Graham was extremely professional and thorough when he came to my house to give me a quote for a new heat pump system/installation. He was very helpful in working and communicating with our home warranty service (the home warranty service ended up making the decision to not work w/ Lynch Mechanicals since they were out-of-network). If it was my choice, I would have chosen Lynch Mechanicals. In the fall, after I had suspected some issues with my new HVAC system, I called Graham for his advice and he was quick to respond to my call and offer suggestions and solutions. This was very impressive.

They have integrity and they are responsive. They are professional and I have no issues with schedule.

I like that it's the same guy over the past probably 3 years. I tried two other services and I just think that Lynch was the best in all the categories.

We usually have UGI service our gas furnace every year but decided to try someone different. They beat UGI's price and I believe did a much more thorough cleaning. Very pleased and will use again.

This was one of Angie's List deals. Graham arrived right on time and immediately put booties on his shoes before he came in the door. He was completely professional and efficient. It took him about an hour to service the gas furnace. I would highly recommend him and actually called him a week later to fix our air conditioner unit which needed refrigerant. We called on a Sunday night and he was at the house first thing Monday morning. This was not related to the gas furnace inspection but we were so pleased with his service that we called him when the air conditioner stopped working. My husband was here and Graham explained exactly what he was doing to him.

They came out and quickly discovered the issue. The problem was explained to me in detail and they fixed the problem promptly. Then they followed up with a general service inspection. All for a low price. Highly recommend them and will use them for yearly maintenance from now on.

Called Lynch Mechanicals at 8:45 and the office person relayed my issue to the tech (Josh) on the read who call me back by 9:20 and arrived at my house 20 minutes later. Josh was friendly and professional and 20 minutes later my AC was working again. Also got the Angie List coupon discount. A very positive experience.

We have used Lynch Mechanicals for several years to do the bi-annual heat pump services and also to install a small split system in a new sunroom. They are professional, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. They removed the old heat pump and installed the new one in less than 6 hours with minimal disruption of our household. We will continue to use Lynch Mechanicals for our heat pump service in the future. No complaints, only positives for this business. Before you contract with anyone else, get a quote from Graham Lynch, you won't be disappointed.

As always from Mr. Lynch - a thorough and professional service call. Wouldn't trust another HVAC service contractor in Greater Hbg. area. Never any unfinished nor partial work done - "you can take that to the bank".

They were on time, removed the old equipment, including an oil tank from the basement, up a steep narro stair with no damage to any thing. They installed the new equipment and said, they would be back in the spring to start the AC , at no charge. I arranged this work to be done at my 92 year old Mom's house. My Mom is very pleased and so am I. They made me look like a genies in my Mom's eyes which is always nice for a son.. It's rare that you meet people that are knowledgeable, enthusiastic ( it was 10 degrees the day they installed ) and pay attention to detail. As far as the price, It seemed fair to me, I had called 3 other company's on Angie's list to get pricing, none of them called me back. I would recommend them to any one!

They repaired my oil furnace. It would not ignite so they replaced the nozzle and cleaned the inside of the burner. They did various tests to insure the furnace was working properly as well. They were very courteous and professional.

We set an appointment and they came a few minutes earlier than scheduled. They removed and cleaned the burner tubes. The furnace has been starting on the first cycle everytime since then and has been running great for well over a month. They are easy to talk to, very prompt and professional. I can recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

This was the first service that I purchased through Angie's List. I was very impressed with the quality and knowledge of the man from Lynch Mechanicals that came out to do the work. I honestly believe this was the most thorough cleaning our furnace has ever gotten and less expensive than using UGI service ! I will definitely be using them again...

This was a minor problem and they took care of it. They also explained what to do if this would occur again. Overall, everything went great.

Not too much to say. I sent Graham an email through AL. He called me later that evening. I explained what I wanted done, and he gave me a price, and we set a date for the service. He showed up on time, was very respectful, and he did the job supremely. I asked him for some ideas on how to move forward with options on cooling the house in a more efficient way. To which he drew up 3 separate options and estimates and mailed them to me. If I decide to improve on our AC situation, I will definitely be using him.

