Description of Work: Overall, the service and experience were excellent. Spoke to a receptionist and was able to schedule service right away. The work was performed in an efficient manner. They came out and were able to replace our outdoor faucet and fix a leak in our sump pump. Overall, I would highly recommend them for future services

Description of Work: Bathroom renovation, including new tile, tub, floor, and window installation. Also replaced all copper plumbing with PVC. Process went very smoothly and according to plan. Workers were curteous and cleaned up workspace daily. Overall, very satisfied with Henderson, would use them again and would highly recommend them for plumbing or renovation services.

Description of Work: We had a plumbing issue in the fall when our disposal backed up into our bathtub. They came out quickly and got our sink and tub working and then scheduled a date to come back and snake our pipes out more. We really liked how responsive and punctual they were and that they took the time to explain the issue and the fix so we called them out again in the winter for heating problems with our boiler and radiators. They are very professional and always took the time to educate us. Plan on using them again soon!

Description of Work: Wm. Henderson Plumbing is tops in our opinion. Their employees that serviced our bathroom problem were all verynknowledgable. We had our bathroom floor removed for new pipes to be installed. From the first day when The plumbers arrived to the next day when the new tile floor was installed by their tile experts to the final re installation of the toilet and vanity sink and reconnection of all bathroom fixtures and vanity and toilet the men who did all the work in an outmost professional and skilled manner. Very well done by all and couldn't ask for better. Very refreshing to find people who are skilled and take pride in what they do. All were very clean and careful to make sure our home was left clean.

Description of Work: I called them to inspect a leaking toilet. After they inspected it, it was determined the toilet was fine and it was a stem valve (hope that that's the right terminology) that was leaking. The stem was replaced and all is good. Pleasant service, prompt and they explained what they found and how they would fix it.

Description of Work: The office sent a dual certified employee to both service my gas boiler and address several plumbing issues. Jeff arrived on time and completed the heater work (and labeled all the gas and plumbing connections), fixed a lazy toilet flush, a bath tub leak and gave lots of ideas on future projects. He even directed me to various websites to find fifty year old baseboard heater parts.

Description of Work: William Henderson Plumbing is a great company. They made it very easy to set up an appointment, arrived on time, and were very professional. The service technician was friendly, explained to me everything he was going to do, and even wore protective covering on his shoes to make sure my carpets did not get dirty. They offer everything you hope for when working with a service professional in your home and non of the typical hassles. I would highly recommend William Henderson Plumbing.

Description of Work: Henderson has been working with me over the past few months to demolish, expand and redo a bathroom. It involved breaking through a wall, tiling (beautiful), carpentry (outstanding), painting, new fixtures, plumbing and lots of communication. Everyone has been pleasant, reliable and good. Their work has been excellent, likewise their responsiveness and willing to deal pleasantly and promptly with any issues that came up. It's been expensive (never mind how much!) and I'm sure estimates and final cost will be as expected. They charge by the total job, not by the hour or specific tasks done. The costs for fixtures, shower door, etc. were done separately. From what I gather, they are in line with other companies. I'm thoroughly satisfied and would use them again. It has taken a long time, and there was time between tasks. Not every detail was laid out from the start, but that worked out well for me, e.g. I selected the vanity top after the tiling had been installed. I would recommend them.
