Since 1977, Wm. Henderson Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc. has been providing quality plumbing, heating and cooling service throughout Delaware County and the Main Line. With a fleet of fully-stocked vehicles dispatched from our Broomall headquarters, we strive to provide our customers with prompt, professional service in the plumbing, heating and cooling fields. Wm. Henderson Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc. is a member of the Philadelphia Suburban Association of Plumbing Contractors, National Association of Plumbing Heating, Cooling Contractors, Philadelphia-Suburban Gas Exchange, Small Business Association of Delaware County and the Marple Business & Professional Association. Operating a dependable service business requires organization, competent management and professional technical skills. All service technicians have direct communication between the office and customers due to the state-of-the-art communication provided to each technician. We are dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. Our offices are staffed and open weekdays from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. In the event of an emergency, we are always available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We quote a price before proceeding with any work. We charge by the job, not by the hour, and all work is guaranteed. We are an award-winning company, but we couldn't win awards without happy customers. You are our priority! Description of Work: I originally called because I was having a problem with my toilet. When the plumber came out he could find nothing wrong. I was very happy with that aspect of service. However, I called the company to arrange for someone to come out and give an estimate on renovating my bathroom. They came out and said they would email me an estimate. 2 weeks went by and I didn't hear anything so I emailed them and never received a response. Was disappointed because I had heard nothing but good things about this company

Description of Work: Initially I had a very positive experience in getting an appt and with the representative who showed up on time and listened to me about what I was looking for in a new heating/air conditioning system. The installation representatives were a bit less professional - smoking on the property and moving things out of the way to install the system but not moving them back or at least asking about the location, not explaining the system to me, not telling me where the users guide to the new equipment was kept, not showing me how to change the filter and what kind of filter I needed (initial concerns), not having me complete permit paperwork as promised in e-mail before I chose them.

Description of Work: They were recommended by Russell Roofing to help solve a problem which Henderson had solved for another client of Russell's. The gentleman that came had no idea why he was here and had no knowledge of the issue at their client's home. In fact, he had only been at the company a year or so. I expected someone knowledgeable about the previous problem and its solution. Subsequently Henderson has called to become my service provider. I think it is inappropriate since I paid $431 and wasn't given any new information or what I really expected...a solution to the problem. It is unfortunate but I can not recommend this company.

We looked into your work order, reviewed our work notes and discussed this job with our technician and want to address all of your concerns. Wm. Henderson only hires extremely qualified technicians and the tech sent to your home is one of the most skilled, experienced technicians on our team. Although he’s been with us for one year, he’s been in the HVAC industry for over 30 years. Responding to your concern of mold in your home, his main priority as an HVAC technician was to check your entire Heating & Cooling System and your sump pumps to make sure that there wasn’t any mold in your system that would be sent throughout your home. After a thorough, detailed examination of your system, our technician could assure you that your system was not the source of the mold. As an extra step to resolve your immediate problem, the mold was discovered in the rafters of your roof. As this is not our field of expertise, he reached out to our managers to see if there was an Environmental Management company that we could recommend that could identify the type of mold and eliminate the mold safely for you. Our customer service rep did reach out to you to with the contact information so you can have your mold problem treated in the quickest and safest manner. If there is anything else we can help you with concerning your HVAC or Plumbing needs, we would look forward to serving you again. Thank You, Lauren Wallace

Description of Work: Super professional, these gentlemen took care replacing my corroded copper piping with PEX. I barely noticed them while they worked diligently over the two days. I work night shift and was able to sleep while they worked! | |Super easy to schedule and they showed up on time and cleaned up perfectly when they were finished. | |I gave them a "B" for price only because they are a little on the more expensive side, but they were so easy to work with and reliable, I didn't mind paying a bit more.

Description of Work: Unstopped a clogged toilet. They did a great job, but the pricing was to high. I need it to other plumbing job completed, but that would have cost me close to $1,100 for all three jobs. So I just got the toilet unstopped.

However, they called me back a little bit ago letting me know due to their light schedule they could fit me in today. The $65 service fee is in line with most other area companies; however, when service is provided, their service fee is waived. Then, they have a $38 off coupon on Angie's List
