Description of Work: Joe came and evaluated the situation and then sent 3 guys to get the job done. | |We got our railings and our porch posts replaced. Our house is built into the side of a hill so we have a flight and a half up, plus the porch. Lots of vinyl railing. Everything was done in a day and cleaned up, old stuff hauled away. Great work, highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Installed chain link fence. Did a good job. The installers recognized that one of the gates was not sufficient and ordered a new one which was promptly installed.

Description of Work: I purchased a gazebo that they constructed on site. The only problem was responsiveness from the saleman. He did not followup as he said. I had to prompt him several times about the status of the project. |The lead installer was excellent with responsiveness and completion of the project. Over all I am very satisfied with the company.

Description of Work: They did a beautiful job. We had three companies submit proposals and we're thrilled we went with Penn. Their price was on the lower end and we couldn't be any happier with the finished result. The crew was very professional and perfectionists. We were also happy they manufacture their own fence in PA rather than importing from China like most others. I highly recommend.

Description of Work: We ended up not using this company, but they were very helpful, professional and courteous. They are definitely worth considering for any fencing projects you have.

Description of Work: I called Penn Fencing last week and scheduled an appointment for an estimate today at 10am. At the time of scheduling, I was very flexible and told them I could do whatever was most convenient for them. Today 10am came and went and nobody from Penn Fencing showed up or even called. Companies that lack the professionalism or even common courtesy to show up for a scheduled appointment disgust me. We will have our fence installed by Allegehny Fence. Their prices are reasonable and they had the decency to show up for our appointment.

Description of Work: The sales person who came out was very professional and when I had questions, he responded quickly. The people who actually put in the fence were also very professional and helpful. And, they cleaned up after they were done. Overall very good experience and I would hire them again.
