Description of Work: The first time was probably about 2006 or 2007, in this house but I think we used them in the old house that we were in too, but 2006 or 2007. Probably just looked at our heating system. I know we've had plumbing work done like a shower and toilet installation, that kind of thing. Its been so long (since they have also done plumbing) and we have other people like to do different thing. Like my husband is a veteran and because of some disability he had we had somebody else come in and do - kind of yanked out everything that was done in the bathroom so they can put in like the accessible bathroom in there. So i can't really recall who did what in that first entry period in there.

Description of Work: Spring maintenance which is part of contract including fall maintenance.

Description of Work: They replaced kitchen sink faucet that had only been in use for 6 years (purchased through another plumbing company). There was also a leak in the cold water copper pipe supplying water to the kitchen sink due to corrosion. I asked that both the cold & hot water pipes be replaced. Plumber cut both cooper pipes further down & placed flexible hosing in their place. Note: Kitchen faucet had to be purchased from a particular company before this company would have the plumber do the installation.

Description of Work: We recently had a leaky pipe which caused damage to gas furnace. Homeowners insurance involved and Leggetts was prompt, thorough, and proactive in assisting with requirements of insurance company and completion of timely and successful of claim

Description of Work: Thought we needed a higher amperage electrical connection. But it turned out we did not. The tech was very good and explained everything.

Description of Work: I had four issues that needed to be addressed: 1. When we attempted to plug our 55" TV into one of the outlets in our lower living room, the TV would shut off a few seconds after turning it on. 2. Our mudroom lights were dimmed when turned on. 3. There was a possible live, exposed wire hanging from the ceiling of our lower living room. 4. I wanted a complete and updated placard for our circuit breaker (indicating which fuse was connected to which room/appliance). I called Leggett for an estimate. They sent an electrician out within a couple days. The electrician immediately identified issues 1 and 2 from above -- there were small designer dimmer controls next to the on/off switches. He resolved issue 3 by pulling the wire out of the drop ceiling -- it was simply a wire going to nowhere (probably used for a speaker wire by the previous owner). He said that it would be a lot cheaper to resolve issue 4 myself. He showed me what I needed to do to simply go around and fill out a circuit breaker placard for myself. Afterwards he spent a good hour answering my questions about water filters and my heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Description of Work: I use Leggett Inc for heating & a/c. They are going to be here to check my air conditioner. The last time they came out was when I had a plumbing problem. In fact I got my service agreement from them.

Description of Work: The team that showed up a few days earlier to insure our AC was in good working order discovered that our outside faucet was damaged from our failure to turn the water off last fall. It was a cold winter, and the faucet suffered significant damage. Russ showed up on time, put boot covers on his shoes before entering our home, accessed the situation, gave us an estimate before starting the job. We felt that the estimate was fair and authorized the work. Russ had to cut into the dry wall to reach the faucet. I know how messy that can be, yet when he was finished, the area was cleaner than when he started. He showed us the damaged faucet before replacing it. He was done and on his way in less than an hour and a half, exceeding all of our expectations. I highly recommend Russ's work and the entire Leggett team.
