joe is truly "pet friendly". Our Jack Russell meets him at the door with joy and Joe responds. Joe is also people friendly, explains what he is doing. Estimate matches the actual cost. Special Kudos to his office help. She is a gem.

I contacted Radel Electric via email on Angies List. They responded with a phone call within 24 hours and was able to set an appointment the next day. He was very professional and a nice guy. Was able to fix my ceiling light instead of needing to replace the entire light and fan. I would definitely use Radel the next time I need an electrician.

Joe was great. He had come previously to the house to look at what we needed to do, was thorough in his assessment of the situation and what would be needed, and was very prompt with getting our estimate to us by email. He also answered questions we had and cleared up confusion on our part, very patiently. When we decided to use his service, he accommodated our schedule as we were driving in from out of State to work on my late mother's house. Once the date of service was set, Joe said he would be there at 8:00 AM and he was there at 7:45 AM. He worked like a dog all day, taking only a half hour lunch break and then continued until 4:30 PM. Before he left, he fixed an unforeseen electrical problem in our garage as well. He was professional, personable, and even (with permission) took a photo of our dog Ellie to post on his Face Book page! We really liked him, felt his price was reasonable based on competitor estimates we had received before, and we even received a personal thank you note in the mail from Joe for allowing him to do the job for us! You can't beat that for professional courtesy and just being plain nice! W will definitely will recommend Radle Electric LLC to the next owners of my mother's home and to all our friends and family in the Marysville and Harrisburg area.

They showed up and they were quick and they cleaned up when they were done. They had the best bid and they did a good job.

In addition to doing a great job installing the chandelier, Joe Radle volunteered to clean the walls and ceiling of our 17 foot high foyer which we could not reach. He went above and beyond what was expected.

In mid-January a severe winter storm toppled a tree, that took down our main electric power line, the electric line that ran from the house to the barn, and our phone and TV cable lines. I got the run around from the utility company that it was my responsibility to have an electrician re-attach the power line to my home at my own expense. I called several electricians to come and provide estimates. Joe came and provided the estimate in two days. He told me that he believed it was the utility company's responsiblity to re-attach the main power line to the house - the line ran from one of their poles on my property to the house. Joe took the information from the utility pole, and contacted the power company on my behalf. In two days the power company contacted me and acknowledged that it was their responsibility. Based on Joe's responsiveness I had him do the work to run a new electric line to the barn, and add the additional lights and outlets. The weather was terrible, with snow and ice storms cancelling the appointments we scheduled. Throughout it all, Joe kept in contact and left voice mails to keep us informed. Finally, in order to get it done for us, he came out on a Saturday. He worked in below freezing temperatures, to work on a ladder to run the line from the house to the barn. The new line and the lights in the barn are exactly what we wanted, and Joe's work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone. He is timely, responsive, and does quality work.

Joe was great from the start, we could tell from the free estimate that he was honest and knew what he was doing. Thankfully he was also the cheapest of the three estimates we received, and while another electrician said it was a "big, complex job" that required more expense, Joe didn't mention any difficulty or increased cost for the upgrade. We were pleased with his communication when weather caused the job to be delayed, and we ran into a few minor issues after the service upgrade that he was quick to address and found the problem right away (our old panel was a rat's nest of wires so I don't blame him for the unforeseen issues). We highly recommend him and are glad we found our new local electrician, he's also great with pets and very friendly overall. We will use him in the future and recommend him to our family and friends. Thanks again, Joe!

Total professional. Provides a written estimate first, then schedules work. Arrives as scheduled, knows his business and is an excellent communicator. Everything you want in a service provider and none of what you do not want. I would recommend Joe to anyone for any electrical work. You will be working with a pro who does the job right the frist time.

I called to see what it would take to install an electrical outlet in my garage for a heater. Joe arrived at my house approx. an hour later and assessed my needs....and got the job done the same day! He was polite, courteous, and very professional.

I was very pleased. Joe came a day after I called to assess the problem--which I was grateful for! He went out of his way to go and get the new fixture I needed and complete the job all on the same day. I really appreciated his punctuality, professionalism and kindness it taking care of everything so fast. Joe was very prompt at returning our initial phone call, arriving for the initial visit as well as for the final service visit. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a single service visit. He seems to prefer to use an initial visit to scope the extent of the problem, then schedule a full service visit. While this work in our case, it would have been nice if he could use a single visit to fix the problem. However, he was able to find the issue that eluded two other electricians. The circuit has been working without problem since the service call.

We kept tripping switches and he came in and put an extra thing in so they wouldn't trip anymore. He was very professional and did a really good job. We were really pleased. He is dog friendly. That was a plus.

Radle Electric was very responsive from initial contact, to consultation of services, providing estimate and performing services. Joe was familiar with the transfer switch and components we had purchased, and did not attempt to provide a "better" option. Company was very punctual, professional and personable. Work was completed in a timely manner and work area was kept tidy and clean; a covering was laid on the floor to protect it from dirt and all wiring remnants were removed. Joe and his assistant were very courteous and respectful. Upon completing all installations, everything was tested to ensure it worked, and the complete process of using auxillary system was explained to me in detail, with patience. I will definitely consult Radle Electric for any future electrical needs.

He was polite and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. There was something that wasn't quite right in the hook up and he just fixed it as part of that inspection fee.

Everything went extremely well. We were remodelling two rooms and installing a fireplace and told our general contractor that we wanted to use Radle Electric for the electric work. Mr. Radle came out and gave us an estimate and worked out the time to complete the job with the general contractor. He showed up on the date and did the work to standard. The contractors who were on site went out of their way to say that he did excellent work and that they enjoyed working with him. After everything was done we realized that we forgot about an outlet for the wall TV set and also found an outside outlet that was shorted out. We requested another visit to complete the work (without an estimate) and Mr. Radle came out and did the job. Everything was done very professionally and we were completey satisfied. If anyone is put off by the price they see for the work done they must understand that electric work in general is not cheap and the work that he had to do, rerouting existing wiring to accomodate a fireplace install, was especially time consumiing. We would recommend Mr. Radle to anyone who asked.

We were pleased with their work. One of the reasons was that he advertises himself as a pet friendly contractor, so that helps us out, as far as not having to worry about him having issues with our four dogs. And basically, just the usual stuff, we were pleased with, as far as him showing up on time and doing a good job with the work that we needed done.
