Description of Work: I called on a Monday because my AC was not working. I described the problem I was having to the person who answered the phone and she said that an AC tech would not be available to come out until Wednesday. |I had previously called a different company who could come out the same day but when I told him what the problem was over the phone he estimated over $2000 in repair costs and then suggested a brand new unit in the area of $3500. |When the person who answered the phone at Leggett Inc. asked me what the problem was again, I restated the problem and she asked me to hold on. When she got back on the phone she said that it sounded like it could be an electrical problem. She said the electrician was on a call but she would have him call me when he was done. I had a coupon for any free services call so I told her sure lets try that. I said great and stepped out for 10 minutes. When I returned home my husband said that the guy called and was on his way. Following that statement, the electrician pulled up and after an hour and a half the AC was fixed. It was apparently a problem with some wires. He did a great job and the AC was fixed within 2 hours of my calling Leggett Inc. and it only costed $100. It truly pays to hire a company that can handle lots of different things.

Description of Work: I received a quote from this provider that was twice as much as the other two quotes I received from other electricians for the exact same work. I did not use them because of this. They were curteouse and on time for the appointment for an estimate.

Description of Work: Copper pipe leak in a very tight location, fixed quickly, professionally. Also replaced a previous, poorly done DYI repair in an even tighter spot. Very pleased with the on-time, professional workmanship. While there he provided an estimate for a water heater replacement and gave us useful insights on our water softener and sump pumps.

Description of Work: Serviced the generator and switched a breaker to add an appliance.

Description of Work: Fixed heating system. Have also fixed various plumbing problems. Always excellent service. Price does always seem a little steep but I never worry about them not guaranteeing the work.

Description of Work: Jerry responded to my email. Called me the next day and set up appointment for estimate. Received estimate quickly. We set up date for installation. Jerry showed up right on time with stationary generator and installers. Went over what circuits I wanted on generator. I went off to work. Jerry called me at work to let me know they were done and he would come by the next day to go over everything. Jerry came by early in morning and explained the system to me.
