I contacted Henderson to address a sink in my master bath that has been making a gurgling sound for months. The technician arrived on time and was professional in manner. He looked at the sink, asked me a lot of questions, and looked at how the pipes were venting out. He was honest in that he said there are a few things it could be and made recommendations in order of likelihood. The first thing he told me to try was to run water in my soaking tub for a 5 seconds as he suspected the tub trap had no water and could be causing the problem and if that worked then I should make sure I run the tub at least once a month. If that didn't work then the next step would be to add a vent valve under my sink. He said to give it until tomorrow and if the gurgling came back then he would perform the venting work. Sure, enough, he was right and ever since I replenished the water in the tub trap the annoying gurgling has gone away. Well worth the $65 service call.

We had an appointment for an estimate on plumbing work.New toilet ,sink fixed leaking bathtub fixed. The gentleman was an hour late, seemed in a hurry, and said he would email me and mail me a quote.I never heard back so I phoned their office and was told he was at a seminar for a few days and they would have him email me.I never heard back from this company.Was disappointed and surprised as I had thought they were a reputable company and one of my co-workers had used them for some heating repairs.

We are going to do our job with them. So far, they have been very professional. We are quite happy with them in terms of somebody to work with. We did have a few other companies out that we just didn’t like and didn’t want around here. I am pleased with them. They gave us a very fair price for what they are doing. The quote was about $18000. They are actually coming out this afternoon to get more details for the job. We are starting in a few weeks.

Things went well! The contractors arrived on time; their attire was neat and professional. They spent all day installing the heating unit. They came out the next day to finalized the paperwork and to make sure that the unit was working perfectly. While working, they were quiet and kept very in tuned in what they were doing. They cleaned up after the job and gave me information about the heating unit and the new thermostat. They were very respectful of my home. They event embraced my cat, Tigger.

Been in a new to us house for a year and needed 3 different plumbing service calls. Each time they sent competent & personable tech's who efficiently diagnosed and addressed the problem. Signed up for service plan at the conclusion of the most recent visit and will likely use them for bathroom & kitchen remodels in addition to all future HVAC & plumbing needs. Thank you Henderson!

I initially was very unhappy with the excessive charge for the work that was done. However after expressing my feelings on angieslist, the company contacted me very quickly to address my concerns. I appreciate and respect that they reached out so quickly and worked with me to address my concerns.

It was time to replace the shower/tub faucet. The old unit was shot! I?m a avid DIYer and at the time receiving radiation therapy so I used Angie?s list to select a respected plumber. Prior to the work I exposed an area of the ceiling affected by the leak. To the credit of the plummer he was able to remove the old faucet and pipe work without damaging any of the shower/tub wall. The job took about 5 ½ hours to complete. I would use these folks again.

The technician came out late in the day and didn't bleed all the air out of the lines. After I called to have them come back out to fix their work I received another bill for additional work that I didn't feel was fair.

In addition to the above services, we, initially, used Henderson to install a new HVAC system in summer 2010. The sales staff and installers were very professional, timely and efficient. They gave us a projected completion time of 4-5 days and they were right on the money. We have also had Henderson come in to do some additional plumbing work in the basement laundry area, on the kitchen sink and upstairs bath. Same courteous, professional and efficient service; work was completed as stated and good workmanship was the norm. We would highly recommend them and are thinking of calling them back for some additional work we need completed.

I called Henderson before my holiday, they called me back after to make an appointment. They called again half an hour before to tell that their guy was on his way. The guy was very neat, polite, professional and explained everything he was doing. Was happy to do repair a tap while he was there for the a/c. Very pleasant person.

I selected another company to install a Trane system but Henderson provided a great quote on a Carrier system. It was a 96% efficient 80K BTU system with a 2.5 ton A/C unit. I would absolutely use them in the future.

It pays because they keep an eye on my services. If I have a problem they are here within a half hour. Also, if I have a problem on the weekend they will come out as well. They know what they are doing.

Consistently use Henderson for plumbing. Reliable, professional, quality service. Expensive, but worth it.

Of all the plumbers we called, Henderson was the first to respond. Someone was able to come out the following day. The plumber gave an estimate and we proceeded with the work. He worked extremely hard to finish the job that very afternoon. The result is excellent - the leak is fixed and toilet is compeltely rock solid. My only complaint is that when he ground down the old pipe, he did not seal off the room or even close the door - so metal dust was coating everything in the bathroom and in some adjacent rooms. And I thought the price was high, but we didn't obtain any other estimates so I'm not sure. All in all a very good experience because the job was done so well. Would likely use again.

First leak was fixed no problem. Second leak was supposed to be fixed and worker told us it was good. A peco worker returned and checked the job and told us the leak was actually worse than before. He confronted the WH worker and the worker told him I do not have the proper tools to fix it correctly. Luckily, the peco worker came back and check the problem before we paid for the complete job. The next day we got and estimate and we were told it was take 2 individuals 4 hours to fix it and the total was $800. We called another place and a single worker came out and fixed the leak completely in 1hr 45 mins and cost was only $180. The WH worker helped a little but was please t to have. Company was overcharging.

A magnificent piece of handiwork. Chris is a master at constructing boilers. His teammate, George, ensures that all the right equipment is in its proper place, and that the supporting venting is appropriately designed and built. I can't imagine that there is a more knowledgeable, skilfull team out there. All Chris and George do is put their heads down and WORK. Hard. And clean. And efficiently. They can even offer tips about other parts of your plumbing infrastructure that need attention. We had an old boiler that wasn't functioning on a cold day. Henderson diagnosed the failure and provided a timely estimate and proposal, and was able to undertake the work very promptly, so that the heat could get up and running without much delay. An excellent boiler was recommended and installed within the week. The company gladly offered space heaters to fill in while the job was being done. If you really want an expert job, reliable and efficient work, and the bonus of cheerful, neat and personable craftsmen, you need to retain Chris and George for the work.

They were quick to address our need. We have used them for many projects around our home.

The crew were on time and worked efficiently. They came across some creating plumbing fixes done by a previous owner but were able to work with it and correct what was needed to get the job done without having to extend the time or cost.

We have used Henderson before and we thought so highly of the quality and care of their work that we didn't even consider asking for an estimate from another company. Our three day job had the potential to be monumentally messy and we knew Henderson would be as careful as we would be ourselves. All of the people who worked on our project did an amazing job. They were on time, professional, friendly, kept us informed and their finished product was impeccable. We love our new gas burner. Our heating costs have dropped by at least 100% from our old oil burner. When they left, their work areas were left in immaculate condition: our boiler room, our finished basement (white walls), our garage where the oil tank was removed and our foundation, where the cap for the oil tank was located was expertly refinished as to be unnoticeable.

I originally hired Henderson Plumbing in October to replace the sewer and water line. They installed both in one day with little issues. At the time of the installation the placed the water line much higher (into the foundation coming into the home). When questioned they said it would be fine. My concern was that it didn't appear to be 3ft underground. Everything worked fine up until a few weeks ago when we had a very cold spell and all of sudden I had pool of water in my front yard. Henderson corrected the problem and completed the work in and I'm happy with the final product.
