It was noticed by us and by our neighbors who expressed their appreciation unsolicited. James was always responsive to our questions and requests, including after the project was done and he was paid. Can't recommend them enough!"

He showed on that start date and finished within the time frame given. I found him to be meticulous in his work. I am very happy with the job he did. A couple days were horrible as far as weather was concerned, but he came and worked anyway, even though I offered to wait. I have other things to be done here and will hire him again. "

The remodel was a total gut job and took about 4 weeks. Despite single digits weather through most of the job, Corey showed up like clockwork every day and put in a full day (never a complaint). His work (plumbing, carpentry, etc) was top notch and we could not have been more pleased. He was also one of the easiest people to work with. Corey now is my go to person for big and small jobs!! We are a design build company that can take you through every step of your project with the utmost professionalism and detail. We always encourage communication as we schedule weekly meetings throughout your project. We do this so the project stays on track and all details are given our full attention.
"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."
