Kohl Heating Service were incredible to work with. Responded so fast! Came to the house for repair first and then a full HVAC of replacement. The owner came out and completely broke it down and talked me through what I should get (didn't even recommend the most expensive option) and they all were very honest and transparent throughout the entire transaction. Highly, highly recommend!

Very easy to work with. Came within an hour after I contacted them over the weekend and performed the work quickly. And professionally.

I can’t say enough about Chester & his team. They did an outstanding job installing a replacement for my central air. The job was done so professionally! With temperatures now in the 90’s, my two-story home is cool & comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I am very pleased with Kohl from quote through installation and enjoyed working with them! Kohl gave me an excellent price on a new furnace and heat pump. Chevy, the installer, came on time and made good time with the installation despite the heavy rain. He was very knowledgeable (he has worked for 21 years for Kohl) and gave detailed answers to all my questions. Cleanup was very thorough even sweeping my garage and utility room floors and all debris was removed. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job!

Old furnace quit working during coldest day of the year. Two other companies came out, deemed it unrepairable and gave estimates that were high. Kohl called back on a Friday night and actually came out on a Saturday to look at it and give an estimate. They were the lowest out of the three and for a lot higher quality units with more features. Plus, it was the actual owner with many years of experience and extreme knowledge that came to the house. That type of service was really appreciated. The installers were at the house within three days. The install was a two and a half day project. From start to finishâ ¦.the word seamless would be an understatement. I would highly recommend Kohl Heating to all.

They contacted us a couple hours after I opened the project in this app, which was nice! Had central humidification installed. They did a great job explaining the various types, why some might work better than others, and which they thought would be best for our house (others we contacted were not nearly as thorough). After we decided, they installed it in less than two weeks, explained maintenance, and did a wonderful job. I could not recommend more highly!

The technician performed the install in a timely fashion to what was described in the proposed contract. I did however have some concerns about the visit and the quality of the work. During the age of COVID I recognize that many of the technician's usual workflows are disrupted. I greeted the technician with my mask and informed him that I would like him to wear a mask while performing work inside the house. I informed him that I had a young baby in the house who is at high risk. Throughout the day as I checked on him, he repetitively would enter the house and would perform work without his mask on. I expressed my frustration to another worker who was present as I discussed this with the technician. I work as a family nurse practitioner and am very familiar with the guidelines set forth during COVID. As a courtesy he was not able to adhere to my request. I also had concerns with the placement of the unit. I certainly am not an expert or technician. The positioning of the unit was not discussed with me (which is fine), however I believe the unit needed to be rotated. The location of the unit resides closely to a hosting space and I believe turning the unit toward that space would have created the need for less material (pipes, etc) and created a better aesthetic as all of the pipes are facing the front. This may be viewed as nitpicky and thatâ s fine however I expect that if I have a professional service that the space look better than how it was found. Certainly, the technician did not do this. The pavers that surrounded the previous cement pad were thrown into the surrounding mulch bed and dirt piles were present on the surrounding area. At the conclusion of the visit. The technician briefly walked me through everything. He stated that my duct was vibrating. He asked if it was doing this before. I told him it was not. He stated that he put in a piece of cardboard to try and stop the vibration, however by the time he left it continued to vibrate. I have provided a video of this as well. Not something I would expect a service professional to leave me to handle. I also would like to point out that I requested information on a service plan through Kohl. This was never discussed with me either at the visit or through a phone call. I emailed them in hopes that they would be willing to discuss and they did not ever get back to me even after a follow-up email several weeks later. I was hoping they would take my experience in and learn from it. They were highly recommended by neighbors and frankly, I am disappointed in the services provided.

From the quote to the install everyone was top notch. The price was very competitive to the other quotes I got. I picked Kohl because the owner that came to my house was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling me and answered all my questions I had for him. The install team led by Barry was second to none in their workmanship. They were very detail oriented during my installation. The install took two days and when they finished they cleaned up and left my house like no one was ever there. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a fair price and excellent installation. Theyâ re an A plus in my book!! Job well done Kohl Heating Service. Thanks again!!

Very professional easy to communicate w and made rebate process on installed units very easy.

Immediately contacted me about the opportunity and the person that called knew enough by my inquiry regarding adding a humidifier to my heating systems. The call back came less than 24 hours and they were here in my home doing the estimate the following day. The work was high quality and they were able to explain the operation and how best to optimize the humidifier for best results. I would surely use Kohl again for my heating and AC needs.
