He was quite friendly, he actually showed me what was wrong with the light, it was really simple that was not on the punch sheet that I was looking to do. I used him for the immediate job, we had him do some 5 separate jobs. I would have him come out one time because there's things that could be done in the future. The first one we have done was our basement and we chose somebody but that doesn't mean that we won't go back and use him for one or the other projects. I got a written quote. I had asked about the necessity of upgrading my panels to 200 amp and he gave me a price on it but didn't tell me something that I found out from another contractor as well as a friend of mine who happens to be an electrician, that to do what I needed to do, I could use a larger panel for the 100 amp but I really wouldn't need to go to the expense of a 200 amp. I understand why he did because it's to upsell but I appreciated the fact that somebody else told me that I don't really need to do that. He's very nice, he wasn't totally upfront about not telling me that I didn't really need to have the 200 amp to what I was looking for. They did great, they came out when they said they were going to be and I didn't have to wait forever. I got the estimate within just a few days of when he was out here.

It went very well. Plumber found leaks and fixed them in addition to do the work requested.

Leggett is always dependable, timely, and responsive. They may not be the least expensive but I would recommend them highly! I have never been disappointed.

The service person was very professional. He checked all of the systems of heat pump and replaced the filter. He then informed me that my system was in fine shape and required no further maintenance at this time.

I had the best experience. Everyone was professional. Service was prompt, and on-time. I got my estimate around 8:00 a.m. and by 4:30 p.m. I had hot water. It was a rather elaborate job removing an electric hot water heater and replacing it with a gas model, which required new piping and venting. They were also able to connect me with someone who lined my chimney at a very reasonable price. They were also very prompt in fitting me into their schedule. I plan on using Leggett again.

They come out twice per year to prepare our system before the seasons for their major usage start. The come out in the fall to prepare our heating system for the winter. They come out in the spring to prepare our HVAC system for the summer months. They call well in advance. They never stay longer than an hour and 1/2. They also offer a 24 hour emergency service, which we have never had to use. They even wear protective clothing before they enter my house to reduce the chance of tracking dirt into our home.

They are excellent. They are prompt and courteous. They always call before them come. Every couple of years, Mr. Leggett, comes out to do the the service and meet the customer.

Job was planned for a full work day and was completed on schedule. Work was professionally performed and work area cleaned at end of job. I would use Leggett for future plumbing work.

They are very professional and take all the extra precautions, like putting booties on the feet. They also clean up after themselves.

Approximately a week in advance received a walk through by the sales manager and the technicans, who would perform the various tasks. Work was scheduled and the technicans were punctual in arriving. Work was performed in a professional manner and on time as previously ageed upon.

Jerry and his team were punctual, friendly, helpful, and thorough. They did a great job with minimal disruption to our household. We definitely recommend them for others in the market for a generator!

The service tech that came to my home was very professional. He explained everything he was doing and the price. I thought the price of the service was a little high but it probability is in line with everyone else. The last time I had HAVC work done it was half the price 4 years ago. The service tech did say the price of my freon has gone way up. Over all I think this is a good company.

They were great. They were on time and they did a good job. I liked what they did. They told me exactly what they were going to do before they came out and they did that exactly. There were no hidden fees or anything like that. I thought they were reliable and they cleaned up after themselves. So it was an all-around good experience. I though their prices were high.

It went perfectly. Thankfully Leggett sent out an estimator the week before the service was needed. There was no charge for the service call because I used the $75 coupon on Angie's List. The process was not as simple as Premier Care presented it to be even though they provided "directions" that included photos. We got more information from the Premier Care website. Finally it was necessary to place a call to Premier Care's electrical resource. Premier Care presented it to be a "drop by the afternoon of the installation." The work was extensive because my breaker box is in the ground floor front of the house and the tub was to be installed in the second floor rear of the house. It involved running wire through walls and attic space. It took two men the better part of a day to do it. The Premiere Care installer even noted that he was impressed with their work.

The utility closet that houses the hot water heater is small and the options limited. Numerous were explored and it was recommend that the least expensive of the two final probable fixes be tried. There were two service calls to examine the situation. There was no charge for them because I used the $75 coupon from Angie's List. One call was made by a man from their plumbing department who then consulted with his supervisor. From there it was referred to Dan. He seems to be their expert in systems planning. ( He also did the plan for my new HVAC unit three years ago.) He had a specific technician with expertise in dealing with complicated situations such as this to install the part, I think it is called a mixing valve though it is the size of a propane can. The option selected and installed solved the problem. This is the second time I have used Leggett's plumbing department and I've been very pleased with the service and the work both times.

The man was very sexist and was derogatory to women. He kept saying things like the “woman of the house does the laundry and the woman of the house does the cooking and the man owns the house.” He was not truthful with us, he told us that he was the only service organization that serviced the generators. That was not true; there are several organizations that service generators. He was a dozy. I would not use him in the future.

I called for an estimate of the work which appeared reasonable. We scheduled the work and the electrician arrived at the time agreed to. He was very polite and obviously very experienced. The work was completed efficiently and effectively. I would use this service again.

From the first phone call I knew that I was dealing with consummate professionals. The person with whom I spoke listened as I described the problem, asked several questions about the situation, and then assured me that the electrician assigned to this job would most likely be able to resolve the issue without too much of a problem. In trouble-shooting much of the electrical system from switches to wiring, the electrican assigned to the job soon found the problem with a circuit breaker that was mislabeled and slowly burning out and replaced it. He also answered questions I posed to him about the efficacy and cost of replacing tracklighting with recessed lighting. His answers were clear and direct. In short, the problem was fixed; I'm planning on replacing my tracklighting; and my cleaning personnel are back to work.

It went as expected; same as other times.

They were good, great. There was nothing much to dislike, they arrived on time, they did what they said they were going to do, and everything was fine. The technician who came was very good, and we have no complaints. It was a small job, and they charge by the hour, so in order to give us an hour’s worth, he did some other little things which we didn’t initially call him for. He did that so we could get our money’s worth and I thought that was nice. I don’t remember how much he charged because we had a lot of workmen in and out here for different things, and I don’t remember his charge in particular. I am under the impression that his rate was probably the going rate, but it was high and it was probably the same for everyone.

All work performed was done well and efficiently. If you want the job done right Leggett is the company to call.

When we wrote to Legett and asked them why they lied, they said they were just doing what their customer wanted them to do. Very dishonest company.
