Other than price the service was excellent. I did not do my normal three quotes, so I suspect their price was not abnormal, just still a little shocked on how costly electrical and plumbing work can be. I had a whole house surge protector installed; I already had the surge protector purchased, so they only needed to install the breakers and provide the labor. It took all of 15-20 minutes from start to finish. I received a 20% discount on labor, or $26 off the total, being a first time customer. Material costs for the breaker, lock nut, and offset nipple was $30, the rest of the contract price was under electrical services. Again top notch service.

Radle is a very pleasant company to work with. The owner and employees are all personable and professional. Work was accomplished when promised. There was an unforeseeable problem with an item of the work. Radle quickly remediated the issue at their expense. Highly recommend them.

I called Joe late one afternoon when my whole house was without power, but my meter was still running. He came right away, ran several tests, and easily fixed my problem breaker. While he was here I also had him check a few other electrical problems that will need to be fixed in the future. This is the second time I used Joe Radle and he has always been very friendly and professional explaining my options. As a widow I need someone to rely on for such work, and he always responds quickly and efficiently. I recommended him to my daughter and she was thrilled with his work too. It great to know a guy like Joe.

They were OUTSTANDING. We had to wait HOURS for the electric company to arrive to shut off the live wires and tell us that we were responsible for repairs (we weren't aware of this). By then it was 3:00 in the afternoon (on a Friday). I called several electricians who couldn't help us. After calling Radle, they were on their way to my house within minutes. The price was very fair, considering that it was an emergency call, which kept them after hours. Plus it included the inspector's fee. I'm so grateful that we didn't have to go a whole weekend without electricity. They are friendly guys who really care.

Joe Radle did exactly what he proposed to do. I have some experience with residential wiring (my own work passed inspection) and I worked 3 summers, during college, for a First Energy company. I was impressed by the way Radle did the work. They were ready to start at 8 am (when they said they would), and the work, including clean-up, was completed and inspected by 3 pm. The equipment was top quality. All circuits are operating.

Joe was prompt with the estimate and also with the actual work. They cleaned up after the work was done. Being a single woman they treated me with great respect.

The first time we used Radle Electric, we had our service upgraded to a 200 AMP service right after a snow storm ripped the power lines off the house. Joe came out multiple times, and was wonderful to work with. He worked with PPL and got our house in working order as fast as he could. The second time Radle came to the house, they installed dedicated air conditioner lines and ran wiring for a garbage disposal. The 3rd time we hired Joe, he ran ground wire to all of our outlets. The last time we used Radle Electric they installed a light and electrical outlet on our deck, installed a light in our foyer where none existed, ran lighting for our new under the cabinet lights, wired the new ceiling fan in the kitchen and corrected some issues with various circuit breakers. We are incredibly pleased with Joe's professionalism, promptness, and ability to work with our schedules.

The work went very well. The guys were prompt to their appointment time and very business-like. No wasting time. The job was done in much less time than originally estimated. They also cleanup after themselves. There is no question I will have Radle Electric back next time I need electrical work done.

Joe and Jake were great. They had the scaffold up and the light installed in no time and were a pleasure to work with ! Calls returned, prompt replies with estimate and final receipt . Arrived right on time to do the work. I would definitely use them again.

I asked Radle for an estimate to address a popping noise from my sub panel. Joe and his partner, I think his name is Jake, came out a day or two later and discovered that the bus bar was damaged beyond repair. They eliminated any safety issues during their initial estimate visit, and said they'd have to come back to replace the damaged bus bar. Laura Lee (very nice and easy to communicate with) provided me with an estimate a few days later that was very reasonable, and I signed the estimate and paid the deposit to get the work scheduled for the following week. On the scheduled day of work, Joe and his partner were fast and efficient. No issues what-so-ever. I will definitely keep Radle in mind for any future electrical work I need completed. I hope you do too!

Joe and Jake arrived just as they said and set to work trying to make sense out of some electrical problems in the garage and basement. I had provided a complete list of items that needed attention at the time we met for an estimate, so he had everything he needed, including new light fixtures. They solved all the problems I was concerned about and replaced several circuit breakers, ceiling fixtures and upgraded all the old receptacles and switches, even installing LED dimmers where necessary. There was no slacking off during the day, they worked diligently and were very respectful of my home and pets. I am very pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail. There was no foul language, drama, or cigarette break. They organized their tools and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was a pleasure having them around, and my home is much better now that everything works the way I want it. They will be the first one I'll call if I need electrical work again.

They gave a great estimate and the cost even came in lower than expected. Two electricians were out and completed the work over 2 days for about 9 hours total. The owner and a newer technician came out. They did a great job. They were friendly and informative. The company is definitely pet friendly and courteous. They made sure to clean up after themselves and made sure to take a lot of extra steps to make the project went smoothly. The only issue we had was getting in touch with them initially, but it was around the holidays when he reached out.

Joe was on time for both the estimate and the installation. Joe is very personable, professional and does great work. I am so happy with my new lights and the new cord for my iron keeps it out of the way of my sewing area!

They arrived a few minutes early and were done in half a day. They covered all the counter tops and were careful not to cause too much damage to the drywall which they had to cut in order to install the new lights and the outlets. They also numbered all the drywall pieces they cut so that the drywall person could use them when patching the holes. After the work was done they cleaned up the kitchen and the floors. I was very impressed by this. The lights are great and I'm extremely happy with the work. I will definitely use them for future electrical needs and I would highly recommend them. This is saying something since I'm extremely picky.

The entire process was a positive experience beginning with initial contact. I called early in the morning and they were prompt in their response. I indicated there was a small sense of urgency due to the fact that I would be traveling outside of the area and they were very accommodating in taking care of my problem in a timely manner. The service technicians arrived as scheduled and wasted no time in troubleshooting the issue. In a short period of time they had thoroughly assessed the problem and began the resolution. In a short time they had corrected the issue and returned everything status quo. Throughout the whole process they were very professional and extremely polite. This was my first experience with Radle Electric and they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Radle Electric anyone in search of a quality electrician at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them in the future.
