Description of Work: Replaced windows.

Description of Work: Placed original order to replace 17 windows (entire house) on 10/29/13. Installation began week of 2/3/14 with problems - living room window was out-of-square and also not what we ordered. We ordered two dbl hung 60/40 split windows. We got two dbl hung 50/50. Another window frame was ordered and we requested a price adjustment if we were expected to accept the 50/50 in lieu of what we wanted. Salesman JONATHAN KURTONICK was extremely reluctant to agree to an adjustment but finally agreed to a $150 reduction. The replacement frame arrived on 2/28/14 and was to be installed on 3/4/14. WW called, the installer was ill and would call to reschedule. WW called 3/24/14 to install on 3/31/14 and will show up at 9am. On 3/31/14 8:39am WW called to cancel the install - I'm irate. Another call from WW at 9:28am saying installer will show up after 4pm to install. Installer calls at 5:14 saying he'll be here in about 40 minutes. Installer Cody here about 6pm to finish the install. | |Intermixed through all this is a conversation about honouring a 5% discount coupon as advertised in ANGIE'S LIST explicitly for WINDOW WORLD-KIB. WW refused to recognize the coupon saying that it only applies to a FULL PRICE QUOTE and not the discounted quote I received. NOTE: I neither asked for nor demanded a discounted quote - this was done at the sole discretion of the salesman, JONATHAN KURTONICK. | |Every installer who showed up was extremely polite and efficient. My dissatisfaction is due to the 5 month ordeal in completing the job, the lack of offering a price adjustment for accepting a window we did not order, and with the refusal to honor the discount coupon advertised in Angies List.

Description of Work: They ordered the wrong windows and told us that was what we ordered. Checked paperwork and the factory sent the wrong ones.The first installer,Randy, had no help so I had to help him put the six foot window in. The caulking was terrible so they second installers redid it. Looks good but when cleaning the window noticed a scratch. was told by installers that they would be back to finish the trim on window and called at 7pm to tell me wouldn't be back until the next day.They did come back and it looks good.
