Even though I did not purchase the carpet from Butler Floor and Carpet, Robin was attentive and professional. I did buy the padding and there was no trouble with buying the installation. Dave and Dominic, the installers, were courteous, professional and excellent in their job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Store providers were kind, courteous and cooperative. We may have paid a little more but, the installers moved all of the furniture and returned it when they were done. Installation was of high quality. Final product looks great! We've received many complements.

From the consultation to the install everything was handled in a professional manner. Very quick process. Installers were nice and very respectful of our home. They made sure everything was done to our expectations. Flooring looks great! We have had several compliments. We will be using them again in the future!

Butler floor did an excellent job. They worked with us and accommodated our schedule and the quality o their work is amazing. When they installed the hardwood they were able to do it so that I didn't even need transition molding where it meets my existing tile. The attention to detail and quality of the work was incredible.

It's has been about a year now that they came out. I think they did an excellent job from what we can tell. They did it on a timely basis. They were exceedingly helpful in making our decisions. They were very helpful in reaching our decisions. We did a lot of comparison shopping and we thought they were the most economical for the quality. As far as we can tell everything seems to be excellent. The installer was one of there better installers and his attitude enters in to it. He was there to do the job and get out, sort of brisk.

The installation was trouble free. The installers were punctual and so efficient that the new carpet was installed and the repair installation of the piece of remnant was spliced in for the basement floor within 3-1/2 hours of their arrival. That time included removal of old carpet and pad, prep for installation, installation/repair and clean up. The areas where work was done were perfectly clean when they left.

We own several rentals and buy our carpet there. They will show us remnants or special deals to keep cost down. So we use them for our own home too. They have high quality products. They arrive on time. They do great work. They clean up. Tip: Schedule early. They are busy!

We shopped around and talked to a lot of people. We thought for sure we would go with Butler floors. However, we ended up having a lot of communication and other problems with our salesman. Even though the manager Jim and owner Julie were very nice, we just couldn't make it work with the salesman and after getting other estimates we decided to go with another company. The owner Julie did call us and apologized for the problems we had and said she would address them. I think Julie cares about customer service. If you go here I've been told that Robin is a very good salesperson to work with.

Our experience was excellent! We contacted Butler Floor & Carpet Co. to inquire about stretching our carpets. We had not originally purchased our carpeting at their store, but since the business where we did buy it from had closed, we were told they could help us. A gentleman came out to our home to measure and give us an estimate for the job. The estimates are free. My husband and I discussed our options and decided to have them do the job, and then we called to set up a day. Only one man came to do the carpet stretch and he was very prompt, professional, friendly and told us he had 30 years experience. He did excellent work and we were very satisfied! We would definitely do business with Butler Floor & Carpet Co. again!

Company was very patient with me as I decided the proper style and color choices. The designer worked with my ideas to create a style that fit my kitchen and taste. The gentlemen who installed the product took great pride in his work. He was very meticulous and did a great job keeping the area clean during the process. The finished product looks great, which provided enough classic style and color with a bit of modern flare using glass tiles.

All installation completed on time, I am very pleased with the company. My home looks great.

We had a good experience with them. They did a really good job. They were a bit pricey, but the quality of the job was worth it. They used a better plywood for the floor underneath. They were professional and everything is fine. They were honest and did what they said that they would do. I would use them again.

The installers were a father and son team who arrived promptly at 9am and apologized for being late. I really didn't have a time table for them so 9am was fine by me but they were extremely apologetic. Both gentlemen were very polite and helpful. They explained things to me when I had questions and asked me questions before they did anything that would seem like even a minor inconvenience (where to move furniture, etc.). The job took a day and a half to complete but the guys worked quickly and efficiently while doing a quality job. The workers arrived on time, left no mess and completed the job in the time frame estimated by Butler Flooring and Carpet. I am not a home decorator by any stretch of the imagination but from the initial visit to the conclusion of the job I felt as if the customer was important to them and I also feel if anything goes wrong, they would do what they could to make it right.
