The salesman Jonathan K. was wonderful and easy to talk to. He was straight forward and explained the whole process. I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I will be honest. The first sub-contractor was a bit hard to deal with and did not pay attention to the details. There were a few things that I was very unhappy with. However, Matt George, the owner came out and walked around the entire house taking notes on all the items I was not happy with. He sent out a new sub-contractor. The foreman was Tyler and he was wonderful. Him and his crew were here on time and worked diligently the entire time. I must say that even though it was a rocky start...Matt holds true to his word. It was all fixed to the highest standard. I would recommend Window World Butler again and again. The quality of the product was never the issue only the original craftsmanship. The products look so nice, it is solid construction and has added value to my home. Thanks MAtt and the entire WW staff for all of your help.

It was done within a week. They were very polite, quick and they came in and got the job done. They made sure it was sealed up at the end of each day. They did one window at a time and they did a very good job. They took a window out, cleaned it up and put a new one in. We already told our neighbors that they did a good job for us.

They were going to hold off but they went ahead and did it. They had one of their guys came out and did a walk through and we showed him the windows. We told him what we wanted done and he showed us the different windows in his books and gave us the choice of what we wanted. He was very professional and he did not try to push anything on us.

They did an excellent job. They gave me a quote and did not over price it or add anything to it. I was very happy with the job they did. They were efficient and professional. They showed up on time and cleaned up.

They were very professional from the initial hone call through the installation. The salesman informed us very well on the quality of the windows we were getting. And the price was very reasonable. We really have liked the windows. We have an older home and appreciate the insulation advantages in winter and summer. The installation went very well. We would call them again and may do that if we stay here as there are a few more windows to replace.

took appor 4 week from the time measured for the window to be manufactured and installed. Installer arrived on time when promised and was very neat and courteous. Cleaned after himself didn't even know there was anyone there when done.

We were very happy with the professionalism of the sales person who advised us initially on the windows. They were delivered on time and installed easily. The installers were professional as well. We did need a follow up to remove some silicone from the edges of three panes. A worker came and replaced the entire sashes in a timely manner and we were happy with that as well. The windows seem good. We had others replaced some years ago and these ones seem superior, with better locks and ease of movement with opening and closing.

Our project was to replace the windows in our home which was built in 1895. After calling eight companies or contractors, I realized that Window World was the most inexpensive. I was somewhat apprehensive about getting them to do our project, just because their cost was much less than most of the other businesses that we had contacted. Trying to save as much as possible, my husband and I decided to go with Window World anyway. Two gentlemen (Cody & Todd) came here at the scheduled time, and even asked where would be the best place to park their vehicle. After quickly coming in with their equipment, they began work immediately. This was a very difficult job - working and killing wasp as they removed all our hundred year old windows. They never once complained but continued to work without stopping. In fact I never even saw them take a break for lunch. (I did see one of the workers eat one bite of a sandwich while he was carrying in supplies.) These workers never sat down once in the nine or ten hours they were here both days. I have never seen such hard workers in my entire life! The work done by this company was far superior to anything I could expect. It quickly become obvious that these windows were being installed by professionals. We have had several people tell us that our home looks fifty years newer. I did not know Cody or Todd and have never met them before; however, Window World and their workers should be highly considered for all window projects.

The two men that installed our eight new windows arrived early in the morning and were ready to work. They were polite, efficient, and very aware of being in someone else's home, just demonstrating an overall respect for our things. Our windows were original to the home, which was built in 1899. They have beautiful architectural details so the installers were careful to save the upper frames when we asked them to do so. It took about half a day to complete the windows, which I thought was fast. The best part of this service (for me) is the clean up that follows. When you see the mess happening, it looks like a lot; however, they come in with a big shop vac and take care of the entire mess. Window World installed nine windows the year prior and we are extremely pleased with them as well. We plan to finish our windows in the next two years and have absolutely no doubt that we will use Window World to complete the job.

The installer guy was the most pleasant and professional of all. He was great! (Jeff?)

We contacted WW to replace NINE (9) Windows in the front of our house. Siding in the front of our house (we have a split entry and the house is 75% brick), Fascia, Down spouts, Gutters and Soffit around the entire house. We got FOUR (4) bids and by far, WW was the best and lowest bid. When our salesman, Jonathan, came to our house he was very polite, knew his stuff and there was no pressure. When it came time to make a decision (a week later) we could not find the written estimate from Jonathan on the siding so we called his cell phone (which he gave us and told us to call him for anything). We went straight to voice mail. Left him a message that we wanted to make a decision within a day or two and that we could not find our written estimate from him and that we needed him to call us back asap. He never called us back. We then called the office and talked to Kelly. She said she'd get in touch with Jonathan and either he or she would get back to us. Nobody every called us back - and to this day still no call. Needless to say, we were very disappointed in them and ended up going with another contractor and they matched WW pricing. I had heard other people say that WW was not good at getting back to people and this confirmed it. They lost our business doing that and we will not use them in the future or refer them to anyone. I guess they don't need the business.

