Went well, but they have flat rate for activity, only took less than a half hour but cost $300. I guess flat rate could save money in other situations, but was rough in this case

My first call was to William Henderson Plumbing I got them out of Angies's List. They told me to immediately call someone to clean it. I like William Henderson Plumbing because they said, 'This is what you need to do.You have got a problem here.' It was like a Sunday night, 'You need to do this and this and this.' and they walked me through it. They were wonderful. They knew exactly what I needed and wanted at the time.

Expert service , job was completed efficiently without wasting time

The technician did a thorough job. Found and cleaned out debris in chimney that other service providers had not.

I wanted to consider a number of areas that weren't working great with our old HVAC system and see how we could improve since we were replacing them anyway. So I had the sales guy over a couple of times, delayed while I got other opinions and quotes and didn't get back to them for 6 mths while I got on with other things. They were always professional and available, the price was reasonable and they went to great lengths to get a credit for me from the manufacturer. When I finally called to go ahead with this, they scheduled us within a week, turned up when they said they would and were able to finish sooner than expected, due to adding another guy to our project that day. Also, the modulating fan furnace they put in is SOOO much quieter than our old one, I couldn't even tell it had come on when I tested it - I had to look at the controller to see that it was working. Really pleased with how professional and helpful these guys have been.

Henderson did all of the plumbing and was the general contractor for electric and other subs. Mike did an initial consult for design, and they shared where to go and pick out fixtures etc. and had great suggestions on what would work in my space. Very responsive all the way through and made it as easy as possible. Could not be happier with the results, and Tony the tile guy is the man!

Prompt, friendly, respectful, competent, knowledgable, experienced, prepared, professional service. Listened to my concerns and provided reassurance, answered questions. Scheduled conveniently. Two plumbers worked well together to accomplish all of the work in one day. Neat and clean, left the work area the same way that it was found. At a different location, I previously had a lot of plumbing work done by Horizon this year. William Henderson Plumbing will be my go-to in the future. A+ service and used high quality parts. The promised repair was performed without extra charge after discovering that a broken and rusted screw required a more complicated solution than anticipated initially.

Our 3 year old Carrier home air conditioner "died" early one evening in the midst of the August heat wave. With troubleshooting the problem I noted that the outdoor condenser fan was not working. I called after hours, and explained the problem to Tom Orme, who was on call and came out and determined that the problem was a burned out fan motor. He had me call the following morning to arrange to have it replaced. They initially had difficulty locating a replacement Carrier fan motor, but were able to locate it at a distributor 1 hour away and sent one of their staff to pick it up that afternoon. Tom then came over and installed it and we had a cool house that evening. We were delighted with the responsiveness and professionalism shown by Tom and the staff at Henderson. Everyone with whom we dealt were knowledgeable and very customer focused. One learns a great deal about a company when you need them in an emergency. Henderson is really a first class operation!

Henderson's did it again! As I have come to rely on, these folks took care of all my needs, and looked for the best, most efficient methods to accomplish the task. Ed Johnson was patient and worked with us and our GC to arrive at a schedule and scope of work. Then he brought in the man who really knows our HVAC system (because he installed it last year), Joe Van Houten. Joe was outstanding, putting his knowledge and craftsmanship to work, finding some very clever ways to get the job done right while preserving the great work he had done last year. Joe even took the extra trouble to make sure the venting for our hot water heater, located in an old chimney, was working properly- he was concerned for our safety. This was not in his scope of work- he just cares that much. You couldn't have a better guy working in your home. Again, I give Henderson's high praise and big thanks!

Was supposed to be done in a week, took about 3 months. Crew would show up without the right materials or tools. Replaced some color trim tile with wrong color due to availability instead of giving us a choice over the color. The tiled floor in the shower is bowing for some reason, will probably have to have this replaced again in a few years. Would not hire again.

Will never hire again. Estimated 5-7 days for shower reno, took 15 days over the course of 6 weeks. 4 "scheduling problems", 3 times didn't have the tile they needed, neglected to schedule the subcontractor to come out for the door, and the final slap in the face was when we came back from vacation to find that they used a different color tile on the trim that clashes with what's already there (with no explanation as to why they didn't consult us, or at least notify us before the big shocker when we got home). Been complaining to them weekly about the communication problems during this job, and they refused to make it right. They insist that "this never happens" and how sorry they are, but guess who's paying full price? Maybe they're better with leaks and such, I don't know, but they certainly don't care about my family or their customers' experience. Extremely stressful.

They were able to come out the day we called, a Friday. The plumber was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of our options. The leak was fixed.

Ed was our sales contact and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything was done on time and done right. The 2 individuals who did the installation were polite, clean, professional. Everything you want in a contractor. I would definitely work with the company again.

It was an emergency call and they were on site within 30min of phone call - excellent. The lines were cleared and I hired them to explore with camera to see condition of the line. The cost of the clearing was $350 and I'm accustomed to having drain lines cleared for $100 to $200.

Work went as scheduled. Any issues were discussed and resolved. With new the AC units, I am a happy camper. Tom and Tim were very professional. Offered tips for the successful operation of the units.

eI declined saying I thought the price was too expensive for amount of work to be performed. I was then told there would be a $69 charge for estimate and coming to property. This point was never mentioned during 2 calls to office making the arrangements. I paid the service fee, but am not satisfied and would not recommend using unless you check all the details.

Within an hour of the emergency phone call, the technician arrived, explored the situation and an hour later had the drain cleared and had verified the flow.

When sewage was located in my basement 3/21 4:15 pm I brought up Angies List. Henderson was chosen because of the referral ratings and the close location to my home. At 4:30 pm I called their office and spoke with the intake gal who walked me through every step. She seemed genuinely concerned with my needs. She said she'd get someone out immediately, then connected me with another company who would do the cleanup, then told me to contact my insurance company. She knew exactly what I needed to do to get my home back to normal and she called back to follow up. The tech was Paul. He and I agreed since he could not come out before 10pm that night he would be out first thing the next morning. The video findings located roots in the pipe as the culprit. Paul suggested I have a new pipe installed at a cost of $7800. Hmmmmm, for that investment I'll have to think long and hard.

Beginning just over a year ago, it started with a very pleasant and informative visit from Ed, to discuss our needs and provide a proposal for a rather substantial replacement of our central air heating system with a new, efficient heating and cooling system. The work proceeded on schedule, and Joe and Mike treated our home with the greatest respect during the week they were working here. They spared no effort and were always patient with every concern. They completed the work on schedule. We have enjoyed a much more comfortable home in the year since the work was done. Last weekend a voltage spike following a power failure damaged the control board in our system. Of course, this happened on a Sunday afternoon with a dip in the temperature. Hendersons responded with a technician, Tom, at our home the next day, who determined the problem and attempted to get a replacement control board immediately. Unfortunately, this being a rather advanced piece of equipment, the part is not stocked locally. But Hendersons had it by 8 the next morning and had Eric at our house as soon as I was available. Eric, like all of this company's personnel, was efficient, thorough and very pleasant to work with. He had our house warm again. Believe me, we appreciate it.
