Tom was awesome!! We had looked at our local home improvement store they came out and measured thought their measurements were more than we needed so we decided to stop at Butler Floor to see what they had. We were greeted by Tom and explained our situation, he said if we wanted a second opinion that he would be happy to come measure our rooms. He showed us numerous carpet samples and told us to take them home to see if they matched. He came out a few days later measured and came up with a lot less yardage than we were quoted from the home improvement store. Needless to say we bought our carpet from Butler Floor. The installers did an excellent job. We are very happy and will not go anywhere else for flooring needs!! Thanks again Tom!!

I contacted Robin late that day and she offered to come over first thing the next morning and, before leaving that day, she had the job scheduled to be completed before Christmas for us! Her urgent response that day and arranging to have the job completed before our company arrived at Christmas was a gift! The repair went well and it is not even noticeable. I have recommended Butler Floor and Carpet several times through the years and will continue to do so!

I have had two wonderful experiences with Butler Floor and Carpet within the last six months. I think we have been doing business with them for over twenty-five years, but I have lost track of the actual time. We enjoy doing business with them. They are an ethical, trustworthy, and outstanding business. We chose to re-carpet our master bedroom first. But we had a short window of time to get the carpet installed before we moved into our new home in June. Robin was just amazing in how she was able to expedite the process and make it happen for us. It made settling into our home so much easier to have that carpet in place first. The installers were fantastic, highly skilled and very respectful. They were also neat and tidy. A couple months later we chose a carpet for our stairway. I selected a carpet that came from a company with whom Butler Floor and Carpet does business, but the carpet was not one one that they had among their samples or in stock. Still, Robin was able to get the carpet for me. She wrote up two different detailed proposals for me because I had considered two different carpets. Jim also helped me along the way and he too was just terrific. All the people in the store are super personable, professional and helpful. They were very kind and patient with me throughout the many weeks that it took me to make a decision on carpet for our stairs. They also allowed me to take home as many samples as I wanted to take and trusted me to return them in a timely manner. The installers for our stairs arrived right when they said they would, worked diligently and skillfully, and thoroughly swept up the dust and small carpet pieces afterward. I am more than pleased with the look and quality of the carpets for our bedroom and the stairway. Furthermore, recently I took a few pieces of extra carpet back to the store to have them bound as small area rugs. They were bound in just a few days and the price was so reasonable. Butler Floor and Carpet will always be my go-to carpet and flooring store. I recommend them without hesitation to everyone.

I recently had a condo carpeted by Butler Floor and Carpet. I can not recommend them highly enough for a job well done—from walking into the showroom, to dealing with one of their wonderful saleswomen, to efficient timing and excellent installation. I have dealt with this company for many years and highly recommend them. Kudos to a well-run business.

The contractor who installed the backsplash did an amazing job. The sales rep never communicated with us about when the job was going to start. I had to call the store to see if and when the job was going to start. Sales rep didn't order enough tile for the backsplash so the job was finished when it should have. Sales rep then blamed tile company about how much tile was in box. Sales rep then ordered wrong product to finish the job. So instead of a 2 day job this ended up being over a month. I wish sales rep would of had better communication with us about plans to complete our backsplash and maybe even an apology for mistakes that were made during installation. If I were to use butler floor and carpet again I would deal with another sales rep

From our first meeting with Robin to the demo to the install - these people are great. Once Robin knew what we wanted, she would pull tile boards off the racks every time we went to the showroom, pick up and drop samples off, order larger tile samples so we could get a better look at the pattern/print - this went on for weeks until we finally picked one. I'm not sure how she never lost her patience with us because I was getting annoyed with myself. She even brought Jim out to make sure the removal of a porcelain floor from an old turgonol floor could be done. On demo day, Greg and Clayton did an outstanding job of removing my old tile and not damaging anything in my kitchen. They kept the dirt contained and did a great job of cleaning up the demo dust. Jake is a young installer that is meticulous and my definition of a professional perfectionist. He is not happy unless you are happy. This was not a small job for a residence, my kitchen is over 450 square feet. I am ecstatic over the end result. The price was less than expected, the service was much better than expected and my new floor is gorgeous. I cannot say enough about this company, their staff and their work. This will be my only stop for any future flooring needs. Thank you all.

EXTREMELY WELL. INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL, ACCIDENTALLY BROKE DRESSER IN DTRS ROOM, BUT BUTLER FLOOR CREDITED ACCOUNT WITH AMOUNT DRESSER COST WITHOUT QUESTION. SALES PERSON JIM RODGERS WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH, PROMPT RETURN OF PHONE CALLS, HELPED FIND THE EXACT CARPET I WAS LOOKING FOR AND HAD SAMPLES SENT TO MY HOME FOR COMPARISON.

Contractors did not always show up on time but was very professional and courteous when here. Job was done well and in a fair timely manner.

Robin, of the sales staff, was stellar. Her knowledge of the product, years of experience, and friendly caring attitude made dealing there a joy! The carpet is installed, and looks great.

Jacob, the installer did an impeccable job his attention to detail is top notch. Couldn't ask for a nicer gentleman to do work for you. Robin was also very pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and willing to help with any situation that arose.

The sales staff is professional, courteous and efficient. They were very helpful to us when choosing carpet for our first project and flooring for the most recent project. The installation staff was incredible for both projects. Very efficient, professional, and accurate during installation of both carpet and flooring. The most recent installer was punctual, courteous, and mindful of keeping other areas (access pathways, etc.) clean. The most recent installation had a few challenges, and the installer was able to adjust and work to ensure that we had the best installation completed on time and within the estimated costs.
