The day my furnace stopped working it was 20 degrees outside. Kohls was here within 2 hrs of my call and stayed until the job was completed. I was extremely happy with the service and the value and would rate them a 5+ in all categories. They have my business!

Furnace stopped working at 4am, Kohl arrived at 9:30 and fixed furnace in about 30 minutes. Total cost $179.

Friendly receptionist. Tech showed up on time with a nice service vehicle, was clean cut and was extremely personable. Stayed and did more than expected for a routine service call. Will use them from now on for any repairs that I cant handle myself. Thanks

Promised if I have any more issues with in 6 months he would return to take care of it for free.
