Description of Work: The service provided by this company was excellent. The service provider fixed our doorknob which had fallen off. He explained what he was doing and how I could do it in the future if needed. He went over and above what I had expected. He even took the time to drill out another area of the lock to make it easier to open the door. He tightened the screws to the threshold also. He was very friendly, yet professional. I would use this company again!