Air conditioning unit not cooling. Called for service. within twenty minutes my call was returned and I was told a technician would be coming by within a half hour. The owner showed up for the service call and quickly diagnosed the problem. Added refridgerant and tested everything. Works like new again. I was very pleased with the expertise and professionalism. Will definitly be using them again and will also recommend them to everyone I know.

Mr. Lynch was very professional, courteous and prompt from the initial estimate all the way through to the completion of the system installation. The estimate was broken down to show different options for air conditioning and heat pump units. The estimate was organized and easy to understand. There was no pushy sales tactics. When I called Mr. Lynch with questions about the different options listed on the estimate he was more than willing to answer my questions. I called Mr. Lynch a couple different times throughout the entire process, and if he did not answer my call initially, he would promptly return my telephone calls. There was a typographical error on the contract and because of the error Mr. Lynch upgraded us to a variable speed indoor unit. The installation crew consisted of two other guys who worked for Mr. Lynch and they had a presentable appearance and were friendly and courteous. The crew showed up every morning on time. There was an extra wire from when the old air handler was disconnected and the guys offered to install for no extra charge a small attic light.

Tests arrived early and fix baited professionalism they even donnes booties be force entering my home they isolated the issue quickly and immediately resolved it price was very reasonable.

They are prompt, professional and do an excellent job. Two employees, including Graham, completed the service and cleaniing in less than an hour.

I was very nervous about how to go about getting this job done. I called 3 companies and Graham called me back promptly. When he came to the house to see what I needed, he was very professional and knowledgeable about how to best heat and cool my house. He took photos and used an iPad to take down his notes instead a piece of paper that could get lost. He gave me tips on how to better regulate the temperature on my 2nd floor, which was extremely helpful. I felt completely at ease with his ability to replace my units. When his estimate came about a week later I thought the estimate was a bit high compared to another company's, but he impressed me so much and was able to come on a day I chose, that I hired him. He and his friendly assistant went right to work and were able to complete the job in a day. Graham explained everything he did in a language I could understand. As for clean up after the job, my basement looked cleaner than before they started!!. I am looking forward to continuing to use his services.

The air conditioner unit stopped working. They were able to schedule an appointment, diagnose and fix the problem the same day I called. Very professional.

f My AC unit was not working, so contacted Lynch Mechanicals and they came out the next day. Graham & Josh were very nice guys. However, I was a bit disappointed with the works that they performed. Seems like they wasn't able to find the leak or attempted to find it. They just simply added more freon to the out door unit. After two weeks later, the unit failed again. This time I contacted another company, this company performed high pressure test, and found leak at the suction valve core inside outdoor unit. So, they replaced the core & cap and added more freon.I called Lynch Mechanicals in the first place because of the positive ratings. I will probably call on them again in the future to give them another chance.

We did a lot of research and received multiple bids from a number of contractors that offered systems from dual heat gas or oil furnace/ heat pump combinations to other brands of heat pumps. Lynch offered us the lowest price of Bryant equipment (with rebates) in the Bryant/Carrier line since both lines are essentially identical with same warranties. The discussions on models, features and installation was straightforward as well as future servicing. We were impressed that Lynch through Bryant credited the rebates up front so we didn't have to wait for the rebate. Their installation was completed in a day and a half and was done very neatly. It's working fabulously over the past two weeks in the 90+ up to 100 degree temperatures we've been having.

Provided on-time quote with multiple options and best recommendation. Also provided details on installation, what would be included and what was not included. Details given on rebate options that allowed the puirchase of a much higher quality unit at the price of the base unit. Answered questions promptly during the decision process by phoine and by e-mail. Scheduled promptly and arrived on-time. Installation went smoothly, provided details during installation so I understood each step of the installation. Reviewed unit and answered questions at completion of installation. Provided instructions on programmable thermostat and set up thermostat to our personal requirements. Assisted with rebate forms and submissions. Very good experience and would higly recommend to anyone looking at new or upgrade heat pump, furnace installation.
