I am extremely pleased with the work done. Brad was very professional. He returned my phone calls quickly, and was able to set up a time to come out quickly. I had contacted about 7 other electricians and none of them were willing to do the work because of the location and height of where I wanted the chandelier. It is located in the foyer underneath a set of stairs. The ceiling is about 19 ft high and pretty awkward to get a ladder set up correctly. Brad and his team had no problem completing the task. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be contacting them again for future jobs.

Brandon was great - we had a couple of scheduling challenges at first, but Brandon was awesome and able to accomodate our schedule, and acutally did all of the work on a Saturday morning. The original quote was for 2 hours work, which ended up taking a bit longer, but no overage charge. The work (outlet, switch installation, and the running of wire, was done very efficiently, neat and works great. Brandon was also able to fix some older miswired and ungrounded outlets. I have finally found an electrician that I am super comfortable with, and like both on a professional and person level. I would absolutely recoomend him to anyone, and I look forward to having him back to run some outdoor wiring for a lamp post, shed, etc.

We had a ceiling light in our basement bathroom that I wanted to convert from a pull chain switch to a wall switch. He was prompt and professional. I explained the work required and it was completely quickly and with high quality. I plan on using this electrician again for future work with my home.

Brad and his associate showed up on time and completed the work with little to no intrusion into our morning routine. I was able to find the product Brad recommended on sale and decided to purchase it myself and have him install it. Brad took the time to discuss placement options and review the circuits that I wanted to power to ensure everything was optimal. Once the work was completed Brad went over the procedures to use the new equipment at tested everything. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

He was very nice and professional. Seemed to know what he was doing. Did not mark up price for GFCI outlets he used.

I called 3 electricians for an estimate. Brad responded first, within a few hours, and came by later that afternoon. He quoted me a price that was $300 less than I had budgeted, and $150 less than what I had hoped to pay. I hired him on the spot and he gave me a 3-day window, but then failed to follow through with a timely call-back to establish a firm date. I left 2 messages and he finally called, at 6:00 on the eve of the window, and postponed for about a week. This is the reason I graded him down for "professionalism"; not so much the postponement, but the very short notice. The job itself went very well. He and assistant Sean arrived on schedule with everything they needed and, despite the cold weather, worked quickly. They installed a new service cable, meter socket, 40-circuit panel, and grounding rod, and had the power back on in just over 4 hours, which we greatly appreciated on a day which was too cold to be without heat for long. They did an excellent job, the price was as agreed, and they cleaned up.

Brad is great, fast and helped us secure a contractor so we didn't have to remove our entire ceiling. Project is 5o% Complete and will advise after final project is complete.

It was very good. There were a few delays due to the generator company but he always kept me up to date. He was very professional and nice.

Replaced breaker board with a new main breaker when ours wen bad after ice-a-geddon. Brad came out on a Sunday within an hour of my call, assessed and went right back out for parts, and was done in hours. This guy's the real deal. Look no further. We rent, so I'm not able to tell you how much it cost.

We were very satisfied with Tripoint's service. Brad helped spec out the requirements, suggested various options and completed the work on time. The company is very responsive and thorough in its communication which makes them stand out against the competition. Most importantly, I feel Brad is a trustworthy professional who looks out for his clients. I recently had a small electrical problem after hours which Brad was able to help me resolve over the phone...no charge. This is how to run a business.

Fix a chandelier and hang a new fixture.

We purchased the two-hour electrical work special from Angie's List. Tri-Point contacted us relatively quickly to arrange for a time to perform the work. However, one thing to mention.... I contacted Tri-Point prior to purchasing the Angie's List special to make sure that the work we wanted done would fit in the 2 hour time block. We were assured that it would so went ahead and purchased the special. Two individuals (sorry, forgot their names but they were really professional and nice!) arrived on time on the date arranged and went to work immediately. In less than two hours we had two new bathroom vanity lights replaced and installed with new ones, a new ceiling fan and remote installed in the master bedroom, a VERY expensive handmade glass chandelier installed in the dining room, and a new electrical outlet in the office (which they had to drill through cinder block because the office was an add on to the house). And yes, all work was completed satisfactorily and on time. The quality of Tri-Point's work is exceptional and even though it may seem like they rushed with all the jobs in such a short amount of time the only evidence they left is of high quality work. They even placed the old lighting out for trash pick-up which may seem like nothing but is a big deal for me because I have mobility limitations. We are extremely pleased with the work Tri-Point did, their professionalism, and communication. Should we have electrical work in the future we will be using Tri Point. We highly recommend.