When they came out to give us the estimate, they were not a terrible hard sell. They were very professional. They gave us all the information and they were not pushy. When we scheduled them to come out, they were working around all of the contractors that were in our house. They worked really well with the other guys in the house. They had to do a lot of rebuild and the two guys that they sent out were great and the front office Kelly and Matt were great to deal with. Matt even came out to check on them and they had to do some framing which we did not expect them to do. They finished some of the windows off. We had them for the winter and I know that our heat bill went down. We could not be happier. There was a lot of work that had to be done and it took longer than they had expected and I am sure that they did work that they did not charge us for. These windows have a lifetime guarantee and it is transferable if we decide to sell the house.

I had some problems, but they took care of them right away. Also, during the installation during the winter, the workman advised us that they would section off the areas that they were taking out and puttingin new windows. They didn't do that and left us freezing for two days.

Matt George, the store owner of Window World KIB of Butler Penna 1617 North Main Street, Butler PA, 16001, was a very accomodating, no pressure genleman. I felt very comfortable with Matt and all the employees. He showed us the 4000 series and the 6000 series. We purchased the top-of-the-line 6000 series after looking at 4 other window products includung Anderson and Pella. It was easy to see that the Window World product was in no way inferior to other windows with the same features, and the investment level was much more reasonable. The total Lifetime warranty is wonderful. I was surprised to find out how large the company is nation-wide, and that they manufacture their products. They also employ their own installers. Our team of installers were Dennis Sr., and Dennis Jr., and they were fantastic. They were meticulous, and thourough, polite, clean and kept us informed. Any window area which needed work done before the installation was performed as needed. I rate my experience with Window World KIB of Butler PA as exceptional. They know the way to do it right, and do it right the first time. A+ rating.

I got junk from them. It took 4 days longer than they told me originally. I asked them to fix the problem, and the didn't. I would never recommend them to anyone. For what they did do it was, but it was not what I asked at all. I tried to reach out to them, and they refused to even talk with me.

My experience with Window World was nothing but amazing! The person who answered the phone was very kind and efficient in setting up my free in home estimate. Our salesman, Jon, was courteous, professional and not pushy at all. He merely educated my wife and I on our options including the energy savings we would see...and we did by the way! The installers were very pleasant and clean. Cleanliness during installation was very important to me and my wife...who is a neat freek. I would highly recommend Window World... and have... to my friends and family. The quality and price were both great!

The original service and installation went fine, except that the wrong window grid was ordered and installed in one window. There were a few glitches in communication between the company and me re: length of original installation time, how the error had occurred, when the correct grid would be re-ordered and re-installed, but the window was corrected within approx. 2-3 wks. The owner, Matt George, extended me a substantial rebate off the total cost as a show of his commitment to customer satisfaction and for the hassle that my homeowners' association gave me over the incorrect window grid. And the installer - Mike Salina - was extremely meticulous in sealing and installing the windows, and in providing cleanup afterward. I would recommend this company and Mike Salina to anyone.

The price was WAY OVER PRICED - nothing close to their advertisements.

Window World offers a quality replacement window. Once the price was calculated based on our requirements, it was explained in detail. The full lifetime warranty was reviewed.

Steven came and gave me an estimate for the replacement windows. He was very nice, not a high pressure salesperson. He let the product make the sale. He said it would take 6 weeks for them to be made and then an installation date would be set up. They were ready as he promised and Larry Lipovsky did the installation. He was wonderful. Experienced, friendly and efficient. Did a wonderful job. Cleaned up and left the place immaculate. Hauled away all debris. Had some minor problems that were related to the huge snowstorm of Feb 5th 2010. But they came out in the storm and resealed and fixed everything.

Window World called 6 weeks almost to the day with the windows ready to be scheduled for installation. Only one installer, Mike, arrived and he completed the job in two days--one day for installing and one day for the outer wraps...in the middle of August. He did a fantastic job--was very courteous, engaged our 2 1/2 yr old son who was very interested in what he was doing. Did not even stop for lunch or any breaks. He cleaned up really well after himself and we could barely tell he had been here. The windows are awesome--already we notice the difference in temperature in the upstairs room. You can put your hand against the outside of the window and feel the heat, and the inside of the window is cool as can be. I am very impressed with the quality of the windows AND with the very low price. We will be replacing our downstairs windows in the Spring, and we will go with Window World because of this experience. I highly recommend them and highly recommend Mike the installer as well.
