Work was not performed because quote was too high. $65 just for the plumber to come and provide me with their ridiculous quote.

On price, I would give them a B. I thought it was a little overpriced but it was more fair than the other companies even initial price.

set date and time for meeting, learned the seller had rescheduled the appointment so she could get an estimate for work--but nobody let me know. The employee came the following day with a working tool and scoped the line. He also answered some questions for me. He marked the locations on the driveway as well. He gave the seller an estimate for installation of a back-flow preventer (required for sale), but I don't know if she had the work done by them. The cost to the seller for the 50' sewer line inspection was $350. She was given a Flash drive with the video and a printed report.

Everything went well. Told me some things I need to take care of my furnace, and adjusted the gas flow.

we ultimately didn't need the work we thought we did but they were good about responding and very courteous.

I have a maintenance plan with them.

Very badly. The plumber wanted $500 to install a dishwasher. An excessive fee from a lazy plumber who did not to do a basic job. A dishwasher install should be a fixed rate, instead of leaving you at the mercy of a plumber. I also had the privilege of paying $65 for an excessive estimate.

Jeff the plumber was a detailed and expert diagnostician. Another plumber had declared the pump dead and needed $1500 replacement. Jeff patiently checked all the possible problems and found the pump was fine but a check valve was broken. The repair came in under $400. So glad to have an honest and expert service.

They came out the same day and gave me an early appointment. They were right on time. They came from a little farther away, and done by 11:30am. He was very thorough and got everything done.

Very professional. I also doubted at first that it was the disposal when he told me. ( The smell was that bad). But he was spot on. He had checked for the type of pipe system when he first came.

It took a couple months for the parts to come and then they sent someone else to do the work. I sent him back and asked for the original plumber.

It was thorough and gave me piece of mind that there were very few problems. They did identify a problem or two that needed fixed.

I think that some of their finish work would probably, just some little things here and there, I would have some question with. But otherwise there was a serious leak in the shower that required major overhaul in our bathroom so it ended up being a total remodel. They also did some carpentry, tile, vanity, painting. It wasn't the plumbing that I had some question with. It would be the side support services, they had other contractors that did the support work. I think that his finish work staff could have been a little more on point. It took about 3 weeks. Cleanup was fine. He has an umbrella of services because when you tend to do these things, things get moved or like the whole flooring system had to come up. We put in under the floor heating, he had a guy for that.

We are a trust company and we hold real estate for hundreds of clients so they could have done any number of things, but they are the go-to person. They are reliable and reasonable. I just call them and they instantly take care of everything. They are very attentive, it's same day service and the quality is always good. I can rely on them in the last minute to get out to a property.

They were extremely neat and polite. The really scheduled based on my schedule. I really had no complaints at all.

The project went very well completed on the date and time promised.

I inquired on their website on Sunday, got a call back within an hour. Since it was not an emergency the operator assured me I'd get a call the next morning to schedule a service call. I got another call about an hour later from the company making sure I was OK and it was not an emergency. That was cool! The next morning, bright and early, I did get a call from the office to schedule the plumbing technician. Since I was unavailable for their afternoon slots, they made it possible for Brian to come between jobs in the late morning. He called later and gave me a 15 minute window for when he would be onsite. He nailed it. When Brian arrived, he was really nice, was very patient with my little dog who was excited to see someone new, and went about figuring out the problem. He priced it,discussed my options, we agreed, and he got to work. He explained some of the reasons the main had clogged and made suggestions to keep it from happening in the future. We get it paid, and he went on his way in about an hour. Would highly recommend Brian and Henderson for both emergency and regular work!

Excellent. Henderson came to our home several times prior to the installation to carefully consider with us which option would be best for us (replace high velocity and fiberglass duct boards, change to conventional AC with new ducts, or ductless. Their AC specialist, Ed, was very professional and always helpful. I'm really glad we went with a conventional system since our overall AC bill is very affordable. Ed put us in that direction. The installation was involved but went smoothly. We were also able to zone the house. I have worked with the Henderson company for all my plumbing, AC, and heating issues and continue to be impressed. They are punctual, hard-working, and the results are excellent. I have never felt that if an issue would arise with their work that they would not make things right. They stand by their work which is hard to find among contractors today. In fact, I priced the job against other AC companies with excellent reputations and found Henderson had the best price. I have had many contractors in my home since the installation and I have heard repeatedly on how nicely the AC was installed.

Outstanding. Their plumber, Jeff, was very professional and detail oriented. He explained everything that needed to be done. I was very impressed with the work performed. A good reliable plumber is hard to find. This is an excellent company.

They were on time and got the work done in two days, very quickly. The price could be a little lower. I remember price being a little high when they quoted it.

Very good. Received a reminder call the night before, and one from the technician when he was on his way. Arrived on time. Didn't try to sell we didn't need. Tech was friendly, and did his task very efficiently. Definitely would use again.

My appointment was for between 2pm and 5pm, and at 4pm I called to confirm and they said he was running late but would be there. Later they called and said the technician was too tired and would not be coming out.

I called Wm. Henderson who I find responsive and professional. They are new to us and I did set up a service contract with them the last time they were here. But this time I was very discouraged by the price of the whole job. I wasn't home, my husband was, and we okayed the work...but the price for the job was $511.00 - for a garbage disposal and about an hours work. The price comes out of a book. I called to question it, and there really is no recourse. Angie's list guidelines say about $350.00 as the high on this, and that was my own thought. We paid it but I think we were gauged.