The work that Brad did was beyond amateur.. When we had a third party come to inspect Brads work, their was a ton of problems that were not up to code. Those things had to be fixed and were. His work was sloppy at best. Instead of drilling holes to feed wires in our basement, they were just hanging barely by a staple. Our "new panel", consisted of old parts from our previous panel, that Brad reused again. Definitely check other electricians out because their are plenty out there and this place is definitely not one of them.

Replaced a faulty switch and installed a switch box.

Brad arrived on time with his worker. He was friendly and had a nice sense of humor. We discussed various issues, such as his getting a puppy. He replaced my dining room fixture, which I really appreciated. It was quite a hassle getting the light on. His worker fixed my basement fixture, which means that plugs will not fall out. I highly recommend his company, called Tri-Point Electric Residential and Commercial Service.

Brad made arrangements to meet me at my convenience and worked with my schedule. He was helpful, honest, punctual, professional and timely.

Overall, a very positive experience. Brad was on time,courteous, and even went so far as to wear booties to prevent his boots from tracking in dirt. He installed the whole house surge suppressor quickly and made a point to explain how the unit works and how to tell when it needs to be replaced. Would recommend to others. Hope to have Brad install a whole house generator in the near future.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It went well. We had a couple of issues and the bottom line is that this contractor was true to the recommendations about him as far as being trustworthy and efficient and all of that. He call when we was supposed to come back because there was an issue. He said he had to leave for Florida he had a family emergency and I said please don't forget me when you get back call, and to his word he contacted me, I didn't have to contact him. He did get back to me, put on everything the way it was supposed to be, definitely somebody that I would hire again. I would say he came out in three weeks but it was due to my schedule. He takes take pride in his work and his reputation, he is a man of his word for sure.

I bought a Big Deal for 2 hours of electrical work. Brad and his team mate were very professional and knowledgeable. I had an electrical outlet in a power room that didn't work for a couple of years. When Brad looked at it, he knew right away what it needed to be checked. He also explained what needed to be done. Other work include the bathroom fan installation. I also asked him to built 2 separate switches for light and the fan. It was completed perfectly. The installation of the TV mount and a new electrical outlet went very well as well. Brad was very dedicated to his work. Although he had to go out to HomeDepot to buy additional parts, he didn't charge me extra. I will definitely hire him again for any future work.

I purchased the $99 electric Big Deal through Angies' List mid Sept and left e-message for Tri-Point that we will contact him later to schedule service after finding a unit that we want to replace our old one. We received on-line confirmation from Brad the owner of Tri-Point right away. A month later we found the new unit we want and contacted Brad by phone after the microwave oven was delivered. After discussing what needed to be done Brad immediately scheduled the following Monday for the work. They showed up an hour early but it was not a problem. The work included removing the old unit before installing the new one plus an electrical outlet for plugging in the new unit. He charged $25 for the extra parts which was reasonable. They worked cleanly and covered stove and counter tops during work and swept up afterwards. They also carry the old unit to curb side for our township disposal pick-up. A very positive experience throughout.

Unfortunately, he doesn't service my area so I'll be hiring someone else. The contact that I had with him through email was cordial, and the responses were quick, however.

Brad and his associate showed up on time and after listening to the explanation of my screw up, immediately set to work. They quickly diagnosed the problem, re-installed the dimmers correctly and added 3 additional dimmers (I supplied all) in other rooms. They were there about 30 minutes. It went so well and he and his associate were so pleasant that I asked them to check out a couple of other things to give me ballpark estimates. I'll definitely have them come back for projects in the future.
