The serviceman came the same day I called requesting service. He came and gave me a quote and I accepted it and he said he could do the work now. He did a great job and cleaned everything up nicely. I’m very happy with the work.

Very prompt and professional. Worked around schedule to complete job. When bidding the job.....they gave me choices of what I needed done and recommendation of options. Prices were reasonable for what decided on what option to go with. Very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them. 5 stars.

I had scheduled Transformation Electric to assess a few issues and make an electrical correction. The appointment day arrived, and then the agreed-upon time came, and then went. No one showed up. No one ever called. I called, and no response. This is bad business, causing someone to waste their limited time, waiting for someone who never shows, without even a courtesy call.

Went well, professional, cleaned up after done each day. I would recommend to anyone looking for a professional electrician.

we are completely satisfied with the gentleman that showed up to install the fan. Our home was built in 1936, so the project was no small feat. It turned out that we had two layers of ceiling, AND there was an old gas pipe running to that spot. We expect it was for a gas light. This was definitely a job that was too big for me! Though the job was a bit more detailed than he thought, he went right to work and got the job done, in what I would think was record time. We were/are more than pleased with his professionalism and quality of work. The cost for the installation was far less than what we expected. We WILL be using their services, again, in the not too distant future!

A electrician visited, evaluated the work and gave an estimate. The work was scheduled and the electrician came on time and performed the work required. Charged less than the estimated price as he did not have to drill through brick because he found a power line outside the house that fed the lamp post and he was able to use this to install the additional outlet. Excellent work and a great company to deal with.

Steve was punctual, completed the work in a timely fashion, and was friendly and professional. He was also considerate enough to 'take a lunch break' in his van while I ran out to exchange a faulty electrical switch. I would definitely hire him again for future projects.

Everything turned out well. The gentleman arrived on time, clearly explained our options, and was honest about what he could do to fix the outlet. Instead of cutting through the walls of our finished basement, he opted to install a new wire which was much less invasive.

They never responded to either the phone message or the form request.

They called ahead and checked that it would be ok to come by earlier than the appointment since they were ahead of schedule. Steve did a wonderful job. He was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely call them again in the future. Thank you Angie's List since this is where I learned about Transformation Electric. Their favorable reviews and reasonable prices prompted us to call them and we were not disappointed.

I woke up to no heat one very cold morning. I immediately called a good HVAC company. They came out and it was not my furnace and I was told I needed an electrician. I did not know of any so I went to Angies list and found Kristen and Transformation located near my home. I was so cold! When I called they were booked and had no appointments available for several weeks. When I explained that we were cold and had no heat, she said let me see what we can do for you. She talked with the HVAC guy and did some simple troubleshooting and diagnosis over the phone. She then offered to have someone come out after they finished the job that they were currently working on. I could not imagine another night without heat. She even offered to let us stay at her house! When Steve came out he was not feeling well (cold) but was nice enough to help me before he went home and got some rest. He checked the main panel and I inquired if I needed to replace. He stated that it was 37 years old but it was working fine and if I had a home inspection it would pass. I appreciate this honesty and will more than likely be using Transformation to replace it in a couple years . After a bit more troubleshooting in appeared to be 2 breakers in a sub panel. He had a couple breakers in his truck but they were not the correct brand for the panel although they did work. He placed the breakers in until we could get the correct brand (running into Thanksgiving) The unit worked fine for a couple days and then he returned with the new correct brand breakers and replaced them. Kristen was so nice and you could tell she truly cared. During our back and forth conversations I found out that she raises goats and makes goats milk soap. I ordered 5 bars and have been giving them as Christmas gifts! I really like this soap. I can not thank the both of them for giving us heat and for being so honest in doing business. I will be calling them again!

From my first contact Kristin was prompt and efficient . She was very knowledgeable and sorted out my vague description of the work to be done. Steve came to the house and checked over the needed work and we agreed on his bid. When the appointed day arrived Steve was prompt, polite and started work .
