Excellent job and very professional

It took about 5 minutes for the business owner, Brad Balentine, to have the unit running. I could not believe it. Great service. He showed up when he said he would, looked at the unit, played with the choke, and had it running. My son had tried to start it, a nephew, and myself, many times over 2 months. Called other electricians, he was the only one to get it working.

After contacting two other electricians for my small job and not getting a response for an appointment, I got a referral from a friend to speak to TriPointElectric, in Broomall, PA. I received a prompt return phone call in the morning and was able to have a technician out the same day! I was also able to talk to the owner, Brad, on the phone regarding my electrical issue. Everyone was so friendly and nice from office staff to the technician. This is a great family owned business who wants to make sure customers are satisfied. I would certainly hire them again! I do not know what other electricians charge so I am not able to report on fees.

Brad responded immediately to my inquiry via Angie's List about a generator after we suffered a major storm-driven power outage at our new home. He answered all my questions and within 2 weeks, Tri-Point was installing our full house generator and transfer switch. The installation went well. His crew was very courteous and helpful and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend Tri-Point Electric and we plan to use them again in the future.

I had an appointment with Tri-Point Electric at 1:00 PM on Friday December 8th and they never showed up. When I called to find out why I was told that they had 'made a mistake' and scheduled me for a different day. I took time off from work in order to be home - this is unacceptable.

As with past projects with contractor, the quality, responsiveness, and professionalism continues to be the best I have ever experienced. Value exceeded pricing. As previous VP of largest building materials supplier in world, I know quality construction and Tri Point is the best!

The installation took all day and the workers finished after 6:00 PM. All of the workers were very courteous and polite. The following year, I was billed $250.00 for maintenance to the generator, which I never authorized, nor did I ever see the actual maintenance being performed. I refused to pay the $250.00 bill and after getting bills from Tri-Point Electric for a year, I consulted with an attorney who told me that I was under no obligation to pay the $250.00 bill because I never authorized the services. After I sent the information to Tri-Point Electric regarding the consultation with an attorney, I stopped getting bills for the "Maintenance" fee of $250.00.

The price was average. The technician that came out actually destroyed my wall and I had to fix it. I was reimbursed by the owner for my work. He made a hole in the wall and left. When I complained about it, the owner was responsive. I did the repair but he gave me $100 back off my price. They stood by it. They are responsive. It was really a two man job and they only sent out one guy.

He was friendly and answered all the questions I had. We will definitely be calling him the next time we need an electrician!

Brad quickly diagnosed the problem, went to a local electrical supply store to get all necessary materials, and was done in a flash. Problem solved - quickly, professionally, courteously, and for a reasonable price ($225 including the new outlet and fuses). I would definitely hire Tri-Point Electric again! Excellent service!

I called Tri-Point Electric on Thanksgiving and got a call back a short time later from Brad, the owner at Tri-Point. I described the issue to him. He explained it was a minor problem and what I should do to fix it. He also said he would come by my house the next day to review my work. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tri-Point.

The gentleman had the patience to fill out all of the paperwork required for the condo association. He went by all of the guidelines.

The job went very well and the technicians were very respectful of my home. The work site was kept neat and the work was completed well within the timeframe they provided. The pricing was 200-300 less than all other estimates for the same work. They do a good job for a great rate. Would use them again if needed.

I contacted 2 other electrical contractors. One quoted $240 , and the other did not t call back for 2 weeks. Tri Point called back promptly , came quickly, quoted a lower price and Rich did an excellent job and quickly. I have found my electrician! Not easy to do ,especially for smaller type jobs.

We contracted TriPoint Electric to install a stand-by generator through an Angie's List deal. Brad Balentine immediately contacted us to set up a site survey and to answer any questions we had. He walked through the options for upgrades, discussed where we would place the generator, and answered any questions we had. He promptly followed up with estimates for any of the items that the purchased deal did not include as well as the upgrade options. Once we decided on the final set-up we coordinated the plans to have our concrete slab poured and the generator delivered and installed. We were kept in the loop the entire time, his crew showed up when promised, and the installation was done in a day. The installation crew walked through all of the set-up options, what to expect when the generator ran, and cycled the generator on and off several times to show it worked. There were no surprises and the coordinate the installation with the plumber we selected for the job. If this wasn't enough, while we were trying to coordinate the location of the concrete pad location, we woke up one morning to find one of our circuits was not working. I called Brad to see if he could come out and look at it and to the pad survey at the same time. He came out later than morning and spent close to an hour determining that when we had our exit door installed in our basement 6 years ago, they accidentally cut the neutral in one of the lines and it took that long to fail. He put in a temporary solution and his crew put in the permanent solution when they installed the generator. When I asked him what I owed him, he said "Nothing - you have to do the small stuff to get the big stuff" or something very close to that. This particularly stood out to me, and I would definitely recommend them to other members.
