I received a call shortly after I signed into HomeAdvisor. They came to the house 45 minutes later. He fixed the issue of cut wires on our outside heat/ air conditioner. The cost of the visit was a little high. But, I am not sure if the cost is normal for a home visit.

Oil furnace was leaking from the canister and also needed yearly service. The technician, Eric, was great. We are new to an oil furnace and he explained the machine in and out. He was friendly and respected out home. He even went out of his way to help us adjust our thermostat. I would hire again. Thank you!!

Arrived within the 2 hour window given and got right to it. Made good upgrade suggestions and arranged for follow up when parts arrive.

All paper work relating to the Energy Efficient rebate was handled by Kohl office and sent to me for signature. Operation of furnace and humidifier was explained to me cleary.

They were very nice nice, but I felt that they could have been more thorough. They didn't really keep me in the loop with what exactly they were doing, but I felt like they could have been much more informative.

Fast, on time, a job well done

The service operator was more than helpful, answering all my questions ensuring that I was completely awaer of the problems with my ac unit and what the next steps needed to be to properly make the repairs.

Arrived as promised. Installed on time table promised. So far so good. Needed to use the new Trane furnace and Air conditioner on the same day. Worked as promised.

The service tech was from Kohl's Heating was very efficient and courteous. Our AC unit was fixed and running the same day that we called.

The service man, Barry, was efficient and knowledgeable. The thermostat he chose to install is perfect and my furnace hasn't worked this well in years. I highly recommend this company.
