Description of Work: Complete remodel of kitchen and bathroom. Drywall, plaster ceilings, ceramic floors, install cabinets, install dishwasher, install microwave, install sinks, install counter tops, tile backsplash, replace interior doors, install new tub, and tile tub surround.

+ 8 moreI would recommend Brian's work to anyone with a construction need. The quality of work is exceptional. He completed the work within the estimated time frame. Price did not change throughout the project. Brian's suggestion's regarding changes in my design were far better than my original plans. AND his ideas did not add a lot of additional costs. What else can be said; quality, schedule, and price were as promised.
Description of Work: Brian completely remodeled a room that was an addition to my home in the 1970's.The flat ceiling and roof were completely removed and replaced with rafters and a vaulted ceiling. Reframed, installed 8 windows and patio door, wired, insulated, drywall install and finishing, siding, roofing, and gutters. I chose to do the painting and flooring to save a few dollars, but he is willing to do this work as well. Trim work was exceptional.
