Tim needed to come back after a few days to determine the cause of our leak. He diagnosed a crack in our new toilet and then Kevin came back later to install our new toilet. Both were excellent at their job and made our experience the best it could be.

It went extremely well. After being told by another provided that I had to replace the tube also. This was not the case. Technician was great, friendly, prompt and cleaned up afterwards.

Two technicians showed up on time, started promptly and removed old system. Installed the equipment and took the old equipment away. They returned the next day to complete the installation and went over the equipment and the thermostat programming. When they left, the area was cleaner then before the installation. It was a very professional installation.

It went perfect! He arrived on time and I received a call letting me know he was on the way. The faucet was changed, shut off installed and no mess for me to clean up afterward. Everyone else told me I had to replace the laundry tube which to me did not make sense. Mr. McNamara the service technician agreed with me. Thanks again for a great job.

I contacted Wm Henderson and another company for estimates for my new furnace installation. Wm Henderson's estimate was more than the other company. I went with Wm. Henderson because of their superior rating and the professionalism they displayed. Their representative Bob came and looked at my furnace and gave me an estimate. He actually lowered the initial price when I told him the other company's estimate. The istallers were very neat and professional with the installation. The one man stayed basically all day. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. The work was completed in 1 day. They removed my old furnace and made sure to bleed all the radiators. I really appreciated that they explained the new parts of the furnace and answered all my questions.

Though not the lowest price up front, we went with Henderson because of a prior positive experience with Josh. The job was very complicated (the 3/4" copper pipe took a 90 degree turn unexpectedly and was surrounded by other utilities, requiring hand-digging) and ended up costing more and taking longer than we hoped, but Henderson brought in the calvary to get it done. They put in long hours, working past dark in the mud and rain. They did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the challenges. I spent some time backing into what the job cost them, applying what I know about excavator rental costs and hourly rates for plumbers. They did not make much money on the job - when the conditions caused them to come back to me with an upcharge, they ate some or all of their own profit. We will use them again when we need a plumber.

From the beginning, every plumber that was sent to the site from the initial evaluation to the finished installation was prompt, friendly and professional. I have had several problems with the house's old plumbing and Henderson has been great every time.

I called them on Sunday and they offered emergency services so they came out that same day. They ordered a part and it didn't arrive until Tuesday. They're wonderful because the guy comes right in and does his job, he cleans up and is always focused. They were very accommodating with me.

I would not recommend to anyone based off responsiveness and paying for someone to say yes you have a leak let me see what we can do and never coming back with anything.

They arrived early and adjusted the water pressure in addition to adjusting the water regulator on a couple faucets. It was an honest, courteous and professional visit.

Wow! It just doesn't get any better than this! Wm. Henderson was so phenomenal, I just don't think I could give them enough sufficient praise for the work they performed! Every man who came to work on the project did an outstanding job. They were efficient, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and thorough - every one of them! Even the ladies in the office were efficient and a joy to deal with. We had a misunderstanding about where we wanted a towel bar to be placed in the shower. My husband and I and the gentleman from Wm. Henderson discussed placement of the bar HORIZONTALLY. As to placement of the bar VERTICALLY, we just said that it should be "centered". Unfortunately, my husband and I were thinking that the bar would be centered ON THE WALL (as our old one was), only to discover that it is common practice for towel bars to be centered OVER THE TUB, which is how Wm. Henderson installed it. The big problem was that it was installed into our new tile wall, and removing it would leave holes in the new tile. Wm. Henderson (represented by knowledgeable and caring Dan) was so concerned that we be pleased with them and their work that they had the tile installer come back, chisel out two tiles and all the mortar and grout in the middle of the wall so meticulously so as not to break or chip the tile around it, and then reinstall two new tiles so incredibly precise that you can't even tell it was done. Tony, who is a master tile installer, was absolutely AMAZING! Each worker from Henderson performed his portion of the job with great care and was very conscientious in doing an excellent job. The plumber, Steve, installed everything as if it were in his own home, with such care, professionalism, and efficiency - topped off with an endless sense of humor! Never once, with all the different men who came to our house, were we concerned that they were anything but trustworthy. (We've had contractors who had some "sticky fingers" in the past.) In addition, although we tried to keep our dogs in another room, if the dogs came to greet them, every man was mindful of not letting our dogs accidentally get out of the house. they were also mindful of cleaning up after themselves. We were extremely pleased with EVERYTHING about Wm. Henderson.

Great. We got four estimates and they were the most reasonable for a name-brand furnace. Came on time. Work done as expected. No problems.

someone was supposed to call 30 minutes before he came. window of time was 10-2. He just knocked at door at noon. He took sink apart and said he saw no leak. I said i didn't care and still wanted him to install a new cartridge since initial visit is $200.00 no matter what.He said ok and did it.He was ok but seemed ready to just get out and go to the next job- which is fine but i prefer a more personable person who acts like they care.That just me- he did hisjob

They were great. On time, professional and clean. Could have sold us on a lot more work but really only did what was necessary. Love this group.

Technician was actually available two hours before scheduled appointment. Work was completed in under an hour at a very reasonable price. Technician was polite, respectful, well groomed and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things regarding my interaction with this company. Will definitely use in the future and would highly recommend!

Excellent. Josh G. arrived within the timeframe he had given me. He was thorough in his explanations and performed the work quickly and neatly. He gave me tips for future maintenance. Henderson's prices are a bit higher than some competitors, but they came out on a Sunday when others wouldn't. That in itself made it worth the cost.

My Mom's air conditioner broke at an inconvenient time. It was 10:00 pm and a live person answered the phone and transferred me to their on call technician. It was great to talk to a knowledgeable professional late in the evening. Since my Mom's air conditioner is 30 years old, he recommended they come out first thing in the morning to ensure that they could get parts they might need to fix her air conditioner. This also saved my Mom from paying an after hours emergency fee, which she appreciated. They came out the next morning as promised and fixed her air conditioner. My Mom is 90 years old, they were very kind and professional. They made her feel at ease and safe. Most importantly, they did a great job and fixed the problem, quickly, for a fair price,

Messy job because ceilings and floors had to be opened. But otherwise a great result.

They were communicative, punctual, and worked all day until it was finished on one of the hottest days of the summer.

He talked through the repair, indicated that it was being caused by one of two things - he'd try the less expensive repair first and if that failed would move on to the more expensive but would then not charge us for the first repair. It was the less expensive repair. He was thorough, friendly and courteous. He didn't mind my husband watching over his shoulder. We're particularly appreciative of the quick response.

Central office returned my call promptly and dispatched a technician same day. Technician arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and made associated repairs. Technician was knowledgeable and patiently answered questions. Price was in line with expectations for emergency service, if perhaps a bit steep for the severity of the issue. Overall was pleased with the service and subsequently signed up for an annual maintenance plan, of which the first visit was an equally pleasant experience.

We called on the weekend and they sent a wonderful fellow right over. He recognized the problem and worked quickly to address it. The problem was taken care of and our lines work well now.
