Bryan, this was just 4 of the 8 hours, the remaining 4 hours will be done at a later date. Once arranged (I caused the delays due to my schedule not Bryan), Bryan showed up at the scheduled time with the ordered fire door. The door was cut to size (small opening), installed and reversed to open the opposite direction. The opener and electrical device was relocated. A plywood wall was installed for storage of hanging bicycles. He did a professional job. I look forward to the remaining work.

This job went extremely well. Mr. Plyler and his wife were an excellent team. They communicated clearly everything that needed to be done and were very realistic about what I should expect. They put me very much at ease about the work and kept the explanations detailed, but easy to follow. The ceilings were repaired, re-spackled, primed, and then painted. They showed up each day on time and just did a remarkable job. The ceilings in both rooms look great. Mr. Plyler constructed a window box to address the attic wall with the fan inside of it--a solution I never would have thought of on my own. It looks adorable, but it's also sturdy and eliminates the draftiness in the room. I highly recommend this company and hope to work with them again.

I knew after ten minutes discussing our problems and project with Brian, he was the one I wanted to hire. Brian showed up when he said he would and his final bill was well within his estimate. He works quickly and doesn't waste time. But that's just the start of what he offers. Brian is very knowledgeable and was able to overcome some perplexing circumstances surrounding our project. We would leave Brian to his work and come back amazed at the solutions and progress he made. He kept us informed through the project and worked with us when it came time to make decisions. The finished product is amazing and looks like it's been in our house since the day we moved in. True craftsmanship.

I find Brian from Angie's list since he has so many good reviews and he called me back the next day. He has a busy schedule and he told me if I can wait a while, he will get to my project and He did after 2 months. Brian took the glass units out, measured the size, removed all rotten frames which are in pretty bad shape and replaced with new wood for the inside frame. After the glass company installed the new units in, he finished the outside frame with Azek boards so they will not rot again. And he picked the bottom frame with slope so water will not stay on the frame. The window frames looks great and we are sealed up from the weather. He is a reliable, honest contractor with reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Plyler Construction was very dependable, always showed up on time, and did a very good job. I was very pleased with the work that he did.

I offered only a vague description of what I wanted for the trash and recycle cans, and Brian did a great job. He built the platform a bit bigger than our current cans needed in case we ever got bigger cans and he made sure the vertical wood slats were close enough to each other that a child could not get their hands or head stuck between them. I would not have thought of either of those things.

Brian did an excellent job remodeling and painting the master bedroom. He wasted no time diving into the project. He was able to do a lot of work in a short period of time. This project went better than I had imagined. I will be contacting Brian for my future remodeling projects.

It went very well. There was an extra charge of $56 for some supplies that he needed. He fixed a problem that was not included in his original work. He was good. His responsiveness was very good. He kept calling back to give me different dates.

Ordered November 9, 2016. Due to cold weather the work has been scheduled for the spring 2017. The review is to follow after the work is completed.

The job was much bigger than originally thought. There was extensive wood rot from an extended period of leaking from an old tin roof. It's an old house and a lot of thinking and planning and searching was necessary. Brian Plyler was up to the task and worked hard to get the work done before the weather became too bad. His expertise was invaluable. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I would certainly recommend his services.

Brian called the same evening I requested the service. He arrived promptly at eight and discussed the options for the repair with me. Once we agreed on the best option he began work immediately. The repair was seamlessly done and, after paint, looks like new again. Brain was knowledgeable, friendly and, most importantly, delivered exactly what he said he would.

This was a great experience overall. The price was fair and the workmanship was far above normal. The framing was exact and checked multiple times. The drywall was well finished and the trim work was awesome. Overall an awesome job.

Did a great job in the timeframe stated and within budget. Cleaned up after each day. Room is as solid as when he built it 4 years ago.

Work is high end craftsman finish. Just look at the photos. Brian is a hard worker and will get the job done quickly and very professionally.

Much better than ever expected. They came in gave us a quote, came back 4 days later (exactly when they said they would). He told us he expected to get it done in one day but may take 2. I completely thought it would be 2-3 days of work. He completed the work in one day!!! This work included all base boards, trim around the vanity, trim around the 2 doors, trim around the bathtub including an access door (which is completely unnoticeable) and trim between the tub and shower. I have used them in the past and HIGHLY recommend them.

The project was completed on-time and on budget. The quality of the work was top notch. As neighbors and friends asked about the scope of the project and quality of work, I simply said that' "They approached every aspect of the job as if they were working on their own house." The job was done right, the first time! I found Plyler Construction (PC) greatest assets to be very punctual, hard-working, and honest which is an extremely rare trait to find in building contractors today. We never once questioned if PC was coming or had any concerns about the quality of work or their work ethic. It's refreshing to know someone that takes pride in their work and delivered the services that they said they will deliver. As you can imagine, on a 50+ year old home there were several unexpected findings that was no fault of PC. Every project task was well thought out and handled in a professional manner. Throughout the project, PC clearly explain what the next major step of the project would encompass and clearly communicated the details just to make sure we were on the same page. Would I recommend Plyler Construction again? YES without question. Just ask several of my satisfied neighbors that hired PC to do work for them!

Very prompt and detail oriented. Will tell you if he's capable of doing something or not. He's not willing to do something halfway.

Excellent work, great price, done on time. Brian really worked with us on our schedule and budget. He completed the work on time with excellent results. I couldn't be happier. I was disappointed when he moved out of our area as we looked to use him again. He had previously painted our interior for us and did an excellent job on that as well. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

He arrived at 8 am, exactly when we agreed too, and the first thing we did was go over the work that we had discussed prior. He is very thorough and detailed oriented which is excellent for the profession he is in. In just 7 hours, he measured, cut, and hung all the woodwork in our bathroom. This included: - the framing around our window. - the framing around 2 doors. - the baseboard around the entire bathroom ( the master bathroom was enlarged to about 140 square ft.) - the framing of our bath tub, which also included an access panel that is unnoticable. - the crown mold on the top of our vanity. I guarantee that ANYONE else that I would bring in here to do that work would have either needed 2 more people or 2 more days to complete. We have used Brian before and will always call him first to do our work around our home. Brian comes in and works his tail off and we have complete confidence in his work and work ethic as well as trust him when we are not able to be home when he is here working.
