Description of Work: I called on a Saturday, Brad came over to scope out the cost of the project. He sent me an email estimate to which I agreed and the project was completed on Monday 11/23. | |We needed a new circuit for our new oven and 2 old receptacles were replaced with new ones. | |They are real pros, who know what they are doing and are focused. I will get them again for any future electrical needs.

Description of Work: They came to the house, looked at the job and spoke with us. They were very professional. Their estimate was slightly higher than the contractor we chose to go with. If I need future work that can be done by Tri Point, l would not hesitate to ask them to provide an estimate.

Description of Work: They answered the phone. Believe it or not, this is a big deal these days. |They also responded efficiently, and productively. They came when they said they would, and did the job they estimated, at a good price. |This doesn't sound incredibly complex, but the ability to do all of those things is impressive these days; not just for electricians, but any service involving a trade. On top of it all, the finished product is of very high quality. Attention to detail, cleanliness and professionalism are all strengths of this organization.

Description of Work: Tri-Pointe Electric installed a 22 kw Generac stand-by generator for our house. They did an excellent job and were very professional. We were very pleased with their work and their price.

Description of Work: Brad installed several light fixtures in our home, including a large and heavy chandelier on a 20' ceiling and a new ceiling fan in master bedroom where no fixture had existed previously. They completed the job quickly and neatly. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Investigated electric dryer problem, isolating to bad circuit breaker. Actually showed me how to do it myself but I opted to have him get the correct breaker and install. Very prompt and professional service. Will use again.

Description of Work: Brad at TriPoint and his coworkers Matt and Eric are fantastic. Sub-contractors for plumbing and pad installation were great as well. Did a mid-size external generator install. Good product. We figured out where to put it. Plumbing set up was a bit less than a day. Generator install a bit more than a day due to a couple of issues that came up. People showed up when they said they would, I always knew what was going to happen when, and during the install got stuff explained to me. All were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I have had 4 electricians work on my house in my 28 years here. These folks are up there with the best of them.

Description of Work: Called for service and answering service said I would be called. Late in the day again I called to request someone to contact us. Finally got a call and was told that they would be working in our area the next day and would stop at the house. There was no contact made and they did not stop at the house. I called again the next day to see if they were interested in doing the work and was told again I would be contacted. We were not contacted and I am looking for another electrician.
