He showed up on time he was polite and efficient. He then adjusted the price from his estimate because the work was not as extensive as he thought it would be, which I appreciated. He was very honest and honorable.

They squeezed the church into a tight schedule and were able to confirm that the most likely culprit was a heat pump that required a heating specialist. They called with the assessment as soon as they did it and I was able to arrange to get a heating/cooling person out before we racked up another HUGE electric bill for the church.

They were a great company to work with. The work was performed was very professional and in a timely manner. I have had no problems with the upgrade. I highly recommend them!

After contacting several times without success the electrician who originally installed the lighting, and failing to find a suitable service provider by using the Yellow Pages, we decided to join Angie's list to seek an electrician. Transformation Electric was listed, and we contacted them. They are a small firm, but very friendly, responsive and honest. They ran into some slight delays from the parts distributor, however kept in regular contact with us throughout the process. Their repair work was top-notch. We plan a larger project in the future and plan to use them. We would highly recommend their services.

I was having trouble with the dimmer switch on ceiling fan / light combination. Light and fan flickered offand on. Electrician arrived on time, immediately diagnosed that dimmer switch was inadequate for the electricalload needed by the fan / light combination. Replaced dimmer switch with sufficiently rated light switch within moments. Wore covers over his work boots, was very nice and charge for service was less than quote. I willdefinitely use them again for electrical work.

The whole process was excellent. They were punctual, clean, efficient, and cost-effective. The price was even less than I was quoted on the phone. This was work I could have done, but comparing their cost to my time (and additional trips to the hardware store when I inevitably forgot something) it was easy to go with them. Highly recommended.

It was all so so so wonderful... First off, Steve and his partner showed up on time for the estimate, he repaired a pole that was breaking away from our home that had all the cables and electric wires attached to it. Fantastic, that made me know this would be the company that I needed. The next week Kristen gave us an appointment for Tuesday. They were there on time and got right to work...Everything went so well I was just so amazed and so grateful.... Please call them when you need an electrician..God knows you will be so glad you did.

The electrician was on time, got right to work and solved the problem quickly and economically. Two wires in a basement bathroom had been discionected making all of the basement outlets inoperable.

We needed to have a salt system for our in-ground pool hardwired, and I asked Steve to do a few other things while he was here. He installed light fixtures in my son's playroom and at the top of the stairs. He also created a new circuit for our electric fireplace and balanced a ceiling fan that was making a clicking noise. This is the third time he has provided service to us and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. It took him less than one week from the time I called to request service to perform the service. He is professional, neat and his work is A++ quality.

He showed up on time and worked extremely fast. The cables work fine. He cleaned up well after himself. The worked was completed at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him!

I used him in August and he came out again in September and did an emergency fix for a problem I had with the pool because it had blown a fuse and the pump wouldn't come on and I was throwing a huge party and I couldn't use the pool without the pump running. They came out at 5:15 in the morning and they had it up and running by 6:00. They checked the lines, the switches and they outlets and changed all the switches as well. He helped me understand the problem and what was happening with the system and they corrected what was done on the digital installation that was done by another firm and causing the fuse to blow. He fixed that and we have not had any trouble since. His responsiveness is exceptional, price is reasonable and his professionalism is really good. I have another eleven builds for them to do. I rate them highly. He is just exceptional. I will continue to use him in the future, if I can get him out because he is too busy.

It was a very good experience overall. He was very prompt and took care of everything very quickly. He even had time to help me shorten the chain on the chandelier in the dining room. I would definitely use them again!

Steve was very professional and did a great job and stuck to his estimate exactly, which is important to me. We had been having several problems with light switches and some old outlets were making us nervous, so we gave Transformation Electric a call. He installed and wired new switches and outlets, put up a new light in a closet, basement and garage, and added a new outlet for our workbench. While doing his work, he noticed several of the breakers were the wrong type and were installed incorrectly. He went above and beyond to install the proper breakers. He gave us the peace of mind having safe outlets and a proper working breaker box. We'll be using Transformation Electric for all our future needs.

Showed up promptly, worked professionally, and actually found an alternate way of performing job once he was on-site. This actually saved me $195.00 based on the original estimate. Would absolutely use services again and is highly recommended.

We need to replace our plugs and switches. We were also having issues with too many items on the same breaker, so it was blowing. We called and set up an appointment. They showed up on the day we scheduled and go to work immediately. They knew all the codes and their advise was great. He worked effectively and was an extremely nice and honest person. The solo wire run for the microwave was hidden and done beyond my expectations. We were only scheduled for half a day, but I had purchased all the stuff, so he just kept working and spent his entire day at the house to finish the work. I cannot say enough great things about Transformation, needless to say we have an electrical person we can depend on in the future. He was awesome highly recommend. The price was great, honesty, and knew his business inside and out. Great Job!!!

They came when they said they would come and did what they said they would do. They also stuck to their estimate. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

I work from a home office, and one afternoon all things electrical stopped: my computer, my printer, my phones, lights, etc. I can't do my job without all of this stuff! I called Transformation Electric and left a message. They called back within three hours and apologized for taking so long. They said they would be here the following afternoon between 4-6 PM. They called at 5:30 and said they were stuck in traffic, and would it be ok if they came by the next day, which was a Saturday. They arrived the next day in a timely manner. They checked my home office and located a short and fixed it in minutes. They also checked the line to the pool and found that it was getting wet, and suggested a fix that we could do ourselves for a reasonable amount of money. They charged us $20, which we felt was very reasonable. They (a husband and wife team) are very nice people, seem very trustworthy, and we would not hesitate to call them with any other problems that we experience.

Every job is performed efficiently and professionally. It is always done on time, on budget and guaranteed to be done right the first time. I have hired several of the electricians listed on angies list and will never use them again, including one guy who quit returning calls because he did not want to spend the time to fix his mistake (staple through a phone line during construction causing anyone on line 1 to hear the conversation on line 2).
