Everything is working again! The rate was fine!

They do a good job. I spent about $40 to change some locks for me and made new keys for them. They do it while you wait. They do a lot of things like sell safes and sell locks. Its a small business and I would recommend them.

I was stunned at the responsiveness of this vendor. I called and they answered the phone on the second ring. The person I needed was not available, but they called me back in about 30 minutes. They arranged for someone to come out the same day! The technician called me from his previous job to provide me with an ETA. He arrived within 5 minutes of his ETA. The tech was polite, informative and clearly quite knowledgeable. He was done much more quickly than I expected. The whole experience, including the price, was great! I would call Duty's again, in a heartbeat, if I needed similar services in the future.

i called a little after 3 pm today and explained to the lady at Duty's my problem with the lock on my front door. She said that she was full tomorrow but if something came open she would call me, otherwise she would call me on Monday. Well at about 3:44 pm she called me and ask if i was home and of course i was and she ask if the repairmen could stop by now, i said yes. So about 20 mins later they were here and they did a fantastic job, They looked at the lock, explained to me what was wrong and that they would have to replace it. They were very professional and very quick at replacing the lock. I am so happy that they were able to come by today and fix my problem. I will differently use this company again and i highly recommend them. Great job guys.

I was very pleased with their work. The repairman that came to my home was very pleasant and did his work in a very professional manner. He came to my home at the time Duty's said they would come. His work was excellent, and he cleaned up afterwards. I felt that the price they charged me for new parts and labor was very reasonable. I was highly satisfied with Duty's Lock and will be sure to call them again whenever I am in need of a professional locksmith.

He was fantastic, professional, tried to save me money by offering the solution with the back door, was efficient, cleaned up after himself and explained what he was doing every step of the way.

He came real fast, did a nice job, and we appreciate that. We had no problem, he immediately did his job and it was great. Their price was reasonable. His response was immediate and everything was good.

They replaced a door lock on my basement door. I plan to have them replace other locks in the spring. No problems; good service.

I called in the morning and they were able to make an appt for that afternoon. Showed up on time, fixed the lock on my front door, cleaned up after himself and charged a fair price for the service. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

Just purchased home and wanted locks changed on day of settlement. They showed up on time and with the right equipment. They were able to rekey all the deadbolts and provide the number of keys requested. The locksmith also rekeyed the two storm door locks even though that was not part of the original request.

Everything went very well- The locksmith did a great job and explained the different options to accommodate out 87 year old door.

Very good experience. My call was answered by a real person and I was able to schedule a work date at my convenience. The locksmith was knowledgeable and gave me a good overview of the different types of lock hardware on the doors. A few of the doors were not in good shape and they needed to disassemble and fix the hardware for everything to work properly. I will use them again when it comes to installing new hardware.

I locked myself out of my house on the morning Hurricane Sandy was hitting the area. Fortunately, I was able to get to work and Duty's sent a lock smith out within 1 hour of calling. It was quick and efficient. The lock smith even tightened some screws in the door frame for no charge.

We had a great experience. We were moving into a new house and wanted to have the locks changed - it was easy to schedule an appointment and they showed up on time and efficiently took care of changing the locks. We'll definitely use them again.

They couldn't make a key for an antique lock of mine. They wanted me to bring in the lock to have a key specially made. Their pricing is a bit high.

Frankly, my experience in Central Pa with three other locksmiths has not been good. So, I tried Duty's upon the advice of a Pella representative. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. My initial call was answered immediately by Sue. She was very familiar with the Pella locks and gave me a way to test for compatibility between a Pella door recently installed and the other existing and desired Baldwin and Schlage locks in the house that were keyed alike. She was able to accomodate my request to schedule the work for the day following the second Pella door installation. Matt arrived on time and was outstanding in every way - professional, informative, friendly, excellent results... I could not be more pleased with this experience and will use and recommend Duty's going forward.

They are a great company to use and the quality of service is great. They are honest and hardworking.

I have never had them come and do anything in my home. I have never had to try their key yet. They are very convenient; they are about 3 blocks from my home. They have always been there for as long as I was growing up. I have not had to return a key. Sometimes when you get a key done at other places, it's done right and you have to go back because you can't get in. I have never had an issue with Duty's ever. I took the truck over to them and we took the master key and I had to get a bunch made because my sister works for me and then her boyfriend helps clean the truck. Now all the keys work. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We telephoned Duty's and prompty got on their schedule. Their courteous/knowledgable/on-time staff arrived and promptly got to work, certain to keep each entry door clear during and after work!

They were very professional and responsive. When you take your key to their store, you know that you're going to get a key that will unlock your front door. You don't have to worry when you make a duplicate key because it will be so perfect and that to me is very important.

Thanksgiving Day I was without my keys, and couldn't get into my apartment. I waited until after most people would have eaten Dinner, then called this company. The locksmith was pleasant on the phone, and came right out. I felt bad about calling him out on Thanksgiving day, but he was very gracious. He had my door unlocked quickly and professionally, even gave me an explanation of what he was doing as he did it. I would use this company again in a moment, and recommend it to everyone! I even got a few extra business cards to distribute to my neighbors, and the leasing company.
